Re: Always Current Discussions of Different K-Dramas: K-DRAMA VIDEO CLUB! Once again. AZN is trying to confuse us. I checked on my digital box the other day and Full House was replacing Winter Sonata. I was looking forward to watching it. I went to AZN and look what I found
Always Current Discussions of Different K-Dramas: K-DRAMA VIDEO CLUB! well, I for one am plenty hacked off about this! Maybe I'm too mad to see straight but I was also unable to even find a "contact us" option on their website. Did anyone else find one, or do you know of one? This is completely ridiculous, they showed Attic Cat less than a year ago! They already waste way too much time IMO with this NBA nonsense and anime and now this?
Re: Always Current Discussions of Different K-Dramas: K-DRAMA VIDEO CLUB! B -
If I remember back, the person that used to post here was let go because mgmt had done away with a good portion of the staff. He was the only Customer Service Rep and didn't expect to be replaced. It wouldn't surprise me if there was not a "contact us" button. You can contact Comcast
Always Current Discussions of Different K-Dramas: K-DRAMA VIDEO CLUB! Well it might be too early - remember before EOTS was shown, Hotelier was shown on the schedule page by error. We may need to wait a week to know for sure. It's possible AZN was not able to acquire the rights or ..... perhaps this might signify bad things for the future as far as AZN showing K-dramas.
bbstl what anime nonsense, it's popular for us hipsters. ;) They normally show a couple of good ones, but lately they keep repeating the same anime series over and over. I don't understand the NBA rationale though - everone has espn, so I don't know what they're actually gaining here or doing differently.
And yes, since they fired the AZN customer service support our only avenue of contact is either Comcast.com (trust me they don't know jack, most of the people there probably don't even know what AZN is - i've had a nightmarish time dealing with them), the other alternative is to try to contact AZN's submother company - http://www.internationalnetworks.com/
How about we start Green Rose officially thursday night?
We really should decide what we're watching next before the flurry of Green Rose posts start coming. ;)
Re: Always Current Discussions of Different K-Dramas: K-DRAMA VIDEO CLUB! Thursday night sounds perfect to me !!
I also agree about the next selection >I really don't care what it is ...I just want to know what it is.!
I'm sure we'll get around to most everything in time - though I guess we don't have to worry about Attic Cat.
I haven't seen that yet ,but I know a lot of you have .
So....what's next ? Can we narrow it down to a couple of choices ?
BTW , I wanted to say that just because I 'm voting against historical drama right now doesn't mean I don't want to see Damo eventually .Aren't we waiting for a special edition or something ?

Always Current Discussions of Different K-Dramas: K-DRAMA VIDEO CLUB! Ok that is just weird about AZN I checked yesterday to see when WS was going to be over and Full House was still up!!! I am fine with starting Green Rose Thursday. Damo has been out for a couple of years I don't know of any other versions. I am out for historical stuff other and Damo (because it has my bf in it!) the pirates ruined them for me!

Always Current Discussions of Different K-Dramas: K-DRAMA VIDEO CLUB! Oddly enough emperor of the sea made me love Historical dramas even more, so I'm open to anything. I'm not picky - except probably ultra-sad dramas with everyone dying of some disease or something.
The new historical drama, Jumong, airing in Korea this summer with Song-Il Guk (the pirate from EOTS, he looks so different in it) looks like it's gonna be a mega-blockbuster with super high budget. I can't wait to see it personally. More info for historical drama inclined people at: http://com1.runboard.com/bcjkdramasincalifornia.fdiscussion.t174
But anyway as far as my vote, same as before but i'm open to changing it if we are forming consensus for a particular series.
Always Current Discussions of Different K-Dramas: K-DRAMA VIDEO CLUB! SR, I said NBA nonsense, not NBA and anime nonsense. Altho I do wish they'd cut back on the amount of time they devote to anime, already. Same old series and too many rebroadcasts of them.
Always Current Discussions of Different K-Dramas: K-DRAMA VIDEO CLUB! I am sticking with All In or Sweet 18. When are we going to pick? BB I am with you about the Anime , enough already if the teens want to watch cartoons get the Cartoon network already! Leave my dramas alone and then you have more time for movies!! Hey if you need it to break a tie I will watch Forbidden love too.
