Re: K-Drama Fan Meetings! (Post, Discuss, and Arrange)
Thanks again for the ride, nsheldon
I checked the Green Line subway & Metrolink, and Metrolink seems my best option. It's actually a very short trip from Union Station to Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs...just about 20 minutes...and $8 for a RT tix, which is not that bad IMO!!
However, my times are a bit limited: the best train getting into Norwalk is at 1:06pm, as the others are too early or too late!! And leaving for Union Station, I have a 3:30pm or 7pm from Norwalk. Should still be enough time to have a GREAT time!!
As for games & prizes, that's fine...I'd prefer to just eat, drink Soju & talk
--- Nam Sang-Mi...my favorite K-drama actress & a BEAUTIFUL woman!!
Chae Rim...my 2nd favorite K-drama actress & gorgeous!!

I'll throw a little post on some of the other dramas pages in case others aren't reading this.
Does anyone have a problem with April 26?
A Korean game? That would be great! Thanks!
suggestion on Korean game - i know most of you havent watched the Boys Before Flowers episodes online, but on episode 15 - they played a hide and seek game with masks on....i think that would be fun
no one has answered if i can bring my kids???

K-Drama Fan Meetings! (Post, Discuss, and Arrange)
from purpletiger86:
I'm not too familiar with Korean games...but from what I see from K-variety shows...Koreans like to play the '3, 6, 9' (number game), word game (saying a word using the last character of a word like for instance "cake" to "elephant" / "elephant" to "table"...but I think it needs to be like a 3 character Korean word), advanced rock, paper, scissors or that one game where you get hit with a plastic hammer if you move your head to the direction of your opponents hand...haha, I'm so bad at explaining and I don't know the exact rules. There's always Flower Cards, ha! But maybe none of these games are appropriate at the restaurant.

Well, I know one of the many variations of Hana Fuda--but it's a Japanese version using the flower cards for two people. Love those cards. Don't know any Korean games.
