kiwoong runs into sukyun,asks him if he really locked up J in a studio >S says we'll talk later
S had lunch with Haien,ask her to be "an official couple.she said she'd think about it.I'm not sure how she feels about him...she looked impassive
We saw that Jongnam slept tht night in a church,butwe don't see where she goes from there.(After getting kicked out of Aunt's place for erasing the phone message )
We see Kiwoong helping Aunt at her restaurant,he offers to help find J
Aunt goes to Jongnam's hairdresser friends shop. she tells her she has to pay J,and needs to find her.Aunt asks about J's relatives,parents whereabouts etc.The friend finally confesses that Jongnam has told lies about this;that she has no parents,and was raised in an orphanage. We flas back to when K's aunt served J a home cooked meal,and J was crying stating"this is just like my mom's"
At the end of the ep,K's mom finds a not from the homeless guy in K's dads lunchbox.I think she's about to find out where he is working.

Now we know Jongnam is an orphan. I was hoping she came from a rich family and was just hiding out from parents. I was hoping that Sukyun would find out that she is not a nobody and could be even be better than him but my hopes were doused with cold water now. The Sukyun/Jongnam pairing may not happen then. So sad!!!!

You know,it's too early in the story to give up on anything.There's still alot we don't know about some of the characters:
1)What's up with K's mom?
2) Is Sukyun really K's uncle's son (the question has been raised) ?
3)what kind of family did Nara come from? Where did the money come from to start a home shopping business ?( it definitely wasn't the Chang family- plus S dad is the 2nd son)Is money the reason that Nara has the power over her inlaws?
4) will K's sister disappear as In-young's & Ki-joon's did in MSMD ?(just kidding)
5) What happened to Min-woo ?
Ki-woong doesn't have money either,but I'm hoping that he ends up with Haien
We'll see !

I was wondering also what actually happened to Minwoo. Did it ever say how he died?

Now Minwoo's mother is taking on the role of 'mother' to Jongnam? I thought that was really something. Oh well.. She must really have the desire to be a mother. And since Jongnam has no parents I suppose it is the natural thing to do. I'd still be pretty upset about her erasing that message though. It sure wasn't Jongnam's call to do such a thing.

When Sukyun took Haien home for dinner I was surprised at how Haien reacted when the story was told how she came there as a child and cried and no one could talk to her... Until Kiwoong did. He was able to soothe her. I am going to flip flop the entire drama I think. Because of that one scene last nite I am back to thinking that Kiwoon and Haien DO have a chance, regardless of the backgrounds or current station they are in.

Sukyun does seem to like Haien, and perhaps already sees her as a potential wife. It didn't really show him thinking of Jongnam so not too sure what he is really feeling. He also seemed almost angry over hearing that Kiwoon had any influence over Haien, even as children. This is a tough one to figure.

Poor Kiwoon, trying to get out of the mess. He has Haien's picture (of him and her together) so his family assumes they are a couple. It's gonna come out real soon that Haien has been 'presented' to Sukyun's family. I really like Kiwoon. He is a very caring person. He isn't as cute as Sukyun, who is also a pretty nice guy, but Kiwoon is still cute... AND, he's not arrogant like Sukyun appears to be. Kiwoon is down to earth....

I am glad that Minwoo's mom is "adopting "Jongnam .I think that erasing the phone message WAS harsh, but Kiwoong and family think it's a good thing. In real life,though, I totally disagree...you can never force someone to "move on" in their grief. Still, I think the mom-child relationship will be good for both of them,esp J.

I am totally rooting for Kiwoong.... but I must say that even if Sukyun & Haien start dating, it won't be smooth sailing.Haien's father is totally opposed to S' family (and I don't blame him )

I hate to be mean, but to me Sukyon is very feminine--is it me or does anyone else think so? He acts so prissy--in fact I think he's not much of an actor.

I am having trouble getting into this drama except for Kiwoong's family who are cute as a button if not very poor. Thank God we have One Million Roses here--I'd be a Korean drama dropout if all there was is the Bizarre Bunch because that drama is bizarre.

Professor972: Please give them a little bit more time to develop. I'm pretty sure that this will improve after a few more episodes.
The Byungdo couple still cracks me up. The wife finally came with him to the dance studio and found out that the young, sexy dance partner she was thinking her husband has actually is an elderly woman. That made her so happy. I am also wondering why a no-nonsense Byungdo character would put himself in a situation like that. He really must love dancing.

did hae-in know that ki-woong is allergic to chicken?? that's why he got sick huh? he know he cant eat chicken but he still did it because he wants to save hae-in....but he looks terrible....
ohh and the mom and the grandma misunderstood that hae-in is kiwoong's girlfriend..that's why they asked her so many questions...

Hey Professor ! Hang in there..I know you are a couple weeks behind us ,and we had trouble too coming off of MSMD . I think you will like it if you give it a chance.
As for me, I was really choked up when Jongnam was crying and calling Jaeok "oma". Plus,she is going to work with K a couple of days a week...hmmm, J will be running into S more.
