Having nothing to trust except for her own body and soul, she exerts herself to finally be appointed as a body guard of the Blue House of Korea [equivalent to the White House in US].
At the Blue House, Young-Jin meets Kwanpil, a smart, excellent, cynical and charismatic colleague, who by instinct recognizes each other as formidable rivals. They bump into each other at every course of training, extremely competing to beat the other, and what a mischievous fate!

Re: K-Drama: 강적들 (Formidable Rivals)
The first episode is actually next Monday May 19 at 9:40 pm. Saw the trailer tonight after Likable or Not & it looks good!!
But the best part is that one of my top two favorite K-drama actresses, Chae Lim (Rim?)...Nam Sang-Mi is the other...is the lead actress in the drama I first saw her in "All About Eve" & fell for her right there Loved her in "Dalia's Spring" too, though her hair style took some getting used too
I actually have both dramas Chae has been in on DVD & look forward to seeing her in this drama...she's just SOOOO incredibly pretty

Is it possible to rip off TV and repost so others who do not have access can watch too?

Re: K-Drama: 강적들 (Formidable Rivals)
Thank you for the link. I notice most of the files and esp. Eng. subs are from D-Addicts. I was thinking more along the lines of posting series not currently available. E.g. over at kbfd forums, DaeJoYoung which was unsubbed by fansubbers was ripped off TV and posted. Really happy with that series!

Re: K-Drama: 강적들 (Formidable Rivals)
Good show...Chae Rim's character is a very strong woman & I like that, plus I really like Chae Rim Interesting that Cha Yeongjin is much more mature & responsible than her family members, LOL!! And her "partner" is a bit too stiff (will he ever smile, once?) but I like the rebel son of the president!! And I'm interested in seeing how the "hatred" between Yeongjin & Gwanpil will develop into respect oe something more...though, I think I would love to see the rebel son, Suho, end up with Yeongjin
GREAT to see Chae Rim in a drama again She's SOOOO cute & pretty!!

Re: K-Drama: 강적들 (Formidable Rivals)
First episode was good enough to keep me coming back. Hopefully it won't fall apart like Bad Love. I actually like the Gwanpil character. I don't know if its just for the character or because of the actor. I think it's the later maybe because I still remember him from Green Rose. His character in that drama was one that I loved to hate. The Gwanpil character hasn't fully developed yet and I think that there is something in his past that makes him so stiff and cold.
The Suho seems to be the typical Kdrama rich boy but he might have some reason for his behavior too. Sorry lex but at this point he's my least favorite. Then again I almost always seem to fall for the poor guy in these dramas. It'll be interesting to see who Chae Rim falls for. Will she break guard ethics by falling for the protectee or will she break ethics by falling for the co-worker? I see her with Gwanpil only because she met him first.
Chae Rim aka Yeongjin is my favorite character of the three. She's strong not only physically but also in dealing with the family. Speaking of the family I know I'm reading too much into this but I'm surprised that the agency would even allow her to get this far into training given the family background. I'd think the agency would do a security background check not only on her but her family too. Wouldn't they pose a security risk given what seems to be their criminal background petty as it maybe?
