The conversation in the car on the way home was so sad... and touching. Jongnam is such a good-hearted, sweet person (a lot like Kiwoong), but so horribly mistreated in her short life. How sad that she can never allow herself to become attached to anyone without expecting they will be ripped away from her—as they always are. Sukhyun is being very tender with her, giving her such positive, encouragements about herself. (They are both putting in very good acting performances in these scenes, especially Jongnam. She is so completely believable, isn't she? You just want to hug her and give her some happiness in life.)
After Sukhyun realized how unloved she's always been, how cruelly treated by others, can you imagine his feelings when his mother hauls off and slaps the poor innocent girl like that, dumping all the precious postcards to the ground? (Postcards...that's like the only "dream" Jongnam has ever had.)
No matter how Sukhyun responds on the outside towards Nara, in his heart his mother's cold, cruel attack on Jongnam will rally him to her defense, and to want to save and protect her from further cruelties life might dump on her. Nara made a big mistake. Her abuse of Jongnam will only drive her son toward Jongnam—and faster.
This birth deal with Sukhyun is getting pretty complicated, isn't it? Born in the USA? Whose kid is he? Would K-mom be in America and give birth there? And if Kiwoong is older than Sukhyun, how would it be possible for K-mom to be pregnant without everybody knowing? Would she be gone to the States for the better part of a year so no outsiders would know?
But it sure seems that the moon conception dream was K-mom's, with both K-mom and K-dad acting all nervous about the golden carp v moon dreams. Yep, getting interesting....

OMG! Nara did NOT just hit Jongnam! She did not! Ooooo man, she cannot hurt my girl Jongnam! mmmmhmmm! *snaps fingers* She betta keep her hands to herself or else. If she hit me like that, I would've hit her back till she reached Timbucktu. Nara is really asking for it. I really hate the way she rolls her eyes and turns away when she doesn't like a subject she's discussing. KEEP YOUR HEAD PROPORTIONATE TO YOUR FACE WOMAN!! I swear, if she was talking to me, I would've grabbed her head and turn it to look at my face. I would torture about how great Jongnam is. Seriously. *Rubs hands together*
Last night's episode in New Jersey was the Fireworks scene. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Jongnam's face was priceless as well as Sukhyun's. Those lovebirds are too much. I'm really digging the style of Sukhyun. It's classy. And for Jongnam, it's very trendy and casual.
I was having a discussion with my dad last night about who was prettier, Jongnam or Haein. I, of course, voted for Jongnam. She has naturally beauty. If she put on makeup like Haein did, she would've been ten times prettier.

Then there is Nara's full-force attack on Jongnam, walking up and slapping her full in the face as Sukhyun brings her home and hands her his gift—his box of postcards for her collection.
Last night's episode ended with Nara slapping Jongnam, so we're all on the edge of our seats waiting to see the reactions by Jongnam and Sukhyun tonight!
Note: Nara is waiting at Jongnam's apartment because she found a photo of Sukhyun with Jongnam at the amusement park. Nara, of course, blames Jongnam, that she is deliberately out to snag Sukhyun and take him away from Haein. Nara is determined to stop Jongnam, once and for all—thus, the terrible slap to the face without any reason.

Hey everybody ! I had all the episodes in my DVR this week because of my schedule. On weds the eps went from 52 (TUES ) to 54 (Weds ), Did anyone else notice ?
At first I felt confused,but now I don't feel like I missed anything , They pretty much cought us up.
I knew Jongnam was innocent of knowing about Haien ,and I think Sukyun was clueless. What started as a friendship is turning into something deeper,and frankly, my heart is hurting for Jongnam.Between telling S that she's used to everybody leaving ,and getting slapped by Nara -well,it's just too much !
Sukyun did stop his mom from hitting her agai,and he tried to explain to his parents. He himself knows that his feelings are more .I can hardly wait fr Monday.
BTW ,I completely agree with nchristi that Nara will drive S to J faster with her tactics.
I'm seeing soccer commercials - are they going to preempt the show again ?
