Heh guys--MSMD ended in Philadephia last night--Bizarre Bunch starts Monday--promise to avoid all spoilers for that one--I haven't even looked at the old board on OMR. I guess MSMD just brutalized my emotions so much that I had to know the ending or I wouldn't be able to finish it. The ending? Too quick--too many holes. I guess when In-Young actually put her arms around Ki-joon it meant she was getting back with him. Anyway goodbye to my heart pains every night. Jae-min, I underestimated your goodness. And you are the best father--how carefully he handled Himchan's emotions for In-Young. And hooray for Ki-joon who left In-Young alone long enough to get over herself. She actually smiled at the end--and no slow walking.

Well can't wait to join this discussion. You guys are the absolute best--lots of snow last night in Philly--would you guys in California like me to send you some--eager to share (comes with below freezing temps, too).

Yes, please send us some snow. It has been a long time since I have seen snow dropping from the sky. I lived in Norfolk, Virginia for 7 years when my husband was still in the Navy. That was 25 years ago.

Hi everyone! I guess you will be hearing from me in snowy,freezing Delaware since I watched the last episode of MSMD last night. It was a little drawn out but it ended about how I figured it would. I just wish some of the other characters had more of a storyline. Oh well, bring on the next one. I watch One Million Roses in the morning every day, Yi Soon Shin twice a week , so I might as well not get used to going to bed before 12:30 between now and Monday. Talk to you later! emoticon

I'm getting there. The relationship being revealed between Kiwoong's mother and Nara is becoming interesting. Hope we find out on Monday what the deal is between them.

There has to be a lot more to this than what's meeting the eye. I wonder why the MIL is so understanding and favorable towards Kiwoong, but not his mother? MIL is so harsh and emotionally cruel to her. I wanted to jump into the screen on Friday when the two SILs were arguing and MIL begins beating on Kiwoong's mother, yelling at her to go to her room. Then the nice little "pep talk" about how only Nara has the power.

The best part of Friday's episode was the little poochie finding a better home! At least the teenage daughter will be a little kinder to the poor thing than Nara would allow in her household.

On the young couples, I can't see Haein being with Kiwoong. For all his wonderful qualities, he's just not in the same bandwidth (mentally, emotionally, financially or socially) as Haein, and she doesn't have any respect for him as a man. He's just her childhood, puppydog friend. She seems more suited to Sukhyun, in my opinion.

Kiwoong and Jongnam make a good match. They both have that high energy, all-out enthusiasm towards all that presents itself to them in their lives, and they have much more complementary backgrounds to one another. I can see both being totally comfortable in the other's world—I can't see that with Haein and Kiwoong, or with Sukhyun and Jongnam (although there is still that spark between, them just waiting to ignite).

60--I wouldn't even have my heat on for that--it was 21 in Philly suburbs last night--I keep my thermostat on 65 to conserve energy, but I'm cold---------------------------------brrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Hey all,
This is my first post on Bizzare Bunch and I will be having something to say. I just finished MSMD, sad to see it end but really looking forward to the new one. I am also enjoying OMR very much. I really love Korean dramas and I hope that BB gives me the same joy that MSMD gave me. BB starts 12/12/05 here in philly but I feel I have a head start with your comments so far. Hi maylin! I put your official WELCOME ! banner in the MSMD thread, but am glad to see you here in BB, as well.

I think most people will find this drama interesting and fun. There are so many characters, family groups, and intertwining relationships that it will probably take a while for everything to settle down into place, so I recommend patience. Even though we in California have been watching it for a few weeks, it still hasn't quite gelled for me but is rapidly getting there.

One thing is for sure—BB is a blessed relief from MSMD! Though it has its serious side(s), basically it has a lot more light-hearted and fun characters.
