I guess we'll never know why she smelled that sock! Maybe we're supposed to understand it as part of her "earthiness"? But she did pay for it by taking the kick to the head!

Sorry, Cap, I'd seen photos of Kim Sun Ah dressed up b4, so I recognized her right away. In real life she can be gorgeous and slinky and is a number of other things which are directly opposite her KSS character - details which we'll save for the after-party!

I'm not sure that JH did arrange the fake relationship with KSS to stall his mom while he waited for Hee Jin. He's really bitter and cynical about love. If he could stall her until Mi Joo is settled in school, Mom might back off and leave him be (the reason for the Dec 31st date on the contract). I do certainly see that he could be waiting for Hee Jin, but I don't think he knows it. At all. He thinks he's done with Hee Jin, that her leaving him was unforgiveable. And for sure he doesn't expect her to be back for two more years. So he makes this arrangement with KSS never expecting Hee Jin to show up NOW. Man, is he in a mess! He's a pretty quick thinker when it comes to joking around and being a smart guy, but thinking through affairs of the heart is like moving through quicksand to him. But it looks like he figured out that he wanted to go after Hee Jin last night, and oops! only to find her crying in the arms of a tall, dark handsome stranger who KISSED her forehead right out in public! clearly, this guy can't be from Korea! and then followed her into her building, carrying luggage. The plot thickens. . .

I'm still getting acquainted more and more with the soundtrack. I am sure I'll have a lot more to say on this topic as I listen to it more and as we progress through the series, but I already have a couple of big time favorites.

SR, definitely go to YouTube for more Clazziquai songs in mv form, I'm sure you'll find some things you like. Based on MNIKSS I got their CD "Pinch Your Soul". It took some getting used to - at first a lot of it sounded really commercial to me - but I've come to love it a lot. I haven't even googled for info about them, but there's bound to be stuff in the music threads at Soompi and d-addicts.

In the meantime I looked them up on google and only found http://www.clazziquai.jp and http://www.clazziquai.co.kr/ as the main sites about them. Will dig deeper...

It's been slow going for me, but I am finally starting to warm up to this drama and I am starting to find it charming.

Lesseeee...... That Hee Jin is a piece of work. Even though she did not ask Henry to hop a plane, he travels half way around the world to see her and she just blurts out that she doesn't feel anything for him. He must have a clue because he doesn't seem too shocked by her comment.

I am finally glad to see a nice kiss in a Kdrama. I have to admit that when he did that little "pull" I did a little silent gasp. The next day, he could have just left it as "I made a mistake" but nooooo....he had to add insult by asking if she drugged him. Good ole KSS stuck up for herself in pointing out he was sober enough to clean up the place and remembered to grab her purse.

KSS ex-BF is a jerk and I can't wait until he get punched out next episode. It looks as if HJ might get a slap, too.

To say that I am enjoying this series is a major understatement .It is going to take all of my will power not to keep going throught the episodes ,but i really want to stick to the schedule . A few side comments :
I did not recognize KSA in the picture .That's incredible !!! ( CTH looks fab,too !)

I can see YA sending me the OST's in the future .(Yikes ,here I go again )

Back to KSS. What a great scene on a rainy night ! IS she starting to care -IS he starting to care ? Is it the alcohol ?
Is Hi Jin nuts ? I can't believe what she said to Henry ...I guess he doesn't mind traveling to Korea for nothing,but he's going to give it a shot !
If I find a copy of MoMo .I guess I'll have to get it in Spanish <my korean is not that good !!!!
