K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

What episode are you talking about that Minchul is cold? Is it episode 10 because I don't find him to be cold in this one. I have to watch it again too smoochie.

If it's the way he behaved at the restaurant, I don't see it. Minchul had a rough thing to do, dash Sena's dreams and hopes. He went to Yonsoo in the store and gave her a pat on the shoulder letting her know he feels for her. Then he invites her to dinner. He's quite caring here.

Now little brother tags along. What does Minchul do? He invites the leech in for a drink. It looks like they were well into their dinner so perhaps the conversation was fine up until this point when Sunjae calls Jonsoo by her name. I wish I remembered the conversation before that.

Like I think it was you that said it smoochie, there is a custom in how everyone addresses each other. Sunjae calls his older brother's girl by her name. Respect wise, of course Minchul is offended. He demands respect for himself and Jonsoo. That's just the way it is. Here in the US it wouldn't matter, but it does matter in Korea.

Joosoo says to Sunjae she can't say anything when Minchul gets like that. Well, that's her problem then. Why wouldn't she answer Minchul about him telling Sunjae to call her big sister? What's she afraid of? She told Sunjae the exact same thing at the amusement park. Don't tell me she's feeling sorry for Sunjae. And Sunjae is just butting in, he really makes me sick. Sorry.

Maybe you're referring to the time when Minchul tells Yonsoo something about women do this thing where they don't discourage the other guy but keeps him around by not discouraging him, I don't know what episode that was in.

But if this is the remark that makes him look cold, I don't agree at all. Look at it from Minchul's standpoint. Yonsoo is his girl. He always seems to "catch" Yonsoo and Sunjae in some kind of huddle, talking. The latest, Sunjae is hiding behind the wall peeking at her in the store. LOL In my opinion, Minchul should haul off and let him have it. Minchul is too kind.

Minchul gives Sunjae hints at home and at work, work being Victory to be exact and Sunjae doesn't even work at Victory but he's always lurking around there. He gives him hints galore including being out over night with Yonsoo.

Does little brother get it yet? Nope. So short of decking Sunjae, Minchul makes that remark to Yonsoo about women. What Minchul wishes for is for Yonsoo to straighten Sunjae out. That's what I get out of that remark.

Yonsoo needs to step it up a notch too and tell Sunjae to stop following her around and she doesn't want to talk personal things with him anymore and not to be seen in a way near her that makes Sunjae's motives suspicious. Why can't she do this for her guy? Why is she so goody-goody naive? She's making Minchul look bad and he isn't. He wants his girl all to himself. That's not too much to ask for. So he comes off looking cold, no heart. I don't buy it. Sunjae comes off to me looking like a troublemaker, always clinging, pestering, needy and bugging Yonsoo and always near tears.

I feel that Minchul is behaving better than most guys would. Minchul always has to "snatch" Yonsoo away from Sunjae. Maybe Minchul sees her as just always be there for Sunjae with no regards to their dating relationship. It's almost like she's cheating.

If I were Minchul, I would always wonder what they're talking about with their heads together. Why hasn't Yonsoo ever said to Minchul please tell your brother to stay away from me or please stop him from following me. Why doesn't she tell Minchul that she actually told Sunjae that "I like you." She doesn't. Why not? Maybe that would ease Minchul's doubts or fears. If I were Minchul I would feel burdened by the two of them.

Okay, I'm done. LOL Someone has to stick up for my Minchul, may as well be me...

Hello BD Family emoticon

Jasy I was just leaving my office when I saw your post and people wanted to know why I was laughing. You really, really like Min Chul, don't you?? emoticon

I have to watch 10 again to see what made me mad at him. Honestly I'm mad at all of them.

Min Chul for never really saying anything to Yon Soo about the way he feels. Leaving her feeling insecure and uncertain about him. I know that we must be privy to everything that happens between them and they seem to never be together, except in the aisles of the store when he's coming or going. I think he should make more of an effort, even though I know he's detached and emotionally unavailable. I think he needs to try harder. No wonder she's never comfortable with him. He's almost always cold and unapproachable. How come he gets to call all of the shots. Oh, right because Yon Soo lets him.

Yon Soo for being so dense, that even with the stunted relationship they have right now, doesn't know that she's out of line letting Sun Jae hang around her when she has to see how Min Chul reacts to it. Does she want a relationship with Min Chul or not??? If she does she has to let Sun Jae know those puppy looks are not appreciated and that he should stop it, or get lost.

Sun Jae, I'm mad at Sun Jae because he's decided that he's going to be Yon Soo's savior whether she needs one or not. I really, really hate people who won't take no for an answer. emoticon He said himself that Min Chul took her away to make him give up. DUH!!! Give up!!! But I agree with Min Chul, its Yon Soo's job to make it clear to him that his company is not welcome. Definitely not welcome if he can't stop stalking her.

Sena's getting drunk and saying all of those bad things to Yon Soo put her at the top of my list. The little ingrate, who does she think she is, that anybody has to do anything for her?? Narae or Yonsoo are not responsible for her happiness and yet she thinks when something goes wrong Yon Soo should pay. I really don't like this character. emoticon

Sun Jae waiting outside for Yon Soo like a little creep. What would have been okay here, is if he let her see him and asked how Sena was, where she was going and could he get her a cab. That would have been a hell of a lot more appropriate than his skulking around and then tailing her to the restaurant. When she got out of the cab he's sitting there on his bike like he's been there all along. What a creep this guy is!!!

When Min Chul comes up he asks him to join them. He takes Yon Soo's arm, then puts his hand on the small of her back and leads her down the stairs. The look on Sun Jae's face says it all. He hates seeing this. Too bad!!! emoticon At the table Min Chul realizes this is torture for Sun Jae and he's enjoying every minute of it. He acts cordial, but he's very good at just being a couple with Yon Soo so Sun Jae has to watch. He knows Sun Jae's miserable. He's pushing his buttons when he asks why they're so quiet. After a minute Sun Jae gets up to leave and Min Chul asks, "Why so antsy?". He knows good and well that he can't sit and watch them much longer. He knows Sun Jae doesn't like seeing them together, but he looks so innocent. emoticon He wants to make sure this guy gets it. Yon Soo and he are a couple.

He tells Sun Jae that he'll make Yon Soo uncomfortable. Sun Jae comes back and says he's the one making Yon Soo uncomfortable. This is what made Min Chul angry, though he was still under control. He tells Sun Jae that she's older and he shouldn't call her by her name, Yon Soo ssi. He looks like he's still just being a big brother here giving his younger brother a lesson in etiquette. He tells him he can call her nuna, that would be better than Miss Kim. He asks Yon Soo if that's okay and she looks away. Nobody speaks. Finally, Min Chul tells him call her Nuna. Do it!! Now!! He's looking directly into his eyes and his phone rings. He's still staring into Sun Jae's eyes when he answers it. He has to leave. He tells Sun Jae to take Yon Soo home.

This whole evening, although it started out to be dinner for Min Chul and Yon Soo, turned into a lesson for Sun Jae. Min Chul really wanted to show him he had no shot. Min Chul stayed calm and friendly, to a point, during the meal, but he never wants to see Sun Jae. He never did since he moved into his house. Now he wanted to see him even less, especially hanging around Yon Soo. The thing that bothered me about this is Yon Soo. She was so tense and nervous through the whole thing that she made it look like he held her captive. No loving glances, no nice words for him, no familiarity. A lot different than when they're together alone. That made a bad impression on Sun Jae, who had to think she's unhappy. She was just reacting to Min Chul's mood though. His whole purpose was to enlighten Sun Jae about their relationship and he made himself look like a bully. Nobody was fooled by his nice demeanor. He was angry.

The thing with Sun Jae calling her by her name is improper even if she was just an aquaintance he's not supposed to do it. According to what I know, and I know very little, he's supposed to call her Miss Kim. Because they live in the same house and have a sort of family relationship, calling her nuna would be appropriate, because she is older than he is. Even girls will call another girl who's older, oonie (spelling?), never by name. There are all sorts of rules that I don't understand, but I do know that Min Chul is right, he's not supposed to call her in that manner, because she's older than he is. Besides, Min Chul doesn't like it. He doesn't like it at all!! I'd love to see what would've happened if his phone didn't ring. emoticon

I didn't like the conversation they had after he left. Yon Soo needs to keep her conflicts with Min Chul to herself. He's her boyfriend and Sun Jae's brother. I found it extremely disloyal of both of them. They were commiserating about who's more edgy around him. I understand Sun Jae. He doesn't like Min Chul and now he's gotten the girl he wanted, but still. I liked Yon Soo doing it less. She shouldn't talk about Min Chul at all to Sun Jae. emoticon

By the way Jasy, the thing that Min Chul said to Yon Soo about women never really being clear with a man who likes them and always keeping them coming around, (not verbatim), I agree with him 100%, but Yon Soo acted like she didn't understand. I understood. That line is the only one I remembered from watching this drama the first time. It hit the nail right on the head. Good writing.

I have to watch that episode again from the beginning. Things are moving along now. Its also getting a little scary. emoticon A lot of stuff coming up.

I'll be back emoticon

Later emoticon Image

K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

Good Morning BD,

You're right on how you figured each character out smoochie. I watched episode 10 again last night. This is why I like watching with all of you. I watched this drama 3 times I think and only now I'm seeing things I didn't realize the other times.

Back then, I thought Minchul was a cold character. He's not. He really is not. He is just a man of few words. He learned that in his household where lets face it, they're not a huggy, kissy bunch and they never sat around the fire talking small talk.

Sunjae did have a mom and dad though the dad laid down the law for him about his studying. Minchul and Minji were alone in a sense, being betrayed by their father who brought in a new family and in a mean way telling a 12 yr. old Minchul that Sunjae was his son. All unexpected news for two kids to handle.

Anyway, at the beginning, Minchul was playing with a who he thought was an infatuated Yonsoo. Now they are a couple. He goes to see her every chance he can in the store and always asks to see her in his office.

But again, Minchul comes into the store and sees Sunjae playing peek a boo with her. Instantly, he walks right past him and did you notice Minchul bumping him? Hahaha

He goes up to Yonsoo and tells her he wants to see her in his office. He again has to get her away from Sunjae. This is so hard. Minchul always has to be on his toes. The creep is still standing there watching. Can you believe it? On his way back Minchul pats him on the shoulder acknowledging his presence on purpose. He should have decked him on the spot! Only then does Sunjae.

Once Yonsoo enters Minchul's office, he ignores her. Much like one of a dating pair would do if they're ticked off at the other. Yonsoo just doesn't get it.
I actually feel sorry for Minchul.

He gets up to get a drink and he's making like he's doing something in the other section of the room. She sorta follows him and watches him but doesn't want him to see her watching him. She quickly goes back to her spot where she first entered the room.

She is annoyed now too. She tells him she won't be treated like a child waiting for a scolding. Minchul looks up at her and realizes she doesn't get it.

He walks over to her and tells her that remark about women. He is right. He really is. Yonsoo doesn't understand. He doesn't get why she doesn't get it. She is really hard to figure out too.

Minchul only called her to his office to get her away from his brother. He had no other reason and nothing work wise to tell her. He is getting more and more disappointed in her as the days goes by. It shows in his face. He is very burdened.

I couldn't believe Yonsoo didn't know what he meant when he made that remark to her about women. He couldn't believe it either and he just lets it go.

He gets some paper work and shoves them into her hands. But this was clearly not the reason he summoned her in the first place.
He wants her to make herself clear to Sunjae but I think he sees it as useless. She doesn't get what's bothering him in the least.

You're right about when Yonsoo and Sunjae were left at the restaurant and they were confiding in each other about Minchul. It was very disloyal to Minchul on Yonsoo's part. Maybe she should open HER mouth and talk to him for once. She's not exactly forthcoming herself with him.

Minchul has a meeting with Myungja at a restaurant. He hands her a folder with all that old info in it about her, Mimi and Young-un. Minchul tells her he sees by the picture she was pregnant while she was married to Young-un. Actually he first "asks" her if that is her in the picture? Anyone would know darn well it was her and so does Minchul. But he's asking before accusing. Myungja's about to slide under her seat.

Minchul was very cool here. I liked how he handled this and he has every right. He and his sister AND Sunjae were dupped all their lives. He has a right to her answers.

He questioned her perfectly, about just who is Sunjae's father, Yound-un must be but then again he says, father would get rid of his own children if he were not happy with them so Sunchun could never raise someone's else's child. Myungja was in the hot seat. I loved it when he asked her...so which is the story?

Minchul is really dealing with a lot of issues, Yonsoo and Sunjae, trying to keep Victory on top, Zero, the news about Myungja and now knowing who the real daddy is, Sena and Minji...all this stuff and it's a wonder he can function.

Yonsoo is absorbed in Sena only and is confiding in Sunjae, not Minchul. It's too bad.

When Yonsoo goes home Minji confronts her with the portrait she drew of Minchul. She tears it to pieces. Yonsoo is in her room crying and putting the pieces back together.

I loved this scene. Minchul walks in and over her shoulder sees the torn portrait. He gets down on one knee behind her and picks up a torn piece and adds it to the picture.
He then puts his arm around her tightly reaching his hand to her opposite arm and holds her. With his other hand he slowly caresses her crying face still kneeling behind her as he leans his face onto the side of her face. It was a very tender moment and he looked very sad for her.
Minchul is very capable of loving her and he does. But she throws him doubts all the time when she's with Sunjae. That's what the problem here is.

Back at work the next day Yonsoo is smiling and very happy again. Narae notices. And when Minchul walks by with his crew he glances at her and gives her a smile. She smiles right back. All is good again!!

I was thinking that Sunjae has too much free time after school. He needs to get a job, don't you think? All college guys and girls work, why not him? He must not study too much after school because he's always out and about, that's his problem.

Re: K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

Good Morning BD Family emoticon

Jasy, good observations!! emoticon I agree that family is anything but warm and fuzzy. Plus, we have to remember Min Chul grew up angry and closed off from all of them, except for Min Ji, who was in the same boat. He alone took on the burden of trying to give her attention and affection and the semblance of a normal life. He was only 13 years old, I think, when their mother died, so he took on a huge responsibilty. He did his best, but it wasn't always good enough, with Min Ji. Enter Yon Soo! emoticon

The scene where Min Chul sees Sun Jae spying on Yon Soo made me laugh. The little worm got caught red-handed. How silly did he look? I love how Min Chul bumped him to let him know "Gotcha".emoticon I wonder if the little jerk is even imbarrassed? Min Chul's constantly having to snatch Yon Soo out of his grasp. So tiresome. emoticon

The way he treated her in his office bothered me, but I get it. How come she doesn't?? True, she didn't send for Sun Jae and didn't even know he was there, but what Min Chul tells her is true. Is she enjoying this guy still looking all weepy over her? NO? Then set him free and tell him its unacceptable for him to follow you around and get into your business. Min Chul hit it right on the head. He's really disappointed in her because of this. The fact that she doesn't understand what he means, made me think she's very naive. Is she that naive?? emoticon He thrusts some papers into her hand and sends her on a menial errand, that's not even her job.

He has to be really alert with Sun Jae always being in Yon Soo's immediate vicinity, wherever she is. I think you're right he sees anything he tells her as useless. Its always his job to get his brother away from her. She doesn't do it and its starting to take its toll on Min Chul's nerves. He always looks like the bad guy. He really has no choice.

She could relieve this burden if she'd do what's necessary to get rid of Sun Jae for once and for all. I think she sees him as harmless and Sena's friend and savior. Min Chul sees him as a pain in the butt. He doesn't seriously see him as competition, more as a thorn in his side. Its an upsetting element of their relationship, which is new and should be fun and trouble free.

The scene with Min Chul and Myungja was something, right? She had no idea what to say to him. He asked on point questions. "Who is Sun Jae's father?" He also asks if she and his father were seeing each other while her husband was alive. That would be the only ways Sunchun could be his father. She was at a loss. He told her she and his father had a very lucky love. Both were free at the same time. emoticon She was speechless through most of this conversation. I don't know how she and Sunchun figured this would never come out. There are pictures and other stuff that would absolutely have to surface someday. emoticon This opens a whole new can of worms.

I have to go right now, but of course I'll be back. emoticon Image

In the meantime, I'll leave with something pretty to look at. emoticon

Later emoticon

 emoticon

Anyeong Hasaeyo! Good morning BDF emoticon

Smoochie, Jasy: I applaud both of you for your passionate defense and admiration for each of the characters. I agree with mosts of what you said. But in this episode (episode 10) of all the characters, I admire and appreciated most, is Narae. She is more than like a sister to Yonsoo, very caring for Sena and so selfless that she refused to be manager to Kumsuk out of loyalty to Sena. I wish I have a friend like her. emoticon

I do love Minchul but sometimes he irritates me. He knows how much Yonsoo loves him, that she will do anything for him, that she will come at his beck and call, but why does he behave like that......... summoning her to his office, then ignoring her presence when she comes, leave her standing there waiting for his command? Yes, his main purpose is to draw her away from Sunjae's sight but he should have told Yonsoo right away and in a clear manner that he doesn't like Sunjae hanging around and looking at her, that she should tell Sunjae to leave as soon as she sees him, etc. What this scenario makes me feel is Minchul is a caveman and Yonsoo looks pathetic. emoticon

Yonsoo must be Sunjae's first love. He kept hanging on to her although he knows she loves and care for somebody else. I forgot in what episode did he said he has conceded his love for Yonsoo to Minchul, but he just want to love her from a distance. But he always see Yonsoo crying and unhappy and he thinks it was because of Minchul. He cannot stand that. He wants Yonsoo to be smiling all the time. I wish I had Sunjae when I was young..... always standing by! LOL!

You're right emccema. Narae is the best friend anyone can have. Did you notice her shedding some tears after Yonsoo left the area, after Narae told her she'll wait for Sena to make it? It breaks her heart to not be a manager now. And she gives it up for Sena, or maybe it's Yonsoo she's giving Kumsuk up for.

About Sunjae, maybe Yonsoo is his first love but it's one sided. Not only that, he reminds me more of a friend than boyfriend material to her, he's just too young for her.

I don't see Minchul as a caveman type in these latest Yonsoo/Sunjae situations. He's just trying to hold on to what he's got, Yonsoo. Yonsoo does look pathetic though. Why does she look like she's afraid of him? He won't bite...nothing a little TLC won't fix. Yonsoo! Wake up!!!

Hello BD Family emoticon

I had a best friend like Narae, but she's gone now. There's a saying, "A good friend will help you move. A REALLY good friend will help you move a body." She'd have helped me move a body, no questions asked. Of all the people I've lost, I miss her the most. emoticon

Narae is a very good friend to Yon Soo. She's lays things on the line to her and is always there for her. She's there for Sena, because of Yon Soo. She'd help Yon Soo move a body. emoticon No doubt in my mind.

Re: K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

Hello BD Family emoticon

I started to watch 10 again and there are some things that I wanted to talk about. emoticon

First thing is that Min Chul left the restaurant because of a new? talent who jumped ship and joined Muse Records. He confronts his father and asked him what happened in the past between him and Mimi to make her so predatory. His father said the only thing that happened was she lost that singing contest to Tina Jung. I don't think he was convinced because he asked, "Are you sure that's all?". His father says, that's all. His father was surprised that its Mimi who owns Muse and says he has nothing to worry about because she knows nothing about business.

Mimi waits for Sun Jae at his school locker and asks to talk to him. They go to a bar where there's a piano. She talks him into playing and while he's playing she reminisces about his father. She's telling him how he reminds her of someone from the past. He's a little uncomfortable, because she's touching his hand and acting weird. They pull up in front of Victory and she tells him she knows he's Zero. She tells him that if he wants to make music he should come to Muse. At this point he can't record for Victory because of the search Victory had going for Zero. How would it look if it turns out that the owner of Victory's son is Zero. It would look like a charade. She hands him her business card.

Min Chul sees them as Sun Jae is getting out of her car. They are in Min Chul's office and he asks Sun Jae what he was doing with her. Sun Jae answers she's a friend of mother's. Min Chul says "Friend?" Min Chul asks if she said anything else about mother. Sun Jae doesn't know what he means and Min Chul tells him its not for him to say and to ask mother if he's curious. Min Chul asks if he has any other intentions meeting her such as recording Zero's music. Sun Jae asks why he'd do that? Min Chul tells him its because he wants to get back at him any way he can. He warns him if he does anything to harm Victory he won't stand for it. Sun Jae reminds him its their father's company before its Min Chul's. Min Chul dismisses him, but before he leaves Sun Jae breaks the news that Mimi knows he's Zero. Min Chul asks if he can take care of the Zero thing. Sun Jae agrees. He almost has no choice. He leaves Min Chul's office.

I know we've already beaten this to death, but I can't help it. I love this scene. emoticon if you're tired of this jump ahead. Min Chul takes a stroll out of his office onto the the floor of the store. He's walking that great confident walk, hands in his pockets, like he owns the world. Maybe he's looking for Yon Soo, I don't know. Who cares??I'm concentrating on the walk. emoticon He spots Sun Jae lurking beside a pillar, scoping out Yon Soo. The look on his face was disbelief, like he can't imagine he'd stoop this low. The look was like, IS THIS GUY KIDDING ME??!!?? With his eyes on Yon Soo, without breaking stride, he passes Sun Jae and sort of nudges him out of his way. emoticon He knows he's been BUSTED!! Sun Jae, as though its his business, watches Min Chul walk up to her and put his hand on her shoulder and tell her to come to his office. He never looks at Sun Jae, but as he passes him he squeezes his shoulder, as if to say, "That's how its done, Sonny". He walks back to his office without turning around, still confident and walking that walk. Sun Jae watches him. He looks angry. emoticon Min Chul always gets him. We see Yon Soo notice him, smile and bow to him slightly. We don't know if they talked, because the next thing we see is Sun Jae coming out of Victory.

I know, I know, but I love that scene. emoticon

I want to talk more about how he treated her in his office. I didn't like it, but I kind of get it. Seeing Sun Jae making an ass of himself tells him how far this kid would take it. In her defense she didn't even know he (SJ) was in the store. She didn't send for him!! In his defense no matter how many times he pulls Yon Soo from under his nose and takes her away, this idiot never gives up. He 's proven to him over and over that they're a couple and he keeps coming back. He doesn't know that Yon Soo told him that she loves Min Chul. I don't know if that would make him feel better. He thinks she's not clear enough with him and that's why he's always hanging around. Yon Soo knows that he hasn't got a chance in hell. They've already had that talk. He said he'd concede, but he uses that as a way to be around her, as though he's innocent and only a friend now. Yon Soo was very clear with him about how she felt. Maybe she needs to tell Min Chul that. It would have to come down to a three way conversation with Yon Soo telling him stop following me and leave me alone. I love your brother. and Min Chul saying stop following her and leave her alone. She loves me. That way they'd both be on the same page. If he still doesn't get it, maybe they should get out the hand puppets. emoticon

Most men at this point would have confronted the other guy and told him to back off. I don't know why he hasn't. The only thing I can come up with is that he thinks its Yon Soo's job to do that and she hasn't. Maybe he thinks if she cares so much for him she should also care about how he feels about this.

When she comes into his office he's so PO'd that he can't talk to her right away. She's edgy and nervous as usual. She knows somethings wrong, but I really think she doesn't know what. She finally gets the courage to speak up. She tells him she's not a little girl waiting to be scolded. He stands up and faces her for the first time. He tells he that women have a distinct trait. If a man shows any interest, even if she's not attracted to him, she'll lead him on enough to keep him around to keep hoping. He's looking directly into her eyes as though to make a point. When she asks what he means, he looks at her with a look, like she's hopeless. He's on the verge of being disgusted with her. He gives her some papers for the team captain and pushes her toward the door. He's ready to give up. Could it be she doesn't get it, because she's told Sun Jae already, so she thinks it doesn't apply to her?? I don't know. I was very annoyed with her here. On the other hand, maybe he needs to be more straight forward about his needs. emoticon

Anyway, its midnight and I have to go to bed. emoticon

I'll see you in the morning. emoticon

K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

Good Morning BD,

You cracked me up smoochie, "that's how it's done, Sonny." LOL That is so funny and isn't it true? LOL Yes, Minchul never breaks his stride.

The interesting thing about Minchul is when he sees something he doesn't like he zooms right in on it, only taking seconds to size it all up. Then he walks his walk. LOL With his hands always in his pockets too. What could be better?

I'm with you emceema. It's the Minchul/Jonsoo scenes that I love best. And each one I see, I always have to watch more than once. Just like the Suky and Jongnam scenes.

I really do understand why Minchul treated her like that in the office. I remember when we first saw Sunjae come into Victory, remember when the lady manager was following him all around like in a panic? It was because Sunjae is Sunchun's son. I think she made a remark about what brings you here or something like that, it looked like Sunjae never really came around there.

Now all of a sudden he's around. A bit too much. It's because of Yonsoo and Minchul knows it. This kid is really acting like a kid. At this point Minchul thinks it's partly Yonsoo's fault. So what's he to do?

In his office, he's simply mad at her. But though I like Yonsoo, she's a bit dense. She is such the opposite of what she was like at the beach you'd think they were two different people. One, very open and understanding and one very, very naive.

How did you like the scene with the torn portrait? Minchul is back doing what he does best. Without a word. Caressing. Comforting. I love him here and I couldn't tell you how many times I watched it.

Emceema, did you start on 11? If so, can you give us a heads up on it? I hope there's some juicy scenes in this one too.

I'll be back...

Anyeong Hasaeyo! Good morning BDF emoticon

Smoochie: LOL! LOL! I love your description of Minchul doing his walk and showing Sunjae how it's done. It's really entertaining, like he's on a catwalk everytime he does that. Only LBH could do that. I couldn't think of anyone else who could walk that way, can you?

Jasy: I did watch episode 11 last week. Like I said before, everytime I put a disc in my dvd player, I watch the entire dvd but if I don't write anything down in paper, I forget right away. But, yes, I will do post a summary today. Right now, I have to go out and "walk" my mile-a-day routine.

I'll be back soon.
