The future of BRR
Following the last event of the year I'd like to start a discussion thread on BRR and its future. All things change over time, and all things eventually come to an end. It'll be a chance for everyone, players, crew and refs to air what they would like from BRR and what they'd like to see.
So start thinking and well discuss it in October.

Re: The future of BRR
What do you have in mind Steve?
Personally, I'd like to see focus on the messy political situation in Algandy. Obviously I've missed the last couple of events, but March's had a good balance of combative and non combative plot, I'd like to see similar.

Re: The future of BRR
I don't know if this thread is still relevant, but with the first event coming in a few months, i was thinking about the play area. Recently we started using the house instead of the barn. (which was a VAST improvement). However I was thinking we have this massive play area of feilds and woods which we don't use as much as we could, and I thought instead of always using/starting in the cottage we could have an in character camp occasionally. I sure between the lot of us and what crew stuff there is we could have enough in character tents to pull it off. (We have a big canvas gazebo for example) And it would make nice change then being in the cottage or the barn all the time.
Just a suggestion.

Re: The future of BRR
Valid points all. We intend to do some events away from the central hub. Though not to far as popular demand has it that the toilets and facilities of the cottage aren't too far away.

Re: The future of BRR
I agree than an IC camp would be nice. I also agree that access to the toilets is essential; I'm too old to rough it that much these days.

Re: The future of BRR
I really like that idea. It would also allow for the crew to perform some really awesome ambushes.
