Nothing revealed about her up until tonight has suggested otherwise, though. However, I have to say that the past 2 or 3 episodes have been fun to watch. It seems Ayeong has realized who she loves (co-worker). She told DG that it was enough for her to know he showed up at the airport and had full intention of leaving for NY with her. I don't know why she had to have that assurance. She's always knows he had no feelings for her. So silly. Anyway, Mrs Seo got a taste of what it was like to feel desperate for her child. But I can't see her turning over a new leaf. She already has lied again and told Ayeong that she only confessed to Namgi because she was trying to save Ayeong. She said she never did those things. She's not a bit sorry for anything she has done. She still feels her actions are justified. NUTS!!! Poor Ilhong. Even knowing DG is planning to leave the country with Ayeong, Ilhong wishes him luck. I'm wondering why DG hasn't run to Ilhong yet. He knows Ayeong isn't planning to be with him anyway. But I did tape it!! A friend at work is on vacation and asked me to tape it for her. I know Ilhong was able to take Sarang home for a visit. The kids invited both Namgi and DG. DG went to the house they were all supposed to live at and seemed so sad. He arranged to have a desk sent to Sarang. Namgi showed up near Ilhong's house and called her. He wanted to see Jinsol. Ilhong agreed but told him she wanted to talk to him first. She goes outside and finds him. They are arguing when Grizzly and his goonies show up. Namgi manages to take off but Ilhong is left with them. They grab her and are about to haul her off.... then DG shows up. He demands that they let her go. He's come to rescue her!! IT was actually great. DG against about 5 or 6 guys. And he was standing his ground and was not going to allow them to take his woman. (ended here) Oh, Ayeong went home from the hospital and brought her 'boyfriend' with her. DG's mother was there. Mrs Seo and granny were very unhappy that AY brought her co-worker. She told them she had wanted to introduce him to her family. But nothing was said about their feelings for each other. AY meekly goes upstairs to go to bed and the co-worker left. Mrs Seo, granny and DG's mother discuss going to NY. Mrs. Seo is certainly a hard nut to crack, isn't she? She seems as though she's in such a major state of denial that she can no longer see the truth. What a reaction when Mr. Seo suggested she go turn herself in before it gets worse. LOL! That was perfect. I feel so sorry for him. What kind of a future and life will he have in that rotten household with Mrs. Seo and Granny? Okay, so tonight is DG's big face-off with the thugs! Seems pretty much stacked up against him with so many of them. Maybe he will get hurt and be hospitalized—which will delay his departure to NY even longer. Ilhong can nurse him and they can reconcile—if his witch of a mother is not by his side all the time. Good to see Sarang all happy and well. I could watch that DG all day! Yes, Mrs Seo really does think she’s innocent of her dirty deeds. She just refuses to take responsibility for anything she does. Twisted! Good job Ayeong!!! I was really proud of her. She seems timid around her mother but she has made up her mind. She loves her co-worker and isn’t about to give him up. Our poor Namgi. I just can’t dislike this guy. I know he does some really stupid things. Right now he is in reaction mode. He just wants to clear his name or run for his life. He doesn’t have a criminal mind. Looks like DG won’t be able to stick to his plan to leave Korea. He grabbed Ilhong’s hand and won’t let go. He loves her too much to leave. He can’t be around her and keep that cool detached attitude he was throwing at her before. OMG, wait til’ his mother finds out…. For all that Namgi isn't, at least the poor guy is a non-scheming, uncomplicated soul—until he gets squeezed into a corner. He'd be okay if he could get himself free from Flounder and all that Mrs. Seo has done to him and then have a decent job that is enough to support him satisfactorily. I hope everything turns out well for him and that he has Jinsol in his life. They are so cute together. I also hope he can stay in Jinsol’s life. Poor Namgi…this guy just can’t get a break! I’m really glad to see that his old co-workers still have faith in him and are trying to help. Finally! What I’ve been waiting for: Ilhong making the first move! She goes to DG’s room and he’s not there. She’s afraid he’s left again and runs off to find him. When they see each other in the hall she just can’t pretend to be ok with him leaving and she runs into his arms. Too sweet! You just know his mother will come flying in on her broom tonight! Stay strong DG!!! So good to see Ayeong and Mansu in love. Ayeong hasn’t gotten up the nerve yet to tell her mom that she wants to marry the ‘dirt bag’… I had to laugh when Mrs Seo called Mansu that.
