Britain's Got Talent
Any watching this? I've watched most of the shows, all the semi's this week. Some of you may think it's sad to watch this but it's the best talent show on tv. Was watching on weds and one of my fav acts came on and blew me away, check this out, it's truly incredible...
George Sampson - aged 14
Turps will like his first move

Re: Britain's Got Talent
I taught him that first move, I'll do it as a goalscoring celebration next season!

Re: Britain's Got Talent
BGT's is a good watch. However, in a similar way to X Factor they search out the "hard luck stories" to pull on the nations' heart strings. That kid George Sampson is a classic example. "I grew up in a tough area" etc.
Another thing that makes me laugh is when they say "I've wanted this all my life" - you're 12 years old for crying out loud!
I'll keep watching it though.

Re: Britain's Got Talent
The football guy was on last night. Sadly, he screwed up 3 times, so didn't make it. Still really impressive what he does though.
The thing I don't like about this show is the number of normal singers they have on. Isn't that what X Factor is for? For example, I can understand putting the little girl and the boy who sings like a girl through - they both do opera stuff, and probably wouldn't get far on X Factor. But the bloke who went through on the judges votes ahead of Jeremy shouldn't be on it IMO. He should go for X Factor and would probably do quite well there as his voice is pretty good.
Worst one so far was that bloke who played Star Wars on his keyboard. Absolutely rubbish (I could do a million times better), and then claimed he had a diploma in music!!! Maybe mate, but you can't read it.
--- Woodies definitely on for the treble!!!

Re: Britain's Got Talent
The whole show is so contrived, it's a shame because Britain does have talent. My routine last week proved that

Re: Britain's Got Talent
Yep, fully deserved win for George last night, yes he's got a sad life story but he was absolutely amazing. I'm glad Signature got to the last 2, I wanted them both to win it.
I reckon Spring should enter next year and show Britain his 'talent'
