And the representative told me that it was his mistake, as he was working with the branch in Korea and that one day they would give him this information, and the next day it would change. Apology letters will be sent out to those who pre-ordered (at least 20+ people) and for those of us who received the bill for the order, don't worry, as we will be reimbursed, plus we will be receiving a 10% discount on our next order from KBS-America.
He also told me he's currently working on info for the Resurrection DVD set, but he is not going to put it up until he's confident the info he has is correct as he doesn't want what happened w/ the 18,29 DVD set to happen again.

Are you saying that KBS America is no longer going to sell 18-29 at all or it's just that they have to get more copies?
They aren't proving themselves to be very reliable and I think they should leave the selling to Yesasia from now on because they've had nothing but problems.
I also go to http://dvdfromkorea.com as well as http://dvdasian.com. Both of these have proven to be pretty reliable sources and you're most likely be able to get what you're looking for from them.

How about blaming "KBS" they are the idiots who made the decision to have all etailers pull their drama on dvd from their sites. I hope these retards profits go way down because of low sales of their korean dramas on dvd in the US.
