If any of you are not done with Christmas shopping yet, why don't you come down to South Coast Plaza, in the heart of the OC? I work at one of the stores in this mall, and would like to meet some of my Kdrama family.

Just curious about when & where the next group meeting will be? Sounds like a GREAT opportunity to meet fellow K-drama fans, especially since I'm not Korean (Hispanic) and none of my friends are into K-dramas.

Also wondering if there might be one in the SFV, since the O.C. is a bit far for me. Thanks.

Lex07: There was a meeting in Los Angeles in 2006 (I think). Then last spring of this year they had a gathering in Orange County (Garden Grove). I think the plan is to go back to Los Angeles area again in 2008 so it will be easier for you to attend.

We haven't discussed the next gathering yet. I'm sure someone will pop up and start talks on it. It's great to meet others who are as addicted as you are (meaning me).. You can check on this thread to see pictures of the people who were at the meetings. Basically, we all just talk & eat. It's fun! Last spring we all brought a gift (we kept it very reasonable priced) and then we had a drawing. Everyone went home with a gift.

We'll be very happy if you join us!! emoticon

hi kdrama fans, i was lost for a while, but i'm back. looks like i missed alot since last year specially the last get together. i'm currently just watching two shows right now, (here comes ajuma and daughters-in-law. those pictures are awesome. i have to visit that temple one of this days. happy watching...

tickets to the Korean Music Festival that is held at the Hollywood bowl go on sale monday morning at 10 am. The girls and I and their indo male friend attended last year and we had a blast. If you like a varietyof music this is a great event to attend. If you do decide to go, the tickets sell fast. Also, we would love to meet up with any boardies if you decide to go.

Sorry, I hadn’t realized Addie had posted here in March.

Anyway, YES to having a gathering for 2008. I believe it’s Los Angeles’ turn this time, right?

I’m a lousy planner but a good helper. Anyone want to be the planner?

We could do something similar to last year. Maybe some games and we could all bring a $10-$15 gift for an exchange.

Is everyone interested in having lunch together?
