Hello Everyone,

I am checking in to update the temple tour options. I called the nice lady at the temple and she told me the guided tours are 1 1/2 hours long and have a trip to their museum on the grounds. They are available for groups of 15 or more and are 2 dollars a person I have about 5 people so far on the list. It is for May 20th and we can go any time after 10 am but we need to call by next week to reserve a time and a guide if we want the tour. If not they have a self guided cd option too. If anyone is interested let me know.

pooka67, how far is it from the temple to the restaurant? I'm trying to figure out driving time, because I've only got about 7 hours free on Sunday, give or take.

I have checked it on yahoo maps and it said 30 minutes but I don't think should take that long at all. You can come down Beach blvd and it has it 's lights timed pretty well. You can map it out on a web map site and see if you can fit it in to your time frame.

Pooka... Where exactly is the Temple? So if we can get 15 people we can have a an hour and a half tour? If we went at 10:30am we'd be done by noon(ish).. Then the drive to the restaurant (give or take 30 min).. So, we would probably want to meet 'officially' at the restaurant around 1pm? Or 2pm? What do you think? Thanks! ....

it is now May 01st. The votes have been tallied and the date is (drum roll please) MAY 20TH. Yep it won hands down. (cymble crash). so here it is Sunday May 20th (no big suprise) all we need now is the time and we need to coordinate it with the temple tour. So Please let Pooka67 know the information she needs and we will take it from there.

M's, I'm ok w/meeting again. If it's this weekend the only time I have is Sunday evening. If it's the following weekend (12th/13th) I'm free. Just let me know.

I do have a problem now with getting to go to the temple (what I REALLY wanted to do). On the 20th I have something going on in the morning (unexpected) and I'm not sure I will be done in time for the tour.
