Yep, Ilhong's pretty tiresome, all right. Even DG is tired of it. It was good how he asked her if Mrs. Seo wanted his life, would Ilhong kill him? At last something gave her pause to actually THINK.

Don't you just wish Mr. Seo would take Mrs. Seo to the warehouse and turn her over to the thugs to work her over?! That's dreaming. But I do hope she ends up at the police station. She has arranged some awfully illegal, nasty things that have ended up in others being hurt severely... like the deliberate car wreck—not to mention having Namgi severely beaten the first time and intending to have him killed off the second time. He only escaped death because he's bargaining with the gang boss on how to make more money off Mrs. Seo. Even if Mrs. Seo does repent her evil ways, she has done too much criminally to simply have it overlooked.

Or maybe if and when she finally does donate her marrow, a fluke accident happens and she dies! I'm not expecting a whole lot from this drama, but it would be fun if they had an unexpected ending where Mrs. Seo gets her due.

DG only told her that to be able to carry out the evil Mrs. Seo's bargain in the swiftest and most realistic way possible. Ilhong is no poker face and would blow their cover if they tried to scam the queen of mean. Like all of these dramas, the truth is always masked under a compost heap of deception and nobody ever gets the actual story out of anybody until very far along or the game would be over in the first inning. DG falling on a sword for his lady-love shows the ultimate loyalty to her and Sarang.

What can the witches hold over Ayeong's head to force her to marry DG? She already got all dressed up for the party once. The next wedding that she attends will be that of the two main characters.

I am for DG breaking up with Ilhong. She does not deserve his loyalty and love.I know she loves her kids very much, then she should just devote all her time and love to them. Let DG go to Ayeong!

Actually, she got all dressed up twice! Once for the official engagement party, the other for the wedding. She got stood up both times!

Is there anything left to hang over Ayeong's head to marry DG? It used to be that they wanted Furniture Master run by DG and by being married to him it would be in the witches' family. But Mrs. Seo already got back FM, so that takes the pressure off Ayeong. It looks like the only thing Mrs. Seo has left to blackmail her daughter is to refuse the donation at the last minute unless she goes through with the NY wedding. That's also part of DG's deal with Mrs. Seo—break up with Ilhong and marry my daughter in one week in NY.

I'm sure we'll be having more "standing on the precipice" moments before this thing is over. Somehow it just doesn't seem possible that Mrs. Seo is actually going to go through with the donation right away, even though she's at the hospital again.

Well, normally the evil ones don't get what's coming to them. Rather they see the error of their ways and change miraculously into real human beings.

Although, a couple dramas ago (already forgot the name of it) the guy (I couldn't stand) did end up doing time in prison.
But, nsheldon, you are forgetting about your mooost FAVORITE K-Drama A River Flows..... when you got to see your mooost FAVORITE character, Fancy Pants, die.

How could you forget such sweeeeet memories. emoticon

이 프로그램은 최고의 == This program is the best! Even though my skills are poor with the Korean language, and I have to rely on English subtitles, the acting of Bak So-yeon is so skillful that sometimes I have to turn away because I can not stand to see the torment that Baek Il-hong must endure. Yet I have to smile for Il-hong when events go well for her. The entire cast is very professional, and I look forward to more episodes. Many thanks for your work well done.

Another day another teary eyed, weak Baek Ilhong. At least the end is near. I doubt the people who did wrong in this will ever get what is coming to them.

I haven't watched in a while but has Sarang's real mother even made a call back? Even a call to Pretty to check on the status of her daughter or her "love"

Thank you, Caljafrax! It's nice to know that I'm not the only one out there who likes this show. I watch these shows to root for the underdogs and to see life's valuable lessons made apparent to those of us who may be on the fence. Not every episode of every single show hits paydirt, but the common thread of peace, love, understanding, and loyalty remains consistant within the heart of the main character and this message is eventually understood by those who are not completely beyond redemption. That's that kind of a world that I'd prefer to be lving in. Just because we've stopped believing in Santa Claus doesn't mean that we should stop believing in each other. emoticon

Past couple episdoes have been really good. I felt soooo bad for DG. He is dying inside trying to keep his end of the bargin. It must just kill him to hurt ILhong like that.. There are just no words strong enough to describe Mrs Seo. We're not allowed to cuss here, right? LOL

LOL .. CantGetEnough I always loved that Fancy Pants (his looks I mean). But his dying really never solved anything. I never felt like we received justice on that one!

Robbo4: AMEN!!!
