I really like this show. I live in Philly and it comes on late at night. I stay up faithfully to see what is going to happen next. After reading this board I pretty much know what to expect for the next few weeks since philadelphia wybe is behind in episodes. I never even paid attention to Korean dramas until I watched an episode of MSMD. After MSMD went off I was not really interested in watching another drama, but I slowly got into this show.
I would love to see Sukhyun and Jongnam get together. I like the way Sukhyun acts when he is around Jongnam he's so playful. I wish Jongnam would stop yelling at Sukhyun though. I just finished watching the episode where Jongnam asks Sukhyun if he made up his mind about going to the amusement park. Throughout the whole conversation Jongnam had a attitude. I think Sukhyun was playing with her, but I can't tell because he acted like she was bothering him.
I hope Sukhyun confronts Nara about him being adopted and does not keep it to himself for months. I think Haein's mother is funny. Kwoong's family ( his sister, mother, father and grandmother) and the two ladies in the cafe bore me I turn the channel every time they come on the screen. Mainly I watch the show to see the interaction between Sukhyun and Jongnam.

I hope Sukhyun DOESN'T confront his parents.... At least not yet. I want him to (I'm so ashamed to say this) be in dispair and for Jongnam to be there to comfort him. I want him to confide in her. I want them to bond. THEN he can go tell that snobby mama of his that he knows the truth.

I really think Minsook is somehow connected to Sukhyun. She's either his biological mother, or something! She seems too connected to him, AND Kiwoong has been reminded several times that he and Sukhyun being cousins is the same as being brothers. Problem with that though, is the picture. That picture showed all of them together as a family. Kiwoong & his parents and Sukhyun and his parents. Didn't look as though Kiwoong and Sukhyun were more than a couple months apart in age. Hmm, guess that'll end the Minsook as mama theory.. The secret is driving me nuts! I wanna KNOW.....

I love the scenes with Jongnam and Sukhyun also. They are very sensual.

If I were in his shoes ,I don't know when or if I would bother.They will deny the truth until their last breath.
Minsook made a very telling remark in last nighr's ep :"What good is a parent who just gives birth ? " I agree with those who think Jaedo doesn't really care >I am confused by that .

I would like to cut Jongnam some slack . Their scenes together are touching. He always watches her til she's out of sight ,and she almost gets teary eyed everytime she's sees him . But her hands are tied right now . I know she will help when she can.

I hope Haien is starting to see what she overlooked in Kiwoong. There has to be stark contrast between the 2 cousins in her eyes. I think ultimately ,she will come to appreciate him.

I agree that the pace is just right >

Ps I am not a Nara basher - I really hate her !!!! emoticon

Do any of you gals/guys remember the conversation between Kiwoongs grandmother and Kiwoong? Kiwoong said... "It's not like me and Sukhyun are brothers... we are cousins..." His grandmother looked away when he said this... that's a little suspicious... wouldn't you all say? Grandmother then says cousins are very close to brothers! Aha... as if that isn't a dead give away. Oh well... as it usually is... I'm probably wrong. It's probably something so TOTALLY paradigm shifting... who knows... those are my speculations.

Also... has anyone noticed... it sounds like Jongnam calls Haein..."Kim Jongnam"... I don't get that!

Sukhyun is a year older than Kiwoong--the perfect age to be Irish twins ogf Minsook who gave the baby away for some reason.

Nara is really incredible talking about her pregnancy and upbringing of Sukhyun. You can feel his contempt as he looks at her .
She also overheard that Jongnam was hired as a guest ,and demanded that S fire her . He refused ,and she kept goading him ...saying She 's not pretty ,she has no class ...she has no parents ...
He replied- is it a sin to have no parents ? If it is ,it's on the parents who abandoned her .Heavy stuff .

S left the house ,and went to the bar . He got sloshed .Haien called ,and he pretty much hung up. He called Jongnam ,but hung up before she picked up. She saw the caller ID ,and after hesitation ,called back .The bartender answered .

J got S into a cab , And tried to take him home. He refused,saying he would never go home. When she tried to get the taxi driver to go there ,S tried to jump out .

J took him to a hotel, but he fell trying to go in, so she had to help him .The episode ended with S grabbing J in a hug...asking her not to go. He is in tears.

I think nchristi will be right . I think Jongnam will stay and help him through this ......but all hell is going to break loose !!!!

MOre tomorrow night...,but only after we are titillated with more previews

I forgot...Byungdoo is telling Okdoo to bring Mr Kim home-he wants to meet him !

if i remember correctly Kiwoong is actually a year older then sukhuyn and if they were to be brothers, Kiwoong would be the older brother, since in the picture the grandma said the older kid was kiwoong and sukhuyn was only 2months old the little baby.

WOW.... Did we get our Jongnam/Sukhyun fix last nite??? That was just what I NEEDED!!!

Sukhyun grabs her and won't let her leave. He then hugs her real tight and starts crying. I wish he'd say what he doesn't know yet. "I love you".

Oh well... This incident was brought on entirely by Nasty Nara. She started in on Jongnam and then brought up how Jongnam had no parents. That did it for Sukhyun. He was out of the house like a shot.

I think (not sure) that Jongnam may stay at the hotel with Sukhyun. Nothing will happen and he may just knock out for the nite but I wish he would confide in her.

Haein must be mad by now.... LOL LOL LOL

When Kiwoong confronted Sukhyun about how he is treating Haein Sukhyun got so mad. He almost acted jealous of Kiwoong and Haein, saying "I thought you had no feelings left for Haein".... This is confusing me. Does Sukhyun even 'think' he is in love with Haein??? But I do have an uneasy feeling that Sukhyun may still end up with Haein but I hope not. He belongs with Jongnam.....

nsheldon: we finally got to see this heart-stopping scene of S hugging J and crying. I want the scene to slowly.. slowly fade out but they freeze it fast. I could'nt wait to find out what would be J's reaction. Will she hug back, run away.. or let her emotion run wild and give it all to S?

Nasty Nara (I love this) was at the height of her evilness last nite. I just would like to slap her once or twice and show her the mirror to take a good look at herself. (Sorry for the violent emotion). But I was so glad that S stood his ground saying No to firing J.

Another problem: Will Haein find out about last nite?
