Mystery Burgers

Mystery Burgers
Makes 3 burgers
1 point each

1 beaten egg white or 1/8 cup Eggbeaters
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup 1 minute oats or quick cooking oats
1/2 package onion soup mix

Mix all ingredients together and let it set for 10 minutes.

Divide mixture into 3 burgers.

In a teflon pan, spray some PAM, then heat on medium until pan is hot.

Place each burger in pan and let cook on first side for 5 whole minutes before turning over (or they will fall apart!)

After 5 minutes remove pan from stove and spray the tops with more PAM (PAM is flammable so please do this away from the stove!), then flip them over carefully.

After you flip them, press them flat with the back of a spatula. Cook for 5 minutes on second side.

You can then flip again to completely brown the tops again - you want the patty to be browned evenly on both sides.

Then just serve on a lite bun with your favorite burger toppings - you'll like these!

Next time I make them I'm going to try adding some veggies to them like carrots, celery, and zucchini. I'll let you know how they turn out.
