First of all,I have to say that nobody does a romantic flashback like a kdrama .All they have to do is start the music ,and show scenes of happier times together ,and it's all over.
In fact ,nobody does romance like K drama ,period .
I finished Ep 14 today ,if you haven't seen it yet -please stop reading.
Dongying is on the trail of the real Jieunhee ,and traced her to an orphanage.( He found out she was still alive in part 13 ) He found a nun that remembered her ,but when she told him that JH went with "oma " ,he's baffled.He knows her mom was dead. The trail goes cold,and DY is about to be sent on a mission on he doesn't think he will return from .He wants to see Duomei ,but figures it would do now good .The problem is ,she senses he's there -and goes looking.SIGH.
KangHee knows that DY loves Duomei -and now they are both accepted to the fashion school.In fact ,they will be roomies ! I can't believe that KH is evil -she'd just lost so much ....
OMG !! Is the General really Bin's father ? Bad boy gets in trouble ,and his mom goes to the general to call in an old marker .She is crying ,and saying she spoiled his life. Ben is in love with Duomei ,too, and that is how they get him.
I don't think I'll watch another episode tonight. I need some time because I think the going is going to get tough -not that it hasn't been ,but .........

Weew, what a rollercoaster. I just watched episodes 10, 11, 12 this morning, then 13 and 14 tonight. It was awesome, I had a ball. 
Addie I agree. Once the usually great music that starts to cue in these K-Dramas, the emotional factor suddenly increases a hundred fold. I feel like part of these stories so often.
Episodes 13 and 14 are some of my favorites so far in this series.
Good recap addie you hit on the points I was going to as well. I am surprised that Kang Hee figured out DY was in love with Tumy (aka the real Jun Hee).
In one of the earlier episodes it was a powerful moment once Kang Hee figured out Tumy is the one that DY likes and when Tumy (Jun Hee) kept asking them to be friends, she ignored and rebuffed her. I was happy to see Kang Hee change her mind in eps 13 and 14 now.
One thing I find hilarious in this series is the relationship between that country-bumpkin cop that likes Tumy (JH) and calls her mom his mom. He's hilariously goofy. Remember the scene where he was crying that the mother was going to Seoul to find Tumy (JH), then he eventually decided to go on the trip with her? He's so goofy.
So all the elements are in play now, in Seoul. And they are all slowly coming together closer to each other. I can't wait to see the defining moments ... how will Kang hee and her real mother meet/relate to each other, when will the truth about Jun Hee being Tumy come out, etc.
This series right now is like six degrees of separation. They all know each other, but there's a link that's missing or is being hidden from each other. I can'twait to see how this plays out.

People! None of my posts the last couple of days are posted! What happened?? Oh well, the only thing I remember posting is that it's funny when Tumy calls Peen "Peen Shi" because it sounds a lot like "Beeng Shee" In Korean, or at least my southern dialect, beeng shee means "stupid moron" or something like that. And his full name is Chang Peen which to me, sounds a lot like "chang peh" which means embarrassment or shame.

I had this huge thing typed up by my browser froze, when it unfroze, I accidentally clicked one of the ads and I lost my entire post! Damn.
So with today's viewing I finally caught up again. I watched episodes 15 and 16.
To be brief this time, episode 16 was my far my favorite in the series so far. Possible spoiler warning if you're behind, do not read what's below!!!!!!!!
So much happened with the relationships between all the characters.
Two keypoints in the first few minutes of ep 16 where the truth about Tumy slowly came to the surface.
The big scene near the middle though was when Dong Young, Tumy (Jun Hee) and Kang Hee (fake JH) were all in Kang Hee's house. The climactic moment happened when Tumy scolded both for playing games with her, as it was revealed that Kang Hee knew all along, but she didn't tell Dong Young or Tumy. Tumy was also pissed off at DY because she felt like he betrayed her by playing games with her, while he had KH at home all along. She then stormed out, but DY followed her and cleared up all the confusion. The big scene was the most powerful scene in the series for me so far. I got a little choked up, I have to say. It's been a while for me since that happened (once in PFL, once in Phoenix and twice in Funny Wild Girl).
As these relationships continue to come to the surface based on the pasts, it should make for some very powerful moments in the coming episodes. I can't wait to see tomorrow's episode 17.

Hey SR ! I stopped resding your post ,cuz I just finished Ep15 .People,it just keeps getting better & better. This episode is action packed ,as the girls start their fashion classes . They both pass their first test .
Bin is in love with Duomei ,that's how the cops brought him down . The general may or maynot be his father (I'm think he IS ),but he did not lift a finger to help him. Bin threatened to jump if they didn't let Duomei go ,and they did because he signed a confession. In Bin's mind ,it didn't matter if he went up for 3 or 5 yrs.He knew he was not going to survive it.DY got him out by making him his partner,so now they're both going to be on a dangerous mission .
Bin's mom tried to apologize for all the wrong & neglest she's shown him, He said it is too little ,too late ....but I don't know .Bad boy has a soft center.
I still can't hate Kanghee ,but now that they are roomies,and it's raining outside....Kanghee may realize that Duomei is the real JunHee !!!!!!!
SR < I can only do one ep/ noc !! Wait up !

Yes, I LOVED episode 16 too!!!
That scene with the three of them is very powerful and moving. I'm glad that the truth is coming out here and there. It makes it so much more satisfying than hiding everything til the end like in Secret. I like how episode 16 ended too. It was very touching and romantic. I do think though they need to stop playing that cheesy, sleazy disco music whenever Peen comes around. It makes him seem ridiculous! Unless that's the director/producer's intent!

Wow episode 17 was great! So much happened! The time that DY and Tumy spent together was so romantic! I felt sorry for KH when her mom shows up and then she tries to keep her from leaving her again. What an episode!
Hey it turns out I did get a copy of the OST with my DVDs. I'm going to listen for track 12 and tell you what I think. So funny SR! I didn't realize that the cheesy disco was Peen's theme song! Ha ha ha ha!
Oh my what a love square this will turn out to be if we find out that the General is Peen's dad! Do you really think it could be true???
