I just checked all the emails and it seems to be too much of a hassle to take the train now. I do have a portable GPS so it shouldn't be hard to find the place if I or someone else wants to drive up from Fullerton . Just a warning I am a awful driver LOLOL!! Let me know what you ladies decide on.

Margaret we are going to miss you!! Don't worry I am sure we will do it again soon.

And I have decided to take the bus to Cultural Center...just easier!! But I would really appreciate a ride from there to the restaurant afterwards!!

Yes, 11am at the Center. However, if it's too hot those who arrive first may want to wait inside. I hear it's supposed to be warm. Geeze, anything over 70 degress is hot to me!!

OMG!!!, OMG!!! I can’t believe It’s this Week End!! Just 2 1/2 days away!! I just blinked an here it is!!! I haven’t even caught up on all the messages in this thread, but it seems transportation is a problem for some.. especially those going to Union Station.
My wife and I are going. We are in the SGV (Temple City). We can pick up 2 (or three if you don’t mind being cozy) on the way, or at Union Station. I will be checking this thread from now (midday Thursday) until Friday evening at about 9 am, noon, 6 pm, 9 pm, and midnite (times approx. of course). I didn’t realize how much and how quickly things are changing on this thread.
There’s also a big bus depot in El Monte (not far from me) right off the 10 freeway. We’ll be coming from the 10. Union Station is just off the ten downtown, so it’s not a problem for us. If we can help, let me know. Just leave me a PM. I’ll be checking for messages 8 more times between now and Friday. In the meantime, I’ve got a lot of (K-Drama) catching up to do.

We will all meet at 11 am at the Korean Cultural Center, tour, then proceed to E-Hwa Jang for lunch at 1 pm?

Yes we should meet at the Center at 11am and we have 1pm reservations (thank you Curly Carrot) at the restaurant. Still not sure how I'm going yet (public transportation or in my car). Hyena will go with me (either way).

I am still willing to take the train with everyone I just feel bad making people stopping by to have to pick us up at Union Station or dropping us off later. I can drive myself and Pinaygirl up there or if you ladies want to join us let me know.

I think Hyena and I may drive. Mainly because we were thinking of going over to Korea Town mall (and Music Plaza).

I have no problem taking you (Pooka) and Pinaygirl with me. Hyena said she could go to the Fullerton train station and pick you and Pinaygirl up and then meet up with me at Cerritos Mall. My car is very small but it will hold 4. We'll all fit.

I have no problem taking the train or Metro as long as someone in the group is familiar with the area/schedule/distances.

I'm at work right now but on my way back home. I don't have a PC at home so if a decision is made please give me a call at home.
