Re: K-Drama: 노란손수건 (Yellow Handkerchief)
It is 168 epsds so i guess it has to be in DVDs......only version available is in chinese......it looks like YH was very popular in China and Taiwan.....that they produced their chinese-dubbed/chinese subs version.I can read and understand chinese so bought the DVD(about US$100)...but if they ever come out with the original Korean version....I won't hesitate to get another copy......even though the chinese dubbing is quite well done....i still prefer to hear the actors speak in korean....just love listening to LTR speak in that low....how do you describe it ......voice.

K-Drama: 노란손수건 (Yellow Handkerchief)
FYI: My set of YH is a total of 34 DVDs. I've watched up to Eps. 11 so far. It'll be slow getting through this one since I squeeze one or two episodes in every week. It is just as great as I remember when I watched it 3-4 years ago.

K-Drama: 노란손수건 (Yellow Handkerchief)
Put me on the list if an English subbed version ever comes on the market. What a great series -- with LTR leading the way!

Re: K-Drama: 노란손수건 (Yellow Handkerchief)
SUMZ1 - I couldn't have expressed it better! I was (am) an accidental Kdrama fan having discovered both the contemporary as well as an historical drama on tv some years ago.
But YH raised the bar on everything. Sadly, IMHO some of the more recent contemporary dramas could not come close to the standard set by this program. And LTR? Well, what can one say? She was superb!
I too would jump on an English subbed DVD set for this one! - regardless of cost!

Re: K-Drama: 노란손수건 (Yellow Handkerchief)
Me, too. My favorite. I have the OST and I taped several episodes, the ones where Grandma finally approved their marriage. I changed all sorts of things around so that I never missed an episode of this one. It's the only one that really made me cry--when Ja young returned Young joon's mother's ring to Grandma. Imagine, after all this time, I still remember their names. I'd buy the whole thing, just have to do it in installments, the way I've done some of my Japanese favorites.

Re: K-Drama: 노란손수건 (Yellow Handkerchief)
Maybe someone should start a petition and send it to KBS.....YH is a really classic daily drama .... I would say it is a 'must have' in any K Drama VCD/DVD collection....well at least in mine.....I am starting a collection for my old age/retirement.....so when I have all the time in the world I can go back and enjoy all my favourite dramas.
