Re: K-Drama: 착한여자 백일홍 (The Innocent Woman)
DG only told her that to be able to carry out the evil Mrs. Seo's bargain in the swiftest and most realistic way possible. Ilhong is no poker face and would blow their cover if they tried to scam the queen of mean. Like all of these dramas, the truth is always masked under a compost heap of deception and nobody ever gets the actual story out of anybody until very far along or the game would be over in the first inning. DG falling on a sword for his lady-love shows the ultimate loyalty to her and Sarang.
What can the witches hold over Ayeong's head to force her to marry DG? She already got all dressed up for the party once. The next wedding that she attends will be that of the two main characters.

K-Drama: 착한여자 백일홍 (The Innocent Woman)
I am for DG breaking up with Ilhong. She does not deserve his loyalty and love.I know she loves her kids very much, then she should just devote all her time and love to them. Let DG go to Ayeong!

In one of my, "I stands what I can stands, and I can't stands no more!!" moments,
I was all for having someone, anyone, clout that crazy woman on the head and drag her back to that hospital by her hair!!! But I know that eventually things will work out to the satifaction of 98% of our audience.

Well, normally the evil ones don't get what's coming to them. Rather they see the error of their ways and change miraculously into real human beings.
Although, a couple dramas ago (already forgot the name of it) the guy (I couldn't stand) did end up doing time in prison. But, nsheldon, you are forgetting about your mooost FAVORITE K-Drama A River Flows..... when you got to see your mooost FAVORITE character, Fancy Pants, die.
How could you forget such sweeeeet memories.

K-Drama: 착한여자 백일홍 (The Innocent Woman)
이 프로그램은 최고의 == This program is the best! Even though my skills are poor with the Korean language, and I have to rely on English subtitles, the acting of Bak So-yeon is so skillful that sometimes I have to turn away because I can not stand to see the torment that Baek Il-hong must endure. Yet I have to smile for Il-hong when events go well for her. The entire cast is very professional, and I look forward to more episodes. Many thanks for your work well done.

Re: K-Drama: 착한여자 백일홍 (The Innocent Woman)
Thank you, Caljafrax! It's nice to know that I'm not the only one out there who likes this show. I watch these shows to root for the underdogs and to see life's valuable lessons made apparent to those of us who may be on the fence. Not every episode of every single show hits paydirt, but the common thread of peace, love, understanding, and loyalty remains consistant within the heart of the main character and this message is eventually understood by those who are not completely beyond redemption. That's that kind of a world that I'd prefer to be lving in. Just because we've stopped believing in Santa Claus doesn't mean that we should stop believing in each other.
