FCP and Red

I am currently investigating all possibilities regarding working on a short film that may be shot on Red.

I am currently using a Powerbook and PowerPc G4 with FCP 5 and FCP 4.5HD respectively to edit.

I know I have to upgrade to handle Red and I am looking for the best options available.

Any assistance is appreciated.
