Yes, how terrible that courts are actually starting to enforce the Constitution and stopping religious groups from using government agencies in order to further their agendas. What ever were they thinking?
I also hope that the city council stands their ground and says no. It would be a most amusing court case and seeing the smug looks wiped off of the faces of locals could very well be worth the price of admission. =]

Maybe my earlier comment was a bit over the top and caused the editor(s) to jerk all of them. I find it extremely ironic that a newspaper pulls commentary about a First Amendment issue.
