Broccoli Piled High Salad
Serving Size : 6
1 WW Point Per Serving

Note: This can be made ahead and eaten for lunch for a few days.

Dressing:
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise -- (ultra light Miracle Whip)
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Salad:
6 cups broccoli slaw mix
1 large red apple -- unpeeled, cored, and diced
1 cup shredded carrots
4 turkey bacon slices -- cooked and chopped into small pieces

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and celery seed. Refrigerate until ready to use.

In a large bowl, toss together broccoli slaw mix, apple, carrots, and cooked bacon. Add dressing and mix well.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
