K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

Good Morning BD,

When Sunjae tells Mimi to mind her own business about getting revenge, it wasn't for Minchul to get Minji out of town first because at this point, Minchul hasn't talked to Sunjae yet asking him for that favor.

At this day in time, Mimi needs to step back and let Sunjae decide for himself what he'll do since there is a statue of limitations. If there were no adult child of Young-un's then she should report him. But as of right now there is Sunjae and Myungja who should decide what's best and Mimi needs to get a life.

I feel bad for Sunjae just like I feel bad for Minchul. For Minchul, it was because he was raised by a woman who was with his cheating father while his bio mom was alive and still married to Sunchun, and then "the other woman" moves into the household to raise her two children with lies.

For Sunjae it's being raised by a man who killed his bio dad and then pretends he's his real father.

Sunjae listens to the tape of Sunchun talking about his father's death. Mimi tells him he was raised by a devil and he needs to take revenge.

Myungja comes outside and sees Sunjae and he's in a panicky mode. Without explaining he tells his mother she has to get out of there, she can't stay with "that man" and to come with him. Sunjae is shocked and it's understandable but he is a man now and his mother is very fragile. How kind it would have been for him to take his mother inside and sit her down, hold her hands and tell her. The way Minchul was going to tell her. Instead he's acting hysterical in front of her outside trying to drag her away.

Minchul pulls up and is watching this. Sunjae tells his mother they lived behind a lie. Sunjae doesn't spend too many minutes with Myungja trying to convince her to go with him with no explanation. He walks away and starts running. Sunjae's quicky visit leaves Myungja all the more confused and scared. I don't know if Minchul knows the gig is up, he may suspect but probably is not certain.

Sunjae barges into Yonsoo's hospital room and sees Narae and her together. Sunjae is at the door and slides down to the floor in despair.

I think he should have gotten himself together before he saw Yonsoo. He is still all about himself, sorry. He plants questions in his mother's mind and then leaves her standing there full of questions and worry. He runs to Yonsoo and collapses in front of her, oh please!
Minchul's father is the killer and Minchul wants to protect Yonsoo from all the ugliness even if it means leaving her. Sunjae goes running to her while she's very sick and piles more on her plate. Such a contrast!

Yonsoo asks Sunjae what's wrong and he asks her how could something like this happen? He tells her that "he" killed his real father and it wasn't an accident but doesn't tell her who when she asks, at least we don't see him telling her at this point.

Minchul goes over to see Sunjae and asks what happened with his mother yesterday. He asks him what he meant when he said he and mother were deceived all his life. Sunjae tells Minchul he knows what he meant, Jang came to see him first.

Sunjae asks Minchul what he's worried about, "what I'd do to your father?" Minchul has no intention of stopping him so Sunjae wants to know why he's here then.

Minchul asks him for a favor, he doesn't want Minji finding out because of her kind of character, she'll flip. He asks for some time for him to take her away, then do whatever he wants to. He asks if he can do that for him but Sunjae says no.

Sunjae tells him that he's in no condition to thinks of others, he's not in his right mind. Minchul tells him he's sorry, he's really sorry. Tears are rolling down Sunjae's face and Minchul leaves.

Minchul and Minji are out eating and he has airline tickets for Paris. He can get a job there because his friend owns a business. She wants to know why he's rushing it, shouldn't they find out about a school first and take French lessons? Minji thinks this rushing it is like fleeing loan sharks. Minji also thinks he owes Yonsoo for leaving her so suddenly, breaking up with her and running away. She again thinks aloud about loan sharks being the reason.

Yonsoo is leaving the hospital today and she's told that someone already paid her bill. Narae thinks it's Sunjae. Yonsoo and Narae walk slowly to the elevator which is near the nurse's station/payment area and Minchul is standing there. Minchul paid her bill. He turns around and watches Yonsoo as she gets on the elevator. Slowly, Minchul walks down all the flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator.

At Victory, Minchul is sitting with Miho, her manager? his aide, Kichan and Team Manager discussing his leaving. Miho is very upset and says she can't make it without him. Minchul gives her encouragement telling her she'll have help. They are all upset because it won't be the same without him there. Minchul is very sorry about it all. He tells Kichan that he will take over his post as the director and since he has always watched him, he'll do fine.
TM starts to cry and Miho yells at her. TM tells Minchul he shouldn't have given her hope by being so nice to her if he was going to leave. She runs out of the room crying.

Minchul tells his father in his office that he'll be leaving and he will let him know once they settle down. Sunchun wants him to stay because Victory can't survive without him. Minchul tells him he has no attachment to a blood soaked outfit. Sunchun yells for him to stop it, it's a lie.

Minchul tells him he's leaving for Minji and if he cares for them at all to let them go. As he's leaving the office, he tells his father that Sunjae knows everything and he has to apologize to him and Mother from the heart. That is Minchul's last request.

To be honest with you, I think the best person to tell Myungja the awful news is Minchul. Sunchun is out and Sunjae is too emotional and hysterical with his words which is understanding.
Minchul was about to tell her that time when he sat close to her and held her hands and spoke softly. He would be the only one who can control her if she loses it because Minchul is very strong when he needs to be. But when she is alone afterwards, no one can help her unless she asks for help or someone notices she needs help. It's all very sad.

Smoochie, is that our LBH in that picture? It looks like him. LOL Who's the girl, CJW???

Hello BD Family emoticon

I get Mimi's vindictiveness, but I'm with you and think that at this point she needs to back off and let Sun Jae deal with this in his own way. Whatever way he sees fit.

I do believe that when Min Chul saw Sun Jae with Mungja, he realized that he was acting odd. I also think that he knew why. He had no proof, but I think he thought that Sun Jae found out the truth, and that was probably the reason for his odd behavior. I think that's one reason he stopped her from going after him. He was more concerned right then about Myungja than about Sun Jae. Plus, he'd never want her to find out in such a terrible way. He shows himself to be a bigger person than Sun Jae is sometimes.

I thought when Sun Jae went to the hospital, "Doesn't this guy have major, life altering problems right now? What is he doing there? No matter what happens he's going to get in the way of Min Chul? Is that all he can think of, with all that's going on?" Not to mention Yon Soo's state of mind. Does she need this right now?? This guy's priorities are so screwed up.

I think Min Chul would be a good choice to talk to Myungja, too. I don't know what good it would do, but I think he'd have a calming affect on her. There's no good way to say what needs to be said, but I think coming from Min Chul may have been a better way. He seems to have a way that makes people trust him and though what he needs to tell her isn't something she's going to take easily, I do think he'd be better at it than anyone else. He really is a solid person and he can be very strong. Plus, I think he'd have the foresight to keep watch over her after their conversation. Its all very, very sad.
 emoticon

When Mimi was telling Sun Jae about Sunchun killing his father, Sena overheard the conversation. When she got home she told Narae and Yon Soo what she'd heard. Yon Soo finally has some insight into Min Chul and his current behavior.

Min Ji calls Yon Soo and tells her they're leaving on Sunday and that Min Chul is in his office, she can find him there. Good girl, Min Ji!! I'm glad to see this kid didn't slide back to her old behavior and is still trying to keep Min Chul and Yon Soo together. Who'd figure?? emoticon

Min Chul is packing up his desk. He looks surprised when Yon Soo comes in.
He asks, what she's doing here?
She says, she came to ask him something. She starts by saying, "about Sun Jae's father and your father....... You knew, didn't you? Is that why you're leaving me? So, will you leave me?"
He asks how she found out. She ignores the question. Instead she asks, him to answer her.
He tells her, it doesn't matter anymore. She says, "It does to me. That's why I can't let you go. That wasn't your fault. It has nothing to do with you."
He says, "Right, I didn't kill Sun Jae's father, but my father did and not knowing, I despised and was cruel to Sun Jae and his mother. Isn't that much related?"
Yon Soo answers, "It was inevitable. Anyone in your position would've done the same thing. I can understand the pain you're going through. I understand why you'd want to leave me, but you can't be punished for your father's sins and you can't be unhappy."
He tells her he's leaving because he doesn't want to be unhappy. He wants forget all and be happy without taking care of anything.
She says, "Then take me with you." He tells her, "Taking you, would mean unhappiness for me. Don't you know that? I want to stay proud in front of you, but now I can't. You want to be a good mother, but I can't fulfill that dream." Yon Soo tells him she can give up that dream.
Min Chul says, "That's why I'll be unhappy. Every time I see you, I'll feel guilty that you had to give up your dream for me. Now that you know everything, there's no hope for us. If you're with me you'll never feel free to laugh or cry. I want to be among people who know nothing about me. Only then can I forget." Then he asks the magic queston and there can only be one answer. "Don't you want me to be happy? Then let me go."

What can she say to that. Nothing. She says nothing. She leaves. He resumes packing, head down and trying to stay composed. When he hears the door close he looks up and almost looks surprised. She's standing outside the closed door crying quietly. emoticon

This whole conversation took place in a calm, quiet way. He was direct and collected. She was a little more agitated than he was, but wasn't crying and begging. She was trying to reason with him in a quiet determined way. When he explained his feelings to her, she had no choice but to abide by his decision, because above all, yes she wanted him to be happy. Both their hearts have to be breaking.emoticon

I understand all of his reasons, but it doesn't wash with me, but they're his reasons, not mine. I don't see why it has to be this way. Guilt is playing an important part in his decision. I don't believe he has anything to feel guilty about, but he obviously does.

I have to go. I'm at work. I'll be back.emoticon

I forgot to mention how much I dislike Sun Jae's new "do". It looks like a gopher jumped on his head and died. What's up with that look?? emoticon

K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

A gopher, huh? LOL Kyusuk kisses Narae and she's mad, he stole her first kiss. He laughs and makes fun of her asking how old she is. He runs after her wanting to know if he's really the first man in her life and he asks this in front of everyone. He says tells her if she told him sooner he'd have done it better. LOL He says he's good in that field and asks for another kiss. She grabs him by the neck of the collar so roughly he falls down. She then grabs him by the front of his shirt at his neck and tells him if he opens his mouth once more he'll have to cart away his own bones. Funny stuff, that Narae!

Sunjae sitting with Myungja at a cafe I guess it is. He tells her to listen carefully at what he's about to tell her, she'll be shocked. He asks for forgiveness for telling her but he must and that it will hurt her. Myungja tells him she was worried after she saw him the last time and asks what's troubling him. Sunjae is holding her hand but we never see anymore of this scene. It's just as well.

Myungja has locked herself in her bedroom and she's cowering on the floor next to the bed crying. Sunchun is banging on the door wanting to be let in.

Sunchun goes into Minchul's room while he's packing. He asks Minchul to please stay by his side because he needs him. Minchul tells him "sorry."

Minchul is leaving today and Narae tells Yonsoo she should see him one more time but Yonsoo doesn't have anything more to say to him. Narae thinks she should see him anyway.

Minchul and Minji come downstairs with their bags. Minji tells Sunchun he got his wish, his desire. She tells him to have a happy life. They turn to go and Sunchun calls Minji's name. He hands her a credit card to use whenever she needs it. She refuses it. He looks at her and takes her in his arms telling her to take care of herself and to be good to Minchul. She's tearing up and breaks the embrace. Minchul bows to his father and they leave. Sunchun, left all alone, cries.
Outside, Minji tells Minchul "that woman didn't even come out of the room. She must be too happy to hide her smile." Minchul says nothing and ushers her to the waiting taxi.

Minchul and Minji are at the airport now waiting for their flight. At the same time Narae drives Yonsoo there. She wants her to see him off so she has no regrets. Narae says that it's for her to decide to see him or not. She'll be waiting.

Minchul and Minji are sitting side by side and Minji is eating French Fries and she feeds some to Minchul. He's deep in thought holding his phone. He looks at it then tells Minji he's leaving for a minute. He calls Yonsoo but he doesn't know she's at the airport.

Minchul - It's me.
(Yonsoo, holding her phone looks all around)
Minchul - Hello? Are you there? (his voice is very soft and low)
Yonsoo - Yes
(Minchul hesitates for a bit thinking what to say)
Minchul - I'm at the airport.
Yonsoo - Yes
Minchul - I...I wanted to say good-bye. (music begins)
Yonsoo - Yes (tears running down her face, both speaking softly)
They're both quiet holding the phone to their ear for what seems like minutes.
Minchul - Take care of yourself.
Yonsoo - Yes
Minchul - I'll hang up now.
Yonsoo - Yes
Minchul sighs, walks back to Minji.

This is so sad. You know that he really doesn't want to leave her, he just had to hear her voice again and say good-bye. Maybe he was surprised that all she said was "yes." It's was like the fight has gone out of her. Watching Minchul is the saddest thing. He hestitates and pauses so much, he seems to want to say just the right thing to Yonsoo. And poor Yonsoo, she still doesn't want to give him up but I think she gives in to it.

I'll be back. It gets even sadder if that's possible. You gotta love Minji though, she's all for these two getting back together. She did such a complete turnaround it makes you wonder what's taking Sena so long?

Re: K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

Hello BD Family emoticon

The scene of them together at the airport is so bittersweet. I can't do it now because I don't have notes and I need notes for this one. I love both of them in this scene. Min Chul is no longer denying his feelings for her. He knows how she feels about him. That's no secret.

How Sun Jae could take his mother to a cafe to tell her such a horrific story beats me. Then what? He sent her home a alone to ponder her life with a murderer? This kid, I know, has his own demons right now, but you'd think he'd do a better job. The only thing I can think of is that maybe he wanted to show her how she screwed his life up. Sounds cold, right? But, you never know what goes through someone's mind.

Imagine her reaction. Her state of mind. How'd she get home? That's some heavy information she just received. Did she stumble out of the cafe? Did he accompany her to her car? Did she drive herself home? I think he could've shown her more care and concern, once he spilled the beans. I don't know, because they didn't show us that scene and I'm glad.

When she's at home locked in her room in sobs, Sunchun had to know, she knows what he did. Did he yet at that point?

Min Ji doesn't know anything and that's the way Min Chul wanted it. Her comment about Myungja not being able to hide her happiness about them leaving, was way off the mark. Of course she had no way of knowing that.

I'd love to talk more about this, but I can't right now and I have no computer this weekend.

I'll be back on Monday. emoticon How am I going to do it?? emoticon

K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

Good Morning BD,

I'll just continue here with the rest of this episode. How did it feel to go cold turkey over the weekend smoochie? LOL At least you had more time to watch your dramas. That's a good thing.

I agree about Sunjae telling his mother the horrific news in a cafe. I thought it strange when I was watching it. How could she cry there with people all around? Why didn't they show us this complete scene and her reaction to Sunjae's words since this is a major plot and Myungja is in the center of it too? I wonder what their thoughts were in doing it this way? With Sunjae meeting her there I felt like he was just taking a few minutes out of his schedule to tell his mother something. Didn't he know he should or would have to hold her to comfort her? How could he do that in such a public place with his mother? I think after he laid out the facts he just sent her home, by what means, I don't know. I doubt there was any comforting from him or we would have seen the both of them crying in an embrace. My take on Sunjae is he doesn't comfort anybody, he saves all his feelings for Yonsoo and there isn't room for anybody else. Otherwise, he would have stayed with his mother for a while at least. They showed Myungja in her room immediately after her meeting with Sunjae. How could he leave her alone like that?

When Myungja locked herself in the bedroom and Sunchun was banging on the door, he knew she knew. Minchul was taking Minji away because of it and if you remember, Minchul went into Sunchun's office and told him he wouldn't stay in a blood soaked outfit and then he told Sunchun that Sunjae knew everything and he had to apologize from the heart to Myungja and Sunjae. It was Minchul's last request. So yea, with Myungja locked in her room sobbing, Sunchun knew.

It only takes Yonsoo seconds to collect her thoughts when that faster pace music begins and Yonsoo starts running all through the airport looking for Minchul. She stops quickly to look at the scheduled flights and sees Paris. She dials her phone and begins running again.

Minchul is sitting with Minji now and his phone rings. Minji watches him as he pulls out his phone and looks at it. She tells him to answer it. Minchul sees the number calling and has this look on his face I can't describe, a sad hope? A sad loss? Doesn't know what to do? What to say?

Minchul - Lee Minchul speaking.

Yonsoo - Where are you? I'm at the airport.
Minchul looks all around, Yonsoo is running, he closes his phone.

Minji is watching Minchul's reaction with a small grin. Minchul, still sitting, crosses his leg and tries but fails to look unconcerned while still looking all around the area. His facial expressions are perfect in this scene, very believable, so much so it's as if this is a true happening and not a scene being filmed. That's how good LBH is with his expressions.

Minji gives his shoulder a little pat telling him it'll take some time for her to come this way. "Meet her half way." Minchul stares at her not knowing what to do. He looks like a small panic has set inside him and he can't think. Minji smiling, pushes him and tells him to take his time, she'll meet him at the gate.

Minchul stands up with a slight smile and looks around telling Minji he'll be back soon. He begins running. He runs all through the airport and everyone there is looking at him. You can tell most of these people are real passengers and not extras. It must have been exciting for them to catch a glimpse of LBH and CJW filming there. It's exciting just watching this scene.

Yonsoo is running too and would-be passengers are watching her. Minchul stops when he sees her across the way, he waves to get her attention but she doesn't see him. He begins to run in her direction now. He runs down the escalator and Yonsoo sees him and yells to him. He doesn't see her and stops at the bottom looking all around. She gets on the escalator going down to him, he gets back on and he's going up. Whew! Back on, Minchul sees her as they're both passing each other by, one going up and one going down. They look at each other and without a word he points at her to wait while he runs up the moving escalator steps and goes back down to Yonsoo who is waiting at the bottom. And I'm tired...

Yonsoo is waiting for him at the bottom and he stares at her as he's coming down. Minchul has a very small almost unnoticeable smile on his face. In front of each other at last, she smiles and he actually looks happy. He glances around then looks at her. He's almost shy. This is not the confident Minchul we're so used to. He's rather meek in a way. Once face to face with her, he seems at a loss of words. He loves her so much and I don't think he really wants to leave her. Here in the airport, he was running all over the place just to see her one last time. He was as much in a panic as Yonsoo was.

Minchul's arm is around her back and he leads her over to the side by a railing where they can look outside the building. He leans over on the railing and begins to look straight ahead not looking at her while she never takes her eyes off of him.

Yonsoo - There's something I want to say to you. I'm going to forget you. (he gives a little nod) So leave with a light heart. I've thought about all this objectively. If I were in your shoes I'll do the same thing. I understand your guilt towards Sunjae. I know it. Sunjae's going through hell and if I were to go with you, you'll feel bad the rest of your life. (he's not saying a word or looking at her) It'll be hard for me if you have to live with that guilt because of me. So I've decided to erase you from my mind. For your and my sakes.

Minchul, still looking straight ahead, "Thank you."

Yonsoo - Now that we won't be seeing each other there's so much that we missed doing. We don't even have a picture. With time, I'm worried I won't even recall your face.
(It's very noticable that Minchul is trying to hold his emotions in check.)

Yonsoo - Can you remember mine?

Minchul looks at her not answering and he looks like he's about to cry. Yonsoo has not taken her eyes off of him the whole time she's been talking to him. Now, tears are running down her face. Finally Minchul speaks...

Minchul - I'm glad that I wasn't good to you. If I did something good, it would've been harder forgetting me. That's the one good thing I did. I don't worry about you. You'll be loved by whomever you meet. So I don't feel bad towards you. Not in the least. (he looks very emotional and trying to keep it in check)

Yonsoo wiping away her tears and forcing a smile..."I'm okay, don't worry about me." All this time Minchul is leaning on the railing with his two hands together. Yonsoo places her hand over his and pulls one his hands apart still holding her hand on top of his. She quietly cries and tells him she should go now. Minchul looks down to the ground and nods his head and holds his forehead with a look of pain on his face.

Yonsoo walks away. She gets on the escalator and Minchul is rubbing his forhead with his eyes closed. He's clearly in so much pain because he loves her so much. Yonsoo is crying and Minchul wipes his eyes while still leaning on the railing. Finally he takes the escalator up, hands in his pockets and he's trying to regain some kind of composure taking a deep breath for control.

Yonsoo, once outside, walks to the fountain in front of the building. "Make a wish and toss your coin" is what a mom tells her little son kneeling at the fountain. Yonsoo is beside them. She slowly takes off her engagement ring and tosses it in, "Minchul, be happy." With tears and a little smile, she slowly walks away.
The camera zooms upward and Minchul is watching and he continues watching Yonsoo as she walks out of sight. He swallows hard.

Myungja calls Sunjae:
Myungja - It's me.
Sunjae - Mom...
Myungja - You did the right thing. No matter what happens, don't have regrets. I wanted to tell you that.
Sunjae - Mom...
Myungja - I'm sorry. In next life, don't meet a foolish mother like me. Good-bye.
She hangs up and Sunjae is thinking about what she just said. He gets scared, calls her back but she doesn't answer. He goes running to her.

Minji at the airport on the phone with Kumsuk to say goodbye. Kumsuk asks her if she knows about her father and that her house is turned upside down. Minchul is coming now and sees Minji crying in her seat. Asking her what's wrong, she tells him that dad killed Sunjae's father. Minchul holds his head and Minji realizes that Minchul knew. She asks if that's the reason he abandoned Yonsoo and the company? She's yelling. He wants to get on the plane but she begins running, she wants to confront Sunchun. Minchul runs after her through the airport out to the street.

This is such a sad episode for all of them. I liked Minji's words to Minchul, this is why you're leaving Yonsoo? Too bad she didn't know the truth from the beginning, she would have told Sunchun off (just like Minchul did) and maybe talked some sense into Minchul about leaving Yonsoo. Her reaction here looks like this isn't a reason to be leaving. I like that in her. A different slant on things.

Hello BD Family emoticon

I'm back. This was a painful episode to watch, as some of the future ones will be, but of course I'll watch them.

A couple of things stuck with me about the airport meeting. First, what an exceptional friend Narae is. Second, what a good kid Min Ji is turning out to be. I would bet money that if Min Chul would cancel his plans, at the very last minute, to stay with Yon Soo, Min Ji would be more than fine with that. She really is their cheerleader.emoticon

I loved how desparate they were to meet up, once they spotted each other. I love, above all, Min Chul and the way he runs. He was trying to be cool as he walked away from Min Ji, but his heart took over and before he knew it he was sprinting through the airport. Min Ji was all smiles.

One of my favorite moments in this scene was when Min Chul was coming down the escalator and Yon Soo was looking up at him. They were both so openly glad to see each other and their eyes were shining with love for each other. Neither of them thought to hide their feelings. Min Chul, usually so on guard, was not on guard. His love for her was exposed for anyone looking at his face. Very tender moment for me. This moment was shot perfectly. The camerman took his time here and let it sink in. Very, very beautiful.

Once Yon Soo started speaking, Min Chul had to try very hard to keep from crying. In one place you actually see him supress a sob. Body language, nobody's better than he is at this. He couldn't speak much, because I think he was going to cry if he tried. I think he was a little surprised at Yon Soo's little speech. Her saying she was going to forget him made him do something with his facial expression that I can't describe. I do know that it was like he didn't like it, but was resigned. The fact that she brought Sun Jae up here at her "goodbye" really pissed me off. All I could think was, "Sun Jae, AGAIN!!" I think he understood what she meant even if I didn't.

I was heartbroken for both of them here. When she walked away and I could see how sorry he was to leave her, I almost cried. Okay, I cried. He cried, she cried. We all cried. emoticon If possible I think he was more hurt over leaving her than she was at his leaving. The cool, contained Min Chul was gone in this scene. It was a whole new experience for him. He was desolate to lose her. What a bad choice, but what he thought was the right thing.

This scene was sensational. The acting right on the mark. These two were perfect together in this drama. It couldn't have been cast better.

Something I'll never get!! When Sun Jae realizes what his mother said on the phone, what does he do? Does he call Sunchun? Okay, he hates Sunchun, but he was afraid for his mother's life. Don't they have a maid in that house? Does he call the police or an ambulance? He's in fear of his mother hurting herself and he's on his way to her in a cab. Who does he call? He calls Yon Soo and says, "Help me." Why didn't he call someone who may have been able to help his mother? emoticon

I wish I could do this all day, but I can't. emoticon I'll be back though.

Later emoticon

K-Drama (SBS): 아름다운 날들 (Beautiful Days)

LOL You lived through it!! Did you watch CJW on her birthday?? LOL

This episode is so sad and I want to come back and comment on some things yet. The airport scene was the saddest thing. The whole time she was talking to him he couldn't even look at her. He played that part perfectly. He does Minchul so perfectly that his facial expressions couldn't be done any better if he tried. Didn't he look like he was about to cry a few times there? When he sat next to Minji did you see how he was looking all around? Such great acting.

Hello again emoticon

Where did you see CJW's birthday and how did I miss it?

I thought I was going to go nuts, so disconnected all weekend. I hope this guy is done with my computer soon.

This scene was so perfectly acted, you wonder if any of it was improvised. This actor, LBH, almost never has to speak. Have you ever spoken and tried to keep from crying? You know that choked up feeling? Lips kept stiff? Head down? How does he do that? All expression. I keep forgetting he's an actor. Amazing!! She was great too, but she doesn't try to keep from crying and her emotions are right out there. I think its probably not as difficult as his role is, in this instance. emoticon

I have more to say too, but can't say it now..

I loved it when he was coming down the escalator and she was waiting too. The way they were looking at each other you'd never know this was a couple who was breaking up. It must be really hard to break up with someone when you're still in love.

CJW's birthday was on that "extras" disc, remember I told you he was sitting next to her when they brought the cake out...
