 A couple ideas
Ok well first lets start out with shini there ok but i heard ideas about captains and squads that could make them more fun to play since your squad would give you a certain job.I also heard an idea about Zan spirits that you fight in order to get bankai or master shikai,this could make training for more fun to player since your not just wacking hollows and imobile npc's(Quincy Veteran,Aizen).Second is Quincy they seem to be going in the right track,just some bug fixes and mabey more detail to there moves.I could c what the original Bleach SOC was going for but we've been using there quincy technique icons for awhile and there not realy accurate on the moves.Like sprenger its not realy a move in which you make the 5 arrows and shoot them its a move where you entrap the opponent and then kill them once they step in the trap.Third Sado and Orohime i havn't played that much with them but they seem fairly accurate in attacks and moves mabey some more different moves with better iconing that make them different then the other races.There just as important as Shini and Hollow so they should get some credit.Fourth is hollow and arrancar, they seem sort of mismatched.Hollow is pretty specific you just train till arrancar,no one realy wants to use strong hollow or Menos Grande in a fight because all they have is cero and some other move.Mabey people can think of some moves specifacly for hollow and not arrancar or any other class,players would be more turned to sticking with hollow and not going arrancar.I don't know much moves which is probably the problem but something like being able to make after image similiar to ichigos bankai or a new cero move that seems more suited for hollow and not arrancar.That brings me to Arrancar there ok so far but mabey they have a little to much moves.I was thinking of just giving them sonido gran ray cero and a new type of cero one that is the same shape of the cero except blue,like the one ulquiorra used in the recent eps,it'l just be a cero thats stronger then gran but smaller then gran.Then of course there shikai which you can make up on your own based on the espada and the shikais in the show.I don't have to much to say about Vaizard except that there a bit overpowered and should have less boost's and it should be harder to get the time up on mask.I mean it took ichigo a while to master vai and he can only have the mask on for 11 secs.
This post was purely written to state my ideas and sorta give ideas to people in a way.Another thing, i know BG had probably already thought of most of this and knows the problems,solutions and may be already working on most of this.I also bet most people heard this before.Thank you for reading this and i hope i didn't waste anyones time =]
