Tuna Patties with Dill Sauce

This recipe is from my friend Betty who says her husband loves these.

Tuna Patties with Dill Sauce

2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 C bread crumbs
1/4 C finely chopped onions
1 T parsley flakes
2 t lemon juice
1/2 t grated lemon peel
1/2 t dill weed
1/4 t pepper
2 cans (6oz each) water-packed tuna, drained an flaked
2 t olive oil

Mix everything together and cook until lightly browned.

Dill Sauce
1/2 C fat free mayonnaise
1 t lemon juice
1 t grated lemon peel
1/2 t dill weed

Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl: serve with tuna patties.

Makes 8 patties 1/2" thick.

One serving = 2 patties with 2 T sauce
