Nope, we'll never find out more than we know now about the other sister. Yi Young and Sam Soon asked their Mom if they shouldn't ask the oldest sister to contribute to the house fund and she replied that the oldest sister has enough trouble making ends meet as it is. And we know she's married. That's it!

I don't blame you for avoiding the KSS thread for fear of spoilers. You can probably go there safely and just read only the fendercat posts for each episode. He never puts in anything revealing. He'll never know how much he's expanded the enjoyment of KSS for so many people, his posts were even carried over by someone to Soompi!

Ok,I'm back on schedule and back on board > I just finished watching Episode 11 . Sam soon was just so funny when she said it was no good to be followed by 2 men >one was a pervert & one a two timer >she askes herself if she was a scumbag magnet .
JH reverts to jerk status .He makes SS pick up her bike at night ,then drops her off in a neighborhood with a bike that has a flat tire .How is that ok ? I guess it;e to show the conflict he is going through .The ex BF wants to get SS back,and JH ends up dragging her to the men's room .Pretty wild ! SS hardly finds it romantic ( the setting that is )
SHe asks the poignant question : why is it so hard ?
PS JH still can't get rid of the stuffed pig ,It was left in his car .I thought it was funny when he said - how can you look @ me- you don't have any eyes ?

Things are moving now! After Sam Sik gives KSS another speech about how he can't stand it seeing her with other men, he even gets into a fight with her old bf. She sends Sam Sik off, "I won't ever see you again, so go. Go, go, go!" Unblinking, with damp eyes, he staggers off in disbelief.

As part of her campaign for a new self, KSS tries several new diet plans and begins exercising with Yi-Young, who announces that when her condo sells they'll take the money, pay off the $50,000 to Sam Sik and open a shop with the rest.

Sam Sik makes KSS come pick up her bike late at night and ends up having to drive her home because it has a flat tire. He tries to hide it when HJ calls him but it's revealed when KSS shouts "Red Light! Red Light!" Sam Sik reacts childishly by kicking KSS out of the car and even kicks her bike over because she accuses him of two-timing and of really having feelings for her that he can't admit to. She says he's not her type because he's not honest.

KSS agrees to a "grand finale" drink with Min Hyun Woo and runs into Sam Sik at the hotel. SS's blood finally boils over, he grabs KSS and drags her screaming into the nearest semi-private space, which happens to be the same men's room where they met. While she berates him he stares and then just yanks her toward him in a kiss until she pushes him away.
KSS: Are you on something?
SS: No
KSS Then are you drunk?
SS: No
KSS: Is this one of your mistakes again?
SS: No
KSS: Then what is it? You want to fool around with me, like that jerk Min
           Hyun Woo?
SS: Don't compare me to him!
KSS: You're no different. No, actually you're worse!
SS: I'm not!
KSS: So what is it?!
SS: I've come to like you! I like you! I can't stop thinking about you.
           You're driving me mad! Why did you get into my head torturing me
           like this?!

Finally, the words we've waited to hear. But our girl isn't sure she trusts them. We'll have to wait for the next Episode.

Ep.11-- Wow JH sure has a weird way to let a girl know he likes her. He calls her up to come get her bike, gets mad at her and drops her and her bike off , kicks the bike, and calls her names after she asks if he likes her. He has to make a point to tell her again "Who would want to hold a woman like you" then to twist the knife he says "You have ugly hands, like pig's feet" WHAT?! Right about then he would have had one of my ugly hands around his throat and the other smacking up against his head! Well the next day he has to go see HJ who is trying to get to the bottom of what happened in the car but still tying to be funny about it, until he leaves and then we see just how much it is starting to worry her.

SS was so great with that jerk HW at the bar. He just won't give up , what a creep, I loved her mom chasing him down the street eariler with her trusty broom after SS started yelling pervert. LOL!! so that just drives JH over the edge and he has to come get "his woman" as he calls her. Of all places to get kissed by him he picks the men's room! So now he realizes he likes her. I also want to know just like SS asked "why is it so hard?" .Well I can't wait for the next one.......

I'm still in the first 1/3 of it since I have a copy with no subs and my teacher translates as we watch. She says it's originally a Japanese movie or novel and as a result, is a little "kinky" and bizarre.

I missed tonight's episode due to some busy stuff and I had to watch the second to last episode of Emperor of the Sea, which I have to say was really incredible stuff.. I may try to watch ep. 11 of MNIKSS now almost an hour past midnight. Might be a night owl tonight. emoticon

But if not I'll watch it tomorrow before ep. 12. So I've had to skip over some of the things you guys just discussed now.

As far as the live octopus, the other one that they served without the red chilli spice...do they put any spices on that like salt or lime juice or something or do they eat it plain and alive? YIKES!

Speaking of food though, I still have not gone to a Korean restaurant..... I've been meaning to for a while now! I want to try traditional korean food and the korean bbq stuff (COOKED FOOD ONLY!). But that's a topic for another time. emoticon
