Well I checked and the only one I have seen rated good is the one on Ebay sale #9127335573 It was rated good from two places. The case you had from Amazon wasn't rated at either place. I didn't buy a regular set I got dvr's with the ost.

I had a very bad experience on Amazon. It wasn't from their used copies, or other sources department, either. Dummie me! I just assumed that I could believe what was written in the advertisement. In examining the box, it was produced in Hong Kong and clearly for the Chinese audience. Even the names in the e-subs were Chinese. The subs were as though the "translator" (I use the term loosely) must have done a literal word for word rendering, using a Korean to Chinese to English dictionary.

I subsequently noticed that the current seller of this drama on Amazon is a different company. The one I bought it from never answered any of my emails. However, Amazon does have a guarantee policy that if you can't get satisfaction from the seller, they will reimburse you.

I suppose Amazon is OK, but I'd make sure the subs are done by YesAsia, Bitwin or one of the legit (and good) translators. (YesAsia and Bitwin are the only two translators I am familiar with that are always reliable.)

But Yes Asia and Bitwin are so expensive! I do buy from YA when it is stuff that is really important to me. Coolwin Videos also rates the subs on box sets and so do some ebay sellers. I have a bunch of Hong Kong sets and out of the bunch one was bad (MNIKSS) and one was so-so (Fashion 70's) and the rest have been great (Full House, Super Rookie, I am Sorry I Love You, Tale Of a Nine Tailed Fox...etc.) and some even come with extras or OST's unlike most of the YA stuff. You really just have to look around and compair the sets before you buy and check out the sellers feedback. In the feedback section a lot of people will rate the picture and sub quality also.

I was wondering, since we are in a lull, if we can start discussing what we potentially can watch after Green Rose. There will be a 2-3 week time in between that before the Sweet Spy Yes Asia DVD ships.

As well as, as pooka mentioned earlier, there's a chance that Sweet Spy could be delayed. Can we come up with a back up plan to watch either in between GR and Sweet Spy or either what we'll watch after GR, or worst case scenario after GR and SS? I want to be prepared so I don't get something late again. ;) I know Addie was concerned about this as well.

Let's name our top 3-5 suggestions and see if we can come up with a consensus on something. I remember one of the other hot runners up before was Something happened in Bali, but pooka mentioned there are no ebay box versions of those yet.

SR - very good suggestion ! I think we should line up several possibilities . As a matter of fact <I don't even have my copy of Green Rose yet ,and I requested the quicker shipping option .
So many Kdramas ...so little time !
