Thanks for the summary emceema. You did a great job.  LBH has great hair doesn't he? Everything he does, it looks different and always good. I like him best with longish hair, but not necessarily this style.
I'm going to pick up at the beginning of eposide 4.
Min Chul and Yon Soo are at a counter at a soup shop. He asks her to make a deal. He wants her to move into his house to tutor Min Ji. That House??  Well, then again, how could she know? Anyway, he says they both have their own agenda, so they'll both try their best. He could've hired a professional, but he wanted someone who it meant more to than money. He knows that if it'll benefit Sena, she'll give it her all.
He can't see any other solution right now. He seems a little hopeless and low key here, as though he just figured out the extent of Min Ji's problems and how they're going to affect her future. You have to feel for these two. These two girls are horrible, each in their own way.  They're also very lucky to have siblings who give a damn, at this point. They've been a thorn in the side for a long time and the fact that somebody still cares enough to help them is more than they probably deserve. But, if we all got what we deserve............... 
She heads for the subway, he to a cab. She waves at him to say goodnight. He joins her, to her surprise. This guy is full of surprises, isn't he??  They ride together in silence for a while. She's a little self-conscious in his company, as always. They're playing peek a boo in their reflections. He stares at her. She looks away. She steals looks at him. This goes on for a while, until he asks about the coat he bought her. He says it doesn't have a tag on it, saying he bought it for her. She doesn't answer. They go back to being silent. He has a little smug smile on his lips. He's very comfortable in her company. This scene is priceless. So many in this drama are.
The next day Yon Soo goes to see the bar owner. She offers him money to let Sena go. I thought the first time they talked about money, Sena was the one who brought it up. I was under the impression then, that this guy just played along with her. Remember she told Yon Soo it would take $10,000 to pay back the debt to this guy? Anybody else? Now it seems like he wants it to repair the damages caused by the fire Sena started. Am I wrong? Did I miss something? Anyway, at this point Sena comes in and causes her usual commotion. She really is a loose wheel, this girl. She gets on my nerves. The bar owner tells her he's done with her and she needs to get out. Yon Soo tries to stop her, but he tells her not to worry, she has nowhere to go.
Sena is emailing Zero and we see something we haven't seen before. She's upset at being seen by Yon Soo at her worst moments. I didn't know whe had enough sense to care what anybody thought of her, least of all Yon Soo. Here we see she does. I guess she wants to keep up the charade that she doesn't need anybody. But, she admits she feels pathetic. She says nobody stays around??!!? Why would anyone want to stay around?? She's so obnoxious. But, here we get a glimpse of something new.
She really doesn't have anywhere to go. She's hungry and broke. She's a survivor though. She goes into Fridays and orders and enormous amount of food. Fridays seems to be all over Seoul. Remember Suky took Jongnam and Kiwoong to lunch at Fridays? Sorry, back to the present. Sena must've called Sun Jae, because he showed up. She must have a feeling of entitlement here, because she takes his credit card to pay for her ridiculous lunch.
She tells him she's an orphan and asks hasn't he ever met an orphan before? He starts to tell her about the Christmas his father took him to an orphanage and her phone rings. If her phone didn't ring here, the whole puzzle would have fallen into place. She would have known the owner of Victory is his father and that Min Chul is his brother. But, her phone does ring and its Victory asking to see her. I guess it wouldn't be drama if we didn't have all of these near misses and coincidences, right? 
I have to go for a while. Work calls me and I have to answer.
Bummer!

OK, I'm back from my morning walk. I see, smoochie started her own summary. But I'll continue on where I left off. I have already written it down on my yellow pad and two summaries will give the readers/lurkers to imagine the scenario in two different prospects.
 
Narae's place: Narae is eating dinner. Yonsoo is looking at her bank books. Narae is complaining that she was looking for her earlier and couldn't locate her.
Narae: What are you doing? Did you find a room?
Yonsoo: No
Narae: Why are you figuring your money?
Yonsoo: Something came up.
Narae: It's Sena again. What happened?
Yonsoo: Don't worry about it. I'll take care of it.
Narae: How can I not care? I know how hard you worked to save that money.
Yonsoo: Don't worry about it.
Narae: Ya! (in a loud voice) Don't you remember when you were burning up with fever and I insisted you go to the hospital but you refused. I was so disgusted with your stubborness. I called you a money ghost and you responded "You're right, so what?" This is your blood and tears. No way! Give me that. (She grabbed the bank book)
Yonsoo: Narae.......
Narae: Ya! With this money, you can go abroad and change your life. Stop acting stubborn and take care of yourself.
Yonsoo: I know. It's hard for me too. I just want to ignore it all and run away with this money.
Narae: Go run away then.
Yonsoo: I can run away from Sena but not from myself. When I first started to save money, I only have one intention. I just wanted to take care of Sena. That's why I started to save up money. But if I ran away now, I'll be forever haunted by myself.
Narae: (looked frustrated, while Yonsoo took back the bank book)
Yonsoo: I should have been giving more to you. Don't you think so?
Narae: It's okay, you fool (hit Yonsoo on the head, then tickle her)
Yonsoo: Stop it!
Narae: Why? (more tickling)
Yonsoo, running on the street. Arrived at the burned karaoki bar. BO was drinking.
Yonsoo: Anyeong Hasaeyo!
BO: Just leave. I'm in no mood to talk to anyone.
Yonsoo handed him an envelope. He glanced at it but did not reach for it.
Yonsoo: It's all I can afford right now. If it's not enough, I'll pay you back later after I make more money.
BO: (Hesitated but took the envelop anyway) Still............
Sena (entered) What's that?
Sena: Answer me!
BO: Can't you see? Your sister brought money.
Sena: I said I'd pay you back.
BO: Watch it!!! You'll rip the check. (pulling back and forth with Sena) How will you pay me back? Did you work well? Or just tout? (I don't understand this) With that obnoxious attitude of yours, you can't make money here.
Sena: If you keep this money, it's over between us, okey?
BO: Even if I don't take it, our relationship is over. Haven't you got that through your head yet?
Sena: Just turn me in.......... I said just turn me in!!!!!!!!!!
BO: Watch out! Your going to rip it. (To Yonsoo) Please go and take her with you.
Sena turned and left in a hurry. Yonsoo keep calling her.
BO: Leave her alone. She probably has no where to go anyway.
Street Scene: Sena, walking fast with the crowd. She ended up in a cyber cafe. She was e-mailing Zero and complaining about the person she hates most, tears rolling down her cheeks. She remembered the incident where Yonsoo ran after her stealing some CDs at Victory, the time they said goodbye at the orphanage.
(Voice of Sena in her mind): I am always alone because people don't stay around those who has nothing to give..........blah, blah, blah.
Close up on computer. Sena shrieked. She got a reply from Zero, jumps up and down and kissed the kid sitting beside her. It was an encouraging message from Zero.
At a public washroom, Sena was washing her face. On the street, looking at the table of food from a street vendor and counting coins in her hands.
At a fastfood restaurant, Sena was surrounded with food and eating hungrily. Across the table was Sunjae. She reached out to him and took his credit card from his wallet. She was telling him that she's an orphan. Sunjae looked startled.
Sena: Haven't you met an orphan before?
Sunjae: When little, I visited a home wth my dad once.
Sena: Ah, no wonder you act like that.
Sunjae: I was about eleven .............
Sena: (her phone rang) Wait, hold on. Hello! This is Kim Sena (then a big smile on her face) Victory?
Next scene: Sunjae and Sena on a motorcycle. Sena was waving her arms and shrieking.
At the clothing store: Sena was holding a suit, jeans and jacket and trying them on. She paraded in front of Sunjae.
Sena: Give me a little time. After I become a hit, I'll make up for all of this.
Sunjae: Not every singer becomes a hit.
Sena: I know I'll make it. If I don't, who will?
Sunjae: (smiling)
Sena: Let's go to the bank. It's my first day of work and I can't show up without money.
Sunjae: Ah, chum! (no translation but this is how I heard it)
Sena: Why? You think I'm going to rip you off? Do you want collateral?
Sunjae: Do you have one? Looks like the only thing is your necklace.
Sena took off her necklace and handed it to Sunjae.
Sunjae: I was just joking.
Sena: I'm giving it to you.
Sunjae: It's just a joke. I don't need that.
Sena: I give it to you. I wanted to discard it for a while already but it didn't feel right just trashing it anywhere. Good! Now, I can get rid of it.
(Music, close up on Sunjae's face, hand with necklace. Motorcycle ride, stops in front of Victory Records.)
Sena: At last, a window of opportunity opened. I'm going to make sure it never closes.
Yonsoo and Narae coming out of the building onto the street. Yonsoo saw Sena on a motorcycle, called after her but she didn't notice and went on. Yonsoo and Narae followed them. They stopped in front of a motel.
Sena: Thanks for today. I'll definitely pay you back.
Sunjae: Where are you going to stay?
Sena: Here! (Looking atthe motel sign) This place will do.
Sunjae: Don't you have friends you can stay with?
Sena: (ignoring him) Goodnigt!
Sunjae: Wait! (Got off the motorcycle taking her bags and going in)
Sena: You have no ulterior motive, do you?
Yonsoo saw Sena in front of the motel together with a man and it shocked her.
Narae: Look, there's Sena!
Yonsoo: No, it isn't. I thought it was but I was mistaken.
Narae: Really? I guess I'm seeing things, worrying so much. Let's go!
(Inside the motel, Sunjae knew what kind of place it is)
Sena: You're going to leave already?
Sunjae: Take care.
(Sunjae heard voices from adjoining room. He came back in to Sena's room. Awkward silence, Sunjae sitting on the floor. Soft music started)
Sunjae: I'll stay for a while. Would you be okey here by yourself? (Sena nodded) Make sure you lock the door. If anything, call me.
Sena: You....... You're really a nice guy.
(Fade out)

Great Job emceema!!! I'm going to pick up where you left off. We posted the same and different things at the same time. I liked it. It was very interesting! Dueling Summaries!!
Here goes;
He takes her to the hotel and after seeing she'll be alright he leaves her, though you can see he feels badly for her.
Finally, her big chance. She shows up for orientation, late. With orange hair. Not a good look! A very bad look! If anything she looks crazier than ever. She's late because she goes around introducing herself to the staff and giving out little gifts. Telling them she's the future singing star of Victory records. She finally makes it into the orientation and has another run-in with Min Ji's mean friend. (name?). The group is intoduced to the dancers and is supposed to learn the dances. She's not getting it. It is the first day, though. But, she looks like an out of control stick figure trying to follow the routine.
Once the class is over she takes the opportunity to see the owner. (name?) She tells him about their history at the orphanage. He's very happy to see her and be reminded that he actually did a good deed, once. He does remember and is amazed at how she's grown up. She thanks him for taking her to the hospital all of those years ago. He wants to know what she's doing there and she tells him. He wishes her luck and tells her to work hard.
This kid is a survivor. She knows how to play the angles. It must be all of those years in Seoul on her own. I don't know what good knowing him will do her, but it couldn't hurt, right?
As she's leaving Oh Jung Hung, the composer (and Sun Jae's friend) stops her. He wants to talk to her. He sees something in her. Narae catches them on the way out and they have a tug of war, with Sena finally giving up and tells him to give up. I guess she was afraid she'd be pulled apart. Narae's very strong. I think she could've taken him. She was throwing that poor guy around like a bag of rocks.
Narae calls Yon Soo and tells her where to meet them. Its time for Sena to face her. Yon Soo tells her how worried she's been and begs her to move in with Narae. She tells her she'll move out and that she's gotten a job as a tutor and she's thinking of moving into their house. Sena tells her its just like her and accuses her of always knowing how to take care of herself. Such an ungrateful little witch!!
She tells Yon Soo that she's been accepted by Victory. She's very supportive of her. Sena says she has no clue what the director has in mind for her. She thinks he may want to get even with her because of Min Ji. She says it doesn't matter, because she's determined to undergo anything. She's going to do her best to show them what she's got. I'm still waiting to see exactly what that is.
Sena tells her one thing bothers her and that's Yon Soo. She'll be coming and going all of the time and she'll see her and want to quit everything. She tells Yon Soo that she knows she wouldn't want that to happen in her life. More blackmail.  What she wants is for Yon Soo to act like she doesn't know her and to stay away so she can concentrate on her singing. Yon Soo agrees, but she wants her to move in with Narae. Sena says that starting now she's ending all ties. Yon Soo asks if she'd rather stay at that motel? She tells her its none of her business where she stays and gets up and leaves. She was extremely rude and obnoxious to Yon Soo during this whole enounter. Yon Soo should be put up for sainthood, because it would've ended very differently had it been me. Never mind......
Now that Min Chul has kept up his end of the bargain, its time for Yon Soo to keep up her's.
I'm going to stop here.
I'm trying to decide which of these girls is worse. Min Ji or Sena. The only redeeming quality Min Ji has, is her relationship with her brother. She shows how sweet she can be when she's with him and its not forced. I think she'd probably be a different person if she could live with Min Chul outside of that house. Plus she's shown real talent in her painting.
Sena acts better with Sun Jae than with anyone else, but she's always on the verge of rude. She mainly uses him. He doesn't seem to mind, but then Sun Jae has many issues of his own. She hasn't shown me much yet. I can't see her improving her behavior and attitude under any circumstances. Both of these girls feel abandoned, that's for sure. 
Tomorrow's another day. I'll be back to pick up where I left off if nobody else wants to summarize the rest of this episode. If anyone does, jump in.
Speaking of jumping in where is the rest of the family? I thought we were all on the same page with this. Come on guys. Daftonbb, where are you? Addie? What happened? ADwatcher? What's up? Peachlove, come in and join us. We're very nice. This is a good one!! Lurkers we know you're out there. Now's the time!!

Good Morning BD,
I love your summaries emceema and smoochie!! Now I can just pick and choose what I want to comment on today. LOL
And we all know who...err, that is.
It's so interesting that this time around I'm seeing things I didn't notice on my other watches. I swear, every drama has to be watched at least twice when you're first time watching because so much is missed when you're just getting aquainted with all the characters.
Anyway, I never realized that quick scene of someone with his back to the camera walking to the taxi was Minchul. Yonsoo, stopping at the subway stairs gives a little nod goodbye to Minchul who was about to get in the taxi. He's looking at her with second thoughts about getting in.
Quickly, Yonsoo is on the escalator but before you can blink an eye, Minchul has joined her. What was interesting to me is instead of him standing beside her or one step behind her which most people would do, he plants himself one step in front of her with not a word spoken.
Why did he go in front of her? I know why but it's so hard to put in words. I can say he's playing with her but I also think he's attracted to her now.
He thinks she has a crush on him and he's putting himself out there as bait for her, he's teasing. He's playing mind games with her. He likes to confuse her and leave her wanting. He's all full of himself! LOL
He is one interesting character, isn't he? I don't know what word to use to describe how he acts when he's around Yonsoo. I think it's a very slow seduction
Everytime she is before him business related or private, the way he stands, his movements, his sometimes in her face closeness and seconds of wordless stares at her face, and often at the same time listening to her talk but cooly looking at paperwork, ever try talking to someone who doesn't look at you?
He makes her feel timid every single time, she looks down, uncomfortable. You can see it. Maybe she feels that he's coming on to her but she is such a straight arrow, so innocent really, that she doesn't know how to come off as assertive in her own right.
When the conversations are over, he makes a little sly move on her by a ever so slight sexual toned (yes it is) touch or stare. And that stare, wow! I think it just about does her in everytime!! LOL She stammers and looks uneasy.
As unexpectedly as he does these things before her, he will instantly close a door or walk away from her in a blink of her eye. Yonsoo is left bewildered. Minchul knows exactly what he's doing and he does it very well.
Remember when he took that pamphlet on the shelf behind her but not before he was standing directly in front of her and made that very slow hand movement towards her face? LOL LOL
The subway scene was good. The glances, he is the first one to close his eyes!! LOL AKA Jongnam at the amusement park!!!
He did that so she could look him over!!
Then when Yonsoo gets caught starring AKA Suky at the amusement park!!! (I can't help it) she turns away and plays the game. She closes her eyes...and he stares. I just love it!
I liked the scene when Narae nabs Sena! LOL She's like a sheriff's posse all on her own. Once she had ahold of Sena, she was dead meat.
The composer learned that the hard way. Very funny. Narae is the only one who can control this girl. And though Sena is a little toughie in her own right, her size and Narae's size shows who will win every time.
I never realized that Sunjae bought those clothes for Sena and even gave her money. My question is has he ever heard her sing? I don't remember because there is so much going on. Does he think she sings well? Maybe it's pity. She's so overbearing that maybe he's just left speechless.
Just a little bit about this next scene. Yonsoo goes to the office to thank Minchul for giving Sena a chance. She peers in but doesn't see him.
Just at that moment Michul comes up behind her and with arms up, sleeves rolled up, leans on the door frame and in this deep, deep voice asks her "were you looking for me?" Oh, man!!
LOL LOL Now really, have any of you had a boss come up behind you and stand like that and ask you if you were looking for him? LOL
He is just too, too, seductive for his own good!
Yonsoo tells him she'll start tomorrow and move into his house to care for Minji. Leaving his office, she drops her purse in front of him and all the contents fall out.
Yonsoo kneels and starts to gather up her things. Looks innocent enough, right? Wrong...
Minchul runs his finger slowly through the side of her hair, going down the bottom of her face but ever so slightly, as he reaches down with that hand to pick up her two remaining items.
Yieks!! I have to end this now...
He then hands her a cell phone and when she tells him she has one, he tells her it's to be used just for HIS calls, and he shuts the door on her.
That's it for now. Come on lurkers! We're waiting for you to join in. This is such a good drama and we want all different kinds of opinions here. We know you're with us everyday. It'll be fun.

Jasy, I left that scene out just for you.
First of all, his standing in the doorway like that blocked her escape. She had to feel a little trapped by that. But, she doesn't really want to escape. Would you?? No, I wouldn't either. He's always about two inches from her face and she can't even look up for fear of their noses touching. Not that that's a bad thing. He speaks quietly and softly to her. He's very seductive. I do think its because he thinks she has a crush on him. He always sets her off kilter and he knows exactly what he's doing. He is playing with her, but he's becoming part of his own game.
When he gives her the cell phone, you can see before she knows what it is she wants to decline. Even when she does know, she tells him she has a cell phone. He tells her its just for his calls. This girl doesn't know what to make of him and of course she drops her bag. Its better than dropping.........never mind!! Anyway, I almost screamed out loud when he touched her hair and slowly let his fingers run down the length of her face. So intimate!! I live for these scenes. She's taken aback by this gesture and he acts as though he was just trying to help. When she first dropped her stuff, I thought, isn't he going to help her? Is he just going to stand there? Well, he gave me more that I bargained for!!  He's so good at that. Just when he had her really confused and off balance, he closes the door in her face! What can she think after such closeness and intimacy?
One other thing, He did say to her that she's a bright girl and she must know why he's bringing her into his house. What do you think he meant? I thought it was for more than Min JI.
Let me tell you this; If it was me I'd wonder what this guy had up his sleeve. He's obviously playing a game. He never really says anything to give away his intentions. According to him, his intentions are pure, but then there are those little seduction scenes that makes one wonder. If I was not interested in him, I don't think I'd go one step further without some kind of understanding. We see Yon Soo is already in too deep and she's going to play this out. She's helpless to stop herself at this point. I'm loving this.
All of the pieces are in place now. Everyone is where they're supposed to be. All we have to do now is watch. This is getting good now!! Oh, wait a minute I just had Deja Vu. Could I have said that over and over again about another drama?? Yes I did and I was right then too.
Come on Lurkers!! Join in. Everybody's seen this at least once.
I have to leave now, but I'll give you all something to think about. I'll be back to finish up on episode 4, unless someone else wants to do it. Either way I'll be back.

Earthlink.net was in outer space this morning and I couldn't connect. It's only just now (11:30 am PST) that I opened this board. And Smoochie and Jasy have gabbed a lot already! LOL
Episode 4:
At Victory Records, new recruits are seated at the conference room. Minchul entered.
Minchul: Congratulations on becoming Victory family!
His two assistants, Ha Kichul (tall and better looking) and Min Kyusuk (shorter and chubby) introduced themselves. Ha Kichul is in charge of programming and schedules and Min Kyusuk is bodyguard and driver.
All the recruits were asked to introduced themselves and Hwang Kumsuk volunteered right away by giving a sample of her singing voice and dance moves.
Sena is still outside the room carrying a box of drinks and giving it out to all office staffs and introducing herself to them.
At the conference room:
Minchul: Let's get something perfectly clear. You, being here, doesn't mean you'll make it as a singer. You've only been given a small chance. Whether you really become a singer depends on the effort you put in starting now. As you all know, Victory doesn't produce albums that are not assured. Out of all of you here, the first person to have me affirm your album would most likely be the first title to an album. Victory is not just a music company but its a place where you'll establish your hopes and dreams for the future. When you return, have a blueprint of how you'll reach those aspirations of yours.
Sena entered the room.
Kichul: How can you be late on your first day? No way does a company waits for the singer!
Sena: I'm very sorry. It won't happen again. I'm really sorry.
Minchul beckoned her to sit but she saw Kumsuk and the two had a staring/making faces duel.
Kichul: I know it's late but please introduce yourself.
Sena: Hello! I'm Victory's future artist, Kim Sena. To become a singer, I'm willing to undergo any hardship. As of today, I'm born again and the Sena of yesterday is gone.
Minchul: (smiling to himself) Please follow.
Assistants: Yes
Sena: (Thanking everyone and bowing) Kamsa hamnida!
Kumsuk: Hey, what are you doing here?
Sena: I should be asking this question.
Kumsuk: Didn't you fail the audition?
Sena: Victory realized that they are about to miss out on a big star.
Kumsuk: Yeah, right. If Minji were to find out, you'd be out of here in a second.
Sena: Do as you wish but I'm staying no matter what. (walking away)
Kumsuk: Where are you going? (pushing Sena)
Sena: Why, you..... (pulling Kumsuk's hair and pushing her down)
Kumsuk: I'm going to kill you!
The recruits were given a tour of the studio and introduced to key people like Oh Jung Hun, the song writer-composer (he immediately showed an interest in Sena), group dancers practicing (they were allowed to join in). Sena andKumsuk were getting at each other's way while Minchul was silently observing Sena's every move. Definitely, Sena has a long way to learn how to dance.
Meeting President Sun Chun:
Sun Chun: This battle can't be won easily. Be aware of that.
All: Yes sir.
Sun Chun: All right, you're excused.
All: Yes sir.
Sena has already a plan of her own. She went to see the President at his office.
Sena (timidly standing at the doorway) Good afternoon, President Lee! I've always wanted to visit you.
Sun Chun: Me?
Sena: Yes. I wanted to thank you for giving me a chance and also for the affection you provided me when I was young.
Sun Chun: (his face perplexed. He couldn't remember her)
Sena: Remember Blessed Home Orphanage? (Note: in another dialogue, transcription of the name of the orphanage is Grace Home)
Sun Chun: Yes, I do.
Sena: I grew up there and because of your generosity, christmas was always warm and I could dream of becoming a singer and you saved my life.
Sun Chun: I saved your life?
Sena: Yes, when I was scalded with hot water, you took me to the hospital and paid my bills.
Sun Chun: (remembers) You're that little girl?
Sena: Yes sir.
Sun Chun: (looking happy) Time sure flies. You are just a little girl!
Sena: I've always wanted to pay you a visit and thank you but it's only now that I am able to do so.
Sun Chun: That little girl has grown and now you want to be an artist for Victory?
Sena: Yes sir.
Sun Chun: (patting Sena on the shoulder) Ya! What a coincidence! Strive to do your best as I'll be on the side watching you.
Sena: Thank you. I'll try my best so as to pay your generosity. Thank you very much. (tears in her eyes)
Outside, Oh Jung Sun was waiting for her. He told her that because of the crowd, he couldn't tell her that he is exceptionally glad to meet her. He was too friendly with Sena, putting his arms around her shoulder as they walk out.
Yonsoo was in deep thoughts when the store manager (for convenience, I'll call her SM) reminded her that a customer is waiting. She continue to disparage her while she attended to a customer, who is ignoring what the SM is talking about. The SM wants Yonsoo to apologize by reciting "A minute with a customer ....". Yonsoo started to recite but SM continue to interrupt her in a loud voice. She stopped and stared. SM turns around and saw all the recruits were there. Sena tried to look inconspicious. SM happily tells the recruits how she feels and brag about the importance of her position. Then she noticed Sena and she's trying to remember where she met her. Yonsoo, knowing what would be the outcome of this confrontation, immediately distracted SM's attention and tol her there's a problem with on-line orders.
Outside the building, Narae was loading a delivery van with bxes. She saw Sena and Oh Jung Sun coming out of the building.
Narae: Sena (grabbing her arms)
Sena: Let go!
Narae: Do you know how worried Yonsoo is?
Sena: Let go!
Narae: Just be quiet and follow me.
Jung Sun: What do you think you're doing?
Narae: Mind your own business.
Jung Sun: You're dragging a person like a dog on the street.
Narae: I'm doing this for a reason, so move. (to Sena) Come here!
There was a pulling match but Narae wouldn't let go, so Sena agreed to go with Narae. Narae called Yonsoo and she told her she got Sena and will be waiting with her at a nearby cafe.
Yonsoo was running towards the Cafe. Yonsoo and Sena talked while Narae stood guard at the door.
Yonsoo: I worried because I thought you were missing.
Sena: I'm fine. You'd be happy if I were really missing.
Yonsoo: Where are you staying now?
Sena: None of your business.
Yonsoo: Sena, come move in. If you don't want to live with me, then I'll leave.
Sena: (doesn't believe her)
Yonsoo: I got a job as a tutor so I'm thinking of moving into their house.
Sena: You are outstanding. Still managing to take care of yourself well.
That would be more like you. I have something to tell you also. As you probably know, I got admitted to Victory.
Yonsoo: I'm so glad.
Sena: Honestly, I've no clue what that program director has in mind for me. Maybe he wnts to get back at me for his sister.
Yonsoo: I'm sure that's not the case.
Sena: Regardless, I am determined to undergo anything. I'm going to do my best, showing them what I've got.
Yonsoo: You can do it. Try your best.
Sena: But one thing does bother me. You bother me. I'll be going in and out of Victory and I'll run into you. I'm going to want to quit everything if I see you often. I'm sure you wouldn't want that to happen in my life, would you? (Yonsoo nodded slowly) If you really want what's best for me, don't show that you like me when you see me. Keep away so Ican just concentrate on singing. Get out of my way, okay?
Yonsoo: Okay, I'll do that.
Sena: Bye!
Yonsoo: Wait!
Sena: What now?
Yonsoo: I'll do whatever you say. Just move back in and live with Narae.
Sena: No, it's okey. Starting now, were ending all ties.
Yonsoo: So, you'll stay at the hotel?
Sena: (speechless for a moment) Never mind, whether Ilive in a hotel or motel. I'll pay back the money you gave that bar owner once I make some money. So just mind your own business (running towards the door).
Narae: Sena, Sena! (She couldn't hold her)
Narae: (To Yonsoo) So that was the one we saw last night, right?
Yonsoo couldn't hold her tears.
Will be back!

Continuation of Episode 4:
That night Yonsoo went back to Victory Records, looking for Minchul. She knocks on Minchul's office but there was no answer so she opened the door. Minchul silently came behind her, put both arms on the doorway, blocking the entrance.
Minchul: Were you looking for me?
Yonsoo: (Turned around, startled) Yes, I wanted to thank you for taking my sister. Thank you.
Minchul: (He was staring at Yonsoo's face at a close-up range) So when are we going to carry out the deal?
Yonsoo: I will move in tomorrow.
Minchul: (Nodding slowly) Good.
Yonsoo: But can I ask one more hing? Can you keep this a secret from Sena? She has lots of pride so she'd probably back down if she knew that I was involved.
Minchul: (Still staring intently) Okay.
Yonsoo: Goodbye!
Minchul step aside. Yonsoo was about to pass him by when she dropped her purse. She was literally at the feet of Minchul, kneeling down. Music played and very slowly, Minchul bends down, his fingers almost touching Yonsoo's hair. Yonsoo looked up (and for a minute there, I though he's going to touch her face), but he was only going to help her pick up her compact and comb and hand it to her. She hastily put it in her purse, stood up saying "Anyeonghe gasaeyo" without ever looking at Minchul's face. Minchul's proximity to Yonsoo was so close that when he entered the room, his left hand touched Yonsoo's shoulder just slightly above her breast (I have to freeze the frame to make sure his target wasn't lower). Yonsoo froze and before she could move, Minchul came back with a pink box on his hand and gave it to Yonsoo. Yonsoo was immobilize so he opened the box for her and in it was a white cellphone.
Minchul: Take this.
Yonsoo: I have a cellphone already.
Minchul: Just answer my calls using this one.
He took her hand and put the box in it, pat her shoulder (back shoulder) and before he closed the door, said: "Carry it always".
Yonsoo was speechless.
Narae and Yonsoo at a restaurant, drinking.
Narae: What? Where are you going?
Yonsoo: I'm sorry, it just happened that way.
Narae: You tell me now when you're leaving tomorrow?
Yonsoo: I only decided today.
Narae: I should have known when you said you were going to buy me a drink. Why should I buy a drink? Don't you feel pain when you are hit after a drink?
Yonsoo: (smiled)
Narae: No! You can't go into that household.
Yonsoo: Why?
Narae: What do you mean why? Don't you know how that girl Minji is? She'll make your life miserable. She will be chewing you.
Yonsoo: I doubt it (smiling)
Narae: It's nothing to smile about.
Yonsoo: She's probably not as bad as she appears. Let's toast!
Narae: Toast to what? Why? Any special day today?
Yonsoo: Sena's joining Victory, my getting this job and your not having to deal with my nagging all the time. Its all to celebrate.
Narae: (sarcastically) It's so exciting (She drinks, bottoms up).
Yonsoo: Hey, take it easy.
Narae: No, I'm going to drink this down and make you faint.
Yonsoo: Thank you. I don't know what I would have done without you.
Narae: It's okay. You just take care of yourself.
Yonsoo: Make sure you take care of yourself too. Don't forget to eat properly and always remember to wash up before you sleep no matter how lazy you feel.
Narae: If someone were to hear us, they'd think were husband and wife.
Yonsoo: And, please take good care of Sena.
Narae: Don't even worry about her. I'll make sure I give her the right discipline.
Yonsoo: Thank you. I believe you.
Narae: Yonsoo, this is the last shot. Let's tank it without a break.
They raise their glasses, clink it together and drink. Narae is in tears.
Following evening: It was raining hard. Sunjae was trying to catch the bus. He got in and took a seat in front of Yonsoo who was there already, with luggages beside her. Yonsoo was staring and touching the ring on her finger. Sunjae was holding Sena's necklace with a ring like Yonsoo's. Both's mind are far away, looking at the window and sighing deeply, at the same time.
Minchul, at his office calling someone. At the bus, a cellphone rings. Both Yonsoo and Sunjae said "Hello" but the cellphone keeps on ringing. Yonsoo remembers the other cellphone given by Minchul.
Yonsoo: Hello!
Minchul: Where are you?
Yonsoo: On the bus.
Minchul: You left already? I wanted to give you a lift.
Yonsoo: I have the address so I can find it.
Minchul: See you at home then.
Yonsoo: Okay.
The bus lurched and Yonsoo's luggage fell off. She dropped her cellphone. Sunjae tried to pick it up. He turned around and saw her. The bus stopped but still raining hard. Sunjae got off first and bought an umbrella from a sidewalk vendor. Yonsoo got off too and, looking at a piece of paper with Minchul's house address, went on. Sunjae with an umbrella noticed Yonsoo ahead of him, getting drenched. He ran to keep up with her.
Sunjae: Wait a minute.
Yonsoo: (stopped and saw Sunjae. He shared the umbrella with her and took one luggage) Thanks!
They continued walking on the same direction, Yonsoo getting soaked an wiping her face with her hand. Sunjae took out a handkerchief from his pocket and gave it to Yonsoo. She said: "Thanks!".
Yonsoo stopped in the middle of the street, looking for a street sign and the address on that piece of paper.
Yonsoo: Which way is the pharmacy?
Sunjae: That way. We're headed in the right direction.
In front of a huge gate, Yonsoo stopped.
Yonsoo: This is it. Thank you.
Sunjae: This house?
Yonsoo: Yes.
Sunjae: (couldn't believe her) This is where I live.
A car came. MInchul blow his horn, got out with an umbrella.
Yonsoo: Chief!
Sunjae: Brother!
Minchul: (To Yonsoo) You made it. (To Sunjae) She's Minji's tutor.
Minchul: (To Yonsoo) Come in! (Took her bag and went inside)
Sunjae was left at the gate totally astounded.
Myungja met them at the door.
Minchul: Oh, this is my mother.
Yonsoo: Hello!
Myungja: Minji's tutor?
Minchul: Yes.
Myungja: Please have a seat.
Sung Chun stood up from where he is sitting, walk to the livingroom and sat on a chair.
Yonsoo: (Bowing her head to him) Nice to meet you, sir.
Sung Chun: Have a seat.
Everybody got seated. Sunjae came in.
Myungja: Have a seat. This is Minji's tutor. (Awkward silence)
Sunjae: What's your name?
Yonsoo: My name is Kim Yonsoo.
Sung Chun: I see. To tell you the truth, I'm opposed to the whole idea. I think it's a totally useless effort. I know my daughter well. She isn't someone who's likely to change with a tutor.
Myungja: Honey......
Sung Chun: Even if it concerns my child, if I don't see it working, then I take no delay in stopping it. I don't think she will behave like human. Watch her so she doesn't get in trouble outside.
Minchul: Why speak in such a discouraging way?
Myungja: Let's look at the circumstances.
Sung Chun: So may household members and we can't even discipline one girl. that explains it all (looking angry) It's that bad apple spoiling the barrel.
Minchul: She'll change once she finds peace at home.
Atmosphere is very tense. Everybody is on edge.
Myungja: I forgot to bring something to drink (Stood up to go to the kitchen)
Sunjae: I'm going up (Stood up also)
Myungja: Why don't you take up Miss Kim's bags?
Sunjae: Yes.
Minchul was looking down, totally motionless. Yonsoo was speechless. Upstairs, Sunjae was waiting for Minchul.
Sunjae: Let's talk.
Minchul: (To Yonsoo) This is Minji's room. Go in first.
Yonsoo passes Sunjae in slo-mo. Camera fanned inside the room. Minchul and Sunjae outside the room.
Sunjae: Do you have to go this far?
Minchul: What do you mean?
Sunjae: Do you have to bring in a complete stranger? Have you thought about how embarrassed mom must feel?
Minchul: If mom cares about Minji, she'll understand. Be nice to Yonsoo. She'd feel uncomfortable here. (He tapped Sunjae's shoulder) Go in!
In Minji's room:
Yonsoo: (Staring at a picture) She can draw well.
Minchul: She can, huh? She's very talented in drawing.
Yonsoo: I didn't know you have another younger sibling.
Minchul: Sunjae? He is a pre-med student. Don't be so formal. He's younger than you.
Yonsoo: Yes.
Yonsoo saw pictures of Minchul and Minji together.
Yonsoo: She must like the older brother more.
Minchul: I have something to tell you. Our family is not ordinary as you may think. I'm telling you this because it maybe helpful as you work with Minji. The only person Minji regard as family is me. At six, she lost her birth mother and she has to adjust to a new environment. So she was hurt when she was young.
Yonsoo: So that lady that I met earlier...........
Mincul: She's my stepmother.
Close-up of Minchul and Yonsoo. His face was close enough to whisper. Yonsoo was looking down, Minchul was staring straight at her.
Minchul: You're very bright. I hope you know why I brought you into our home. Please do your best with my sister. (YOnsoo turned around and look at him) Take a rest.
He left the room leaving Yonsoo wondering and looking at the pictures of the brother and sister.
In his room, Minchul was at his computer, looking at the screen. There was a news about Zero. He was in deep thoughts. Sunjae was at his room studying but couldn't concentrate. He opened his windows and breathe some fresh air. Yonsoo fall asleep sitting on the floor with her head propped with his luggage. The door opened. Minchul looked at Yonsoo for a while, then turned off the lights. All these times, the theme music was playing, softly at first , then louder as the scene fade out.
 Time out. Got to eat dinner. See you tomorrow.
