Design and Installation Seminar on Permeable Pavers
The North-Inlet Winyah Bay NERR’s Coastal Training Program and the City of Myrtle Beach invite you to a Design and Installation Seminar on Permeable Pavers on Wednesday, February 4th, 2009. This seminar will answer all of your technical questions about paver design and installation, as well as potential cost savings and benefits of using pavers. Following the classroom portion, an optional field trip will take you to an installation site where builders were able to gain additional space to build extra homes by using pavers and reducing the size of their stormwater ponds and other stormwater infrastructure. Lunch and transportation will be provided free of charge. Each portion (classroom, and field trip) will last approximately 2 hours, and you are welcome to attend one or both portions depending on your availability.
