Hi again 
I'll never give up. 
The rest of their time together is Sena making sure Yon Soo gets it, that Sun Jae is off limits. She shops for a shirt for him, telling Yon Soo how generous he's been with her, buying her clothes and an MP3 player, etc. Yon Soo gets the picture. She needs to make sure there are no misunderstandings between her and Sena about Sun Jae.The point of this whole thing is that Yon Soo has been warned.
When she runs into Sun Jae near home, he offers to give her a ride the rest of the way and she declines. She tells him in an offhand manner that she's spent the day with Sena and how grateful she is that their relationship is getting better. He asks her if she slept well last night. He says he stayed on the balcony until dawn. He says he's a little upset with her, why does she have to do what Min Chul tells her?? Which means that he knows she spent the night in Min Chul's room!! She sees he out of line here. He has no right to say these things to her. She stops him just by saying, "SUN JAE!!!" She's very firm here. He apologizes. She goes on to tell him how happy she is for Sena to have him to lean on. How she trusts him and is glad its him. In essence, she tells him that she expects him to stay at Sena's side, which means to him there's no chance with Yon Soo. He's not happy hearing this, but Yon Soo has finally made herself clear with him. She asks him for a ride home, now that she's gotten that straightened out, but he's angry and takes off, leaving her standing there. She looks resolved and determined as he drives off. I think she's relieved that she's got it taken care of.
The thing that interests me, is that it was easy for her to have that conversation with him for Sena's sake, but not for her and Min Chul's sake. I find that baffling. She needs to stand up for her own interests, but I guess without Min Chul saying what he needs to say to her, she doesn't feel confident about them yet.  For whatever reason, I'm glad she had that talk with Sun Jae. I know it won't stop him from pursuing her, but at least he's been warned. 
I have to go. I'm at work. 
Jasy, if you click on this you'll get a glimpse of Min Chul with his head on Yon Soo's knee. Its not great, but for now its all I've got. There's a lot more there, like his head on her chest, etc.

Thank you smoochie and emceema for the great pictures! Smoochie, all of those are great, especially the closeup of him leaning against Yonsoo. He looks especially handsome here. And emceema, that's the picture I'm talking about, second from the bottom! You captured it perfectly. Minchul is clearly showing another side of himself to Yonsoo. He's ver comfortable with her. He trusts her. That's very important to him.
This is such an interesting role LBH plays. He doesn't say much, hardly anything to Yonsoo to let her know he's interested in her nor she to him. Yet there is a very strong draw to each other and lots of tension.
What you said smoochie about Minchul being unable to show emotion towards Yonsoo is very true.
But it can be said at the same time that in his own way, he is showing his emotions to her, he does it through his demeaner. It may be unknown to him but he's very effectively showing what he is feeling emotionally. He's just not the huggy feelie type...yet.
With this type of guy the love talk will have to wait until he is 100% certain of her feelings for him. He has too much pride to chance it.
All those little appearances Minchul makes at Victory's CD section where Yonsoo works shows his feelings for her. When he walks back and forth not knowing how he should approach her (and he does this same thing in the next episode) it may be unknown to him but he is very clearly showing his emotions.
He may be a man of few words but make no mistake about it, his heart is in his actions, not words.
Narae notices it. So does the office manager. Narae tells Yonsoo to move out before she falls in love.
That scene where Minchul pulls her into his room was very telling. He has to do this because of Sunjae, he has to get her away from him. The competition has really started now. In the hallway Minchul uses the same exact words Sunjae said to her. wait in my room, I have to talk to you.
When he gets her inside, he's standing face to face with her with his hands on her shoulders. What to do? He doesn't know.
At first I thought he was going to push her down to the floor roughly but thought better of it. But now I think it was that he wanted to say something to her but didn't know what or just couldn't.
Instead he more gently steers her to the edge of the bed to sit and tells her he has nothing to say, just stay with him.
He goes into a little about Sunjae's mother how he met her on the day of his mother's funeral. Afterwards she gave him lunch and he remembers her hands being warm. When he mentions about her hands being warm, it seems as though he's saying that he liked this kind woman at that time.
But then she came into his home bringing a half brother and her hands became chilly to him. As he's leaning against Yonsoo, he closes his eyes and tells her he feels chilly now.
So this is where his dislike of them stem from and he is telling Yonsoo his inner most thoughts. It's probably the first time he has ever said these words aloud.
I had to laugh when Yonsoo brought the dinner tray up for Minji. Sunjae is trying to take it from her and they squabble with it back and forth. When Minchul comes out of his room, he simply takes it away from her just like that in a split second and tells her to wait in his room. LOL No fiddling around with the tray for Minchul. I actually love his character in this drama.
Cave man type huh? Maybe so and it's perfectly fine with me...

I like the cave man thing too, Jasy. But only if its the right cave man. I don't like Sun Jae thinking he can do it. It only pisses me off. When he tries to be aggressive with her, I find it sneaky of him. He tries to act like its funny and casual, so Yon Soo almost can't tell him to stop it. She feels as though he's acting like a kid brother. But this guy is very manipulative and i don't like it. 
I liked the scene where she tells him about seeing Sena and how glad she is that he's in Sena's life. How she trusts him to be good to her and take care of her. Right after he reprimanded her for staying in Min Chul's room all night. Good for her!! She kind of set him straight here, not that it matters to him. He acted as if he had a right to know. Like they were a committed couple. He knew what she was doing, telling him about Sena, and didn't like it.  She was saying, "No chance, buddy!!". I liked it. I liked it a lot!!
One question! Did Yon Soo sit at the edge of the bed all night? Was there a point when she got sleepy and lay down? What do you think happened? She couldn't just sit there for 6 or 7 hours, could she?
Another thing that made me mad was Sena telling Yon Soo that Sun Jae remembered her vaguely. Imagine if she knew he's practically stalking her?  She also told her to remember when they first met him. When she got burned and it was Yon Soo's fault. This kid is such a witch! She'll keep playing the guilt card with her forever. I guess if it works.....
Sun Jae takes off after Yon Soo's little talk with him. He's having a drink and Peanut joins him. Peanut says that he's composing a song for Sena. He asks Sun Jae if he likes Sena and Sun Jae tells him, no he doesn't. Peanut tells him he tenses up just at the sound of her name. How could he know Sun Jae's already had about as much Sena as he could take for one night? Anyway Sun Jae gave him the go ahead. Peanut tells him about his meeting with Min Chul and how he asked about him helping him to compose. It gave Sun Jae something to think about.
At Victory the next day, they're having a production meeting. They're screening the performances at the amusement park event. Sunchun thinks Sena has potential. He asks Min Chul what he thinks and he says he thinks she has potential to and she's very ambitious. Sunchun likes the fact that she lost the audience, but didn't give up. DLAss pipes up, saying there's a rumor going around that she worked in a bar. Sunchun dismisses this saying that a lot of kids work in bars these days, especially those with hard lives, sometimes work in bars. He thinks that because she had a hard life, she'll work harder. Besides, they'll have something on her!! Min Chul's look right here tells the story of what he thinks of his father.
Peanut takes Sena to the recording studio and tells her that she and Kum Suk will both be making a recording and then, according to which is better, the decision will be made as to who'll make a CD first. He reminds her how hard he's working to help her. She is grateful and thanks him profusely. She starts off sounding pretty good and then blows it. Peanut isn't worried. He tells her it takes time and is patient.
The word is out. Narae tells Yon Soo and they're both very happy. Narae says that Min Chul has to be behind it in some way. He's in charge of the future talent pool. He comes through the store just then. He glances at Yon Soo and leaves her with this look on her face. I don't know how to describe it, but her whole face softened at the sight of him.
Narae caught that look and tells her she needs to move out of that house. Yon Soo says she hasn't done anything for Min Ji yet. Narae's no fool. She asks is it because of Min Ji, or is it really because of Min Chul? She says Min Chul looks gentle, but is so cold inside. If he doesn't like something he won't care. He'll just dismiss it. She goes on to say, he looks soft as smoke, but if you come closer its too cold. She's worried that Yon Soo is going to fall in love with him and get hurt. Poor Narae!! Her heart is in the right place, but she's way, way too late!!
A lot more happened in this episode and some of it very revealing and clears a lot of stuff up, but I'm going to stop now.
As close as I could get to a Kodak moment.
Another little gem 
One more, for being so good!! And because I love to look at him.

I think maybe Yonsoo slid off the bed on to the floor where Minchul then laid his head on her shoulder or lap. He was in need of comforting and she's very good at that but she's afraid to touch him. Finally she dozes off too with her head against him or the bed. Take your pick. They never separated from each others touch. How's that sound?? I could make it better...
In Yonsoo's mind, Sunjae belongs to Sena. Why should she think any differently anyway? Sunjae lets her talk and talk and doesn't say a word to counter what she says about him and Sena. I don't get it. I know Yonsoo wants him to be nice to Sena so maybe that's why he's mum on the subject. It's not a nice thing to do though, especially for Sena.
I can't hate this girl for some reason like the rest of you do. I dislike her ways and I look past her looks but she's like a little child to me. She's trying so darn hard to make it. Nothing stops her.
The only thing I despise about her is her keeping Yonsoo on a guilt trip. I know that's a biggie but Yonsoo is partly responsible too. She needs a backbone don't you think? How come she never tells Sena about her accident so long ago? That's strange to me.
I love the scene where Sena throws herself a party. Are we there yet? And Yonsoo goes wandering around the building again and guess who she comes upon? It's worth the wait.

I have to say that in all of the scenes in this episode, this one makes me the angriest, emceema. First of all Sun Jae, in another one of his inappropriate moves, asks Yon Soo for her phone. He wants to check on the cat!!! She, having no idea why he wants her phone, hands it to him. He of course memorized her number. Why didn't the little creep just ask for it? Another one of those passive/aggressive moves on his part. At this point I'm really starting to like this kid less and less. But, it gets worse.
Sena planned a celebration for herself and invited only Yon Soo and Sun Jae. She's standing outside of Victory waiting for Sun Jae to show up and her phone rings. Its Sun Jae and I got a clear impression that he was going to blow her off, but Sena had him already within her sights. He's trying to tell her that he has a meeting with his brother, but she's dragging him along with her and he has no choice in the matter. I wonder if he likes how that feels. He's guilty of doing that to Yon Soo more than once. You know what they say, what's good for the goose......
When Yon Soo shows up she finds Sena snuggled up to Sun Jae. I didn't realize that this planned by Sena, but I think you're right emceema. It was a sort of intimate moment and was supposed to show Yon Soo how close she and Sun Jae were. Sena couldn't know that Sun Jae is basically stalking Yon Soo, but she's not blind to the fact that he's attracted to Yon Soo. She's trying to set the record straight, but it blows up in her face, because Sun Jae's not playing.
There's a cake and Yon Soo goes off to look for plates. As she's passing Min Chul's door she sees him asleep on the sofa. She goes in quietly, kneels next to him and stares at him for a very long time. All that she feels for him is right there in her face. She stays next to him and keeps staring at him. He looks really beautiful here, if I must say so myself.
At the party? Sena starting to get impatient. She wonders what Yon Soo's doing. Guess who decides to look for her. You got it, Sun Jae!!!
Yon Soo finally starts to cover Min Chul with his jacket and she's ready to get to her feet when Min Chul grabs her wrist and looks at her with those electrifying eyes. Those eyes, oh my!!! That look!!! Oh my!!! She's surprised to see him awake, to say the least. I wonder if he was aware of her gazing into his face for a good ten minutes.  With Min Chul you never know, what he knows. Its his turn to stare at her. She was mesmerized. I WAS MESMERIZED!!!!
Okay, picture this; Min Chul is still lying on the couch. He's holding Yon Soo's hand and smiling this slight smile and they're staring into each other's eyes. For a long time! Guess who's watching all of this. That's right, Sun Jae!! Min Chul sits up and still holding Yon Soo's hand pull her down to sit next to him. Up until now nobody uttered a word.
At this point Sun Jae moves out of sight, but doesn't leave, like anyone with any decency would've done. I know, I know, he's in love with her, but when is he going to get the picture?? It was clear to me that these two have a thing going on between them. Not to him??? PLEASE!!! The little sneak stays hovering in the doorway snooping on them. 
Min Chul asks her what she's still doing there and she tells him she came to congratulate Sena. He says, news travels fast. He tells her, he wanted to tell her and see her smile. This is a very nice moment between them. You can see they're becoming more familiar with each other. She thanks him for helping Sena. He tells her its too early for that, that a lot of people give up. Its not easy to make it as a singer. She has a long way to go.
He asks her what her dream is. He says she's always talking about Sena's dream, he wants to know what her dream is. She tells him, that she wants to draw every day of her life and to provide a happy family for her children that she doesn't have yet. She asks him if its too ordinary. He says for some yes, for others no. He says some just give up on the happy family idea.
He asks isn't Sena waiting? He tells her she should go and he'll see her at home. He's ready to let her join Sena, when her phone rings. They look at each other, both surprised. He tells her to answer it, but she seems frozen. She drops the phone onto the table and he picks it up and notices that ridiculous, junior high school charm dangling from it. He opens the phone and hears Sun Jae say "Its me". He's livid. He walks toward her, backing her up to the table. He says, didn't he tell her that phone was only for his calls? He wants to know why Sun Jae is calling on this cell? She doesn't answer, so he asks her if she heard him. He asks her again why Sun Jae is calling her, but this time he's yelling. She's really scared and upset by his behavior. All she can do is say his name in shock. As she leaves, Sun Jae is still standing in the doorway.
Its official. I hate Sun Jae!! I mean I really do!! He eavesdropped on their whole conversation, so he knew she was leaving right then. Why would he call her?? Did he want to challenge Min Chul?? Ruin their little time together? WHY?? Every time he does something to get closer to her, Min Chul has to slap his wrist and say, "No, no. This woman is not for you. She's mine!". And then he has to show him, by taking her away from him. He has to notice Yon Soo's not kicking and screaming when Min Chul takes her. He witnessed a little while ago how they look at each other. Does he think he stands a chance Yon Soo already belongs to Min Chul. Its all over but the singing. I really hate him in this scene. He's like the worst kind of sneaky creep!
The thing about Min Chul is that after he does something mean or cold to her he immediately feels badly about it. The same thing happened here. He doesn't know that little worm took her number without her knowing and up till now neither did Yon Soo. I'd be very annoyed if I were her. But, you already know that. How dare he??
I had to watch this scene twice to get it straight in my head and I really hated doing it. Not for Min Chul's reaction, but because I want to slap the s_ _ _ out of Sun Jae. Min Chul thinks that he's given Sun Jae the message, but Sun Jae refuses to get it. Its starting to infuriate Min Chul. I can't say I blame him. 
I have to go to bed now. Sunday is over here in the Big Apple and Monday always sucks.

I couldn't remove the light reflection. But I have to freeze each frame and shoot. Then upload the card thru a card reader in my computer, store it in a file, then tried to autoclean the images but didn't help. I need classes in photography.
