One would have thought DY would have left at least a note! Also does anyone find it weird that neither the mother nor the real Jun Hee know the name of that guy (DY)? In all this time, you'd think they'd have at least asked for his name!!

Yeah the design shop people are hilarious. Especially that woman (second in command behind Chang Bong Sil) who is jealous of Kang Hee. Remember when Kang hee left with peen to search for DY at the airport, she told Chang Bong Sil how if she loosened the wedding dress, she could wear it on the catwalk. She's so jealous of KH and wants to be the central figure - even though she doesn't have the age/look of the models. emoticon

Just finished episode 7. I am really enjoyng the show .I am just mad at my self for falling so far behind. I realize that watching 4 episodes in one day is not realistic. emoticon

I'll just continue to plug along. I just won't let it happen again !

One thing I have to say is I can't believe how beautiful the scenery on the island was .It was absolutely gorgeous ! poor Doumei was trying to get off- I can imagine a lot of people trying to get ON.

DY is very handsome ,isn't he ? Bad boy Bin isn't bad either .

On episode 9 now-say...what kind of fish was that ? I have to say the subtitles have been a hoot. I think that sometimes the words are translated exactly as it would be in Korean -same order ,I mean .I'm used to it now,and it's not hampering my enjoyment at all. The biggest problem I had in the begiining was the 2 girls names were in Chinese,ie Jiangxhi (Kanghee?) & Xiangxhi( JieunHee).AKA Doumei. I think I finally got it straight.
the irony abounds in this story as Dongying & Junee don't recognize each other.
BTW,does anybody here think a gunshot wound looks like a dogbite ?

I feel sorry for Kanghee when she said she doesn't know who she is ...at least she has memories ,but Doumei doesn't .
Back to the TV....

I'm a little behind. I'm still trying to finish ep 10 and 11. My dvd player (ps2) is acting up again. I seem to run into problems in the 2nd half of the dvds (always the 2nd episode) of a dvd with these Korean dvds. Maybe because it's 2 hours long it's burned differently than my older dvd player can handle.

I will try to catch up by tomorrow even if I have to view them on my computer which is less comfortable for my tastes.

Is everyone else caught up or behind?

I finished episode 9 & 10 today > I am really enjoying this show .I think that Doumei ( the real JanHee) is the lucky one -she doesn't have any memories .KangHee does remember who she is,but her dad doesn't wamt to hear it .Chang Bin is acting out from his childhood , his mom never cared-in fact ,i'm surprised she let him ride on the truck in the early days .

The irony continues when JunHee's father doesn't recognize her.I guess the tipoff for all these people will be the song that she sings.
The actress who plays Doumei is a real beauty in an unspoiled way . There is such a way about her,and I think they did a great job matching the child actress to an adult version.
On to Dongying : I get that he is working undercover ,and the government will not acknowledge him if caught .What I don't get is : is he a mole in his OWN gov't ? How did they get the problem with the US to go away ?
Of course ,maybe that will come out in future eps .

I'm with Super Rookie : where are the rest of you all in the show ? If I'm not that far behind ,I'll just proceed with 1 ep/day. I'm about to start chap 11 ,so I guess I'm 2 days behind as I won't get to it til tomorrow . Good series ,everyone !

Thank you for your concern SR but Buster will be fine. He just has to adjust to only seeing a bit of light and shadows. He only had one good eye when I found him and always had problems with the other , so the sight in it finally went. He is still getting around really good , other than the occasional head but into the door or something. My poor cat, I keep making fun of him but I am just happy he is ok.

Gee ,pooka ,I hope your kitty is ok.You know ,if we fall behind it doesn't mean we won't finish it ,or enjoy it .Let's say we watch it over 30 -35 days instead of 28 ?
All that means is we get more time to get organized for the next one .!

AS far as the next one (after MNIKSS ) I don't have a strong feeling except please don't make me watch Winter Sonata !

For a funny suggestion for you KNJ fans <theres "Ice Girl AKA She's back " emoticon

I would just like easy access ,affordability .There's a whole world of Kdrama out there....we can watch it one @ a time .What I like about this club is we're seeing the unedited versions ! I hate that on the other channels.although I think Azn & imaginasian are better than the others
