Thin Crust Pan Pizza for One

Note: Get the Fat Free Tortillas that are about 90 calories each for a BIG ONE, and they will probably have several grams of fiber in them so they come out to around 1.5 Points each one.

Spray a Teflon pan with PAM. Put pan on burner on low heat. Put the Tortilla in the pan. Smear some LF tomato sauce on it, then pile on lots of goodies like chopped mushrooms, soy sausage crumbles, onion, pineapple or whatever you like, then top with FF Mozzarella cheese and put a lid on the pan. Let it cook on low for about 20 minutes until it is toasted well and all the cheese is melted. Remove from pan and cool for a few minutes then cut with kitchen scissors into 4 wedges. This was very good and crunchy!

Points on this will be 1.5 for the Tortilla and add the points for whatever toppings you use.
