I'll try to do some of the deleteds for the episodes, with my usual disclaimer. I'm not always sure what has—or has not—been deleted, so some may be a duplication.
Episode 26 (Sun) - Deleted and Other Scenes
After Junho and Jaera meet with Sinho to discuss whether or not to go looking for bio-mom, Junho takes Jaera to the river side, where he yells out his frustrations. She tries to console him. It doesn‛t work. He declares he will do whatever it takes to find his mother. Jaera starts yelling too—a message to bio-mom that they are looking for her.
Jemma‛s mother is hospitalized. While there to visit, Jemma discovers Yeongja is a patient there, too, and that the nurses saw Jeonseol, "the celebrity." She wonders why Yeongja is there...
Jeonseol has everything settled in his mind regarding his EX, feels free and is again composing music. He gets to the studio at the very last minute for his radio program and is very happy and bubbly. Jemma calls Inho, giving her a report on her mom, mentioning that Jeonseol has been visiting his ex-wife there. To Jemma, Inho acts as though she already knew that. But she turns to Jeonseol in the broadcast booth and is both disturbed and suspicious that he hasn‛t told her about his EX and that he seems so happy all of a sudden.
Over at the hospital, Yeongja is listening to JS‛s broadcast. With her eyes closed, she won‛t speak and is refusing to eat. When the nurse leaves, she pulls out a couple photos of her children and feels all maternal. Just then Jeonseol signs off his program; Yeongja turns off the radio.
Inho confronts Jeonseol, saying she doesn‛t want to be a fool. She is angry and asks him if he stayed with his EX last night, too? (he didn‛t come home and had the babysitter take care of the kids overnight) Inho gets herself all worked up and into a snit. JS knows it‛s impossible to press her ‛stop button,‛ so he drags her to his car and starts playing the new music he has composed. It calms her down when he explains that his creative ‛juices‛ have begun flowing again and he must prove to her father that he is a suitable man to marry Inho. Inho is touched and softens up. JS tells her he will not be seeing his EX without telling Inho. He starts to explain why he went today, but Inho stops him... there‛s no need to say any more. They both apologize to the other and start laughing, then declare that no matter what happens they will not let go of each other.
At home, Ilnam brings a tray of dinner to Junho, who hides beneath his blankets and ignores his father. Dad notices Junho has not touched the lunch he brought earlier and is concerned but silently leaves.
In his office, Dad sits in the dark drinking soju. He sadly stares at the photo on his desk of his three children...
In the morning, Sera tells her mother that Insun is Sinho‛s mother but to keep it a secret from Jaera (who will spill the beans to Junho and Ilnam). Sera is confused and distressed over the complicated situation, especially since she promised Insun she would keep it all a secret. Mom tells Sera to go talk with Insun. Mom laments Sinho‛s situation... a divorced mother (Insun) and a sister (Inho) wanting to marry a single father (Jeonseol).
Over at Insun‛s, Bori has cooked a large breakfast for Insun and Dongho. Insun has hired Bori to keep house but tells her she doesn‛t have to get up early and prepare breakfast for them. Bori couldn‛t sleep last night, too excited about her good fortune in living there. She wants to do all she can in appreciation, including making the daily lunches for Insun‛s ‛guest‛ (Sinho)! Dongho tells her not to do that but Bori insists. The phone rings. It is Sera. She wants to meet with Insun to talk about Sinho.
As Sinho parks for work, he sees Sera rushing out and walking away with Insun. He wonders about Insun being at their building so frequently. As he enters the lobby, he sees Dongho dropping off the lunch at the guard‛s station. They come face to face, Sinho recognizing the thermos and lunch container—also knowing that Dongho is Insun‛s assistant.

Not really sure why Saturday's episode was pre-empted...Korea's soccer team didn't play, it was a replay of a previous World Cup qualifer...but it was worth the wait, though still frustrating!!
-Inho's dad's unbending resolve against Jeonseol is a bit extreme but I guess understandable, considering Jeonseol's situation. Still, wish he would listen to Jeonseol & give him a real chance.
-Jaera seeing Jinho's naked baby pic was classic  If I were Jinho, I'd be VERY embarrassed by my girlfriend seeing those kinds of pics, too!! Jaera is SOOO cute 
-SOOOO emotional, seeing Sinho tell Insun that he never wants to see her again...though, he didn't seem really angry at her!! Wonder if Insun will blame Sera for Sinho finding out? Actually, I think that Sera will play a MAJOR part in the "obvious" reconcilation that should happen later.
-Can't believe the nerve of Yeongsu, showing up unannounced & telling the kids that she's their mom...after denying them & forging ANY & ALL responsiblity before  I did feel, a little, for her, when she was suicidal after that punk, Kang Min dumped her, but she's showing her true colors again 
GREAT episode...just wish they would stop pre-empting it!!

Pre-empted by soccer, Saturday‛s episode was shown tonight. Also, are these deleted scenes useful to anyone? Or is everyone watching the unedited episodes elsewhere? I don‛t mind doing them if there are members who need them. But I don‛t want to waste my time and effort if no one needs them.
Episode 27 (Sun) - deleted scenes
Sinho crosses paths with Dongho delivering the daily lunch to the dental office; Sera meets with Insun in a restaurant, telling her Sinho is getting suspicious and Insun should tell him the truth. Dongho driving Insun home from the restaurant... class ul DH: Are you okay?
IS: We should stop the lunch deliveries.
DH: Why?
IS: Sinho might have noticed us. You should be careful, too. For Bori‛s sake, I should give up on seeing the kids.
DH: Why not just tell Jang Sinho?
IS: (angrily snapping at him) How many times do I have to tell you? Even people in love get divorced. It makes no sense to get married because of a baby. If Ilnam finds out about Bori‛s child, he‛ll have Sinho marry her. That‛s one way to ruin Sinho‛s life.
DH: You must resent Bori.
IS: I‛d be lying if I said I don‛t. Must she run away to keep that child? I pity her and resent her at the same time. I couldn‛t sleep last night thinking about Bori and her child. Since I‛ve decided to take her in, I should do something... but what? (IS is frustrated and on the verge of tears)
DH: I‛ll take care of the restaurant. You should get some rest. You look tired.Sinho sits alone in his office, thinking. Sera enters... class ul SR: Sinho, when did you get here? (He‛s not talking) Are you in a bad mood? (He puts the thermos and lunch carrier on top of his desk)
SH: Explain this. This is the lunch I eat every day. But you didn‛t cook it. It‛s cooked by that restaurant owner. What‛s going on. (Sera gets nervous) Don‛t even try to lie. Tell the truth. I already confirmed it with security. (SH yells) TELL ME WHAT‛S GOING ON!
SR: You already checked it with the security guard. What more do you want to know? (Sinho stands up and faces Sera)
SH: Don‛t you know? Why did you do this? And why would she... (Sera interrupts)
SR: I can‛t tell you any more than what you found out. I promised her I wouldn‛t say anything. (Sinho can‛t believe it)
SH: Baek Sera...
SR: I‛m sorry for lying. But don‛t ask me anything. I‛m suffering, too. (Sera turns to leave; Sinho grabs her and holds her back)
SH: Fine. Then give me her phone number. I‛ll ask her in person.
SR: I can‛t tell you that, either. If you want to know it, find out on your own.
SH: (angrily) Why are you doing this?
SR: Even if you raise your voice, I can‛t. This isn‛t my matter. It‛s something you need to solve on your own.
SH: Baek Sera!
SR: Solve it on your own. That‛s the only solution. (she leaves)
SH: On my own... (he sighs heavily)Insun and Dongho arrive at her house. Bori greets them at the door... class ul BR: Hello
IS: Give me some water for my medicine. (IS heads straight for her room, leaving Bori and Dongho alone)
BR: Is she not feeling well?
DH: She‛ll be fine after some rest. I have to go. Take good care of her.
BR: Okay. Don‛t worry.Bori and Insun alone in IS‛s bedroom, taking her medication... class ul BR: Are you not feeling well?
IS: I have a poor heart. (Bori starts massaging IS‛s shoulders)
BR: Let me. I‛ll massage your shoulders.
IS: No, that‛s fine.
BR: Please let me. Your shoulders are tense. It‛s from stress. Do you have some concerns?
IS: Bori... (has BR sit on a pillow in front of her, holds her hand) Let me ask you a question. Don‛t you regret not getting an abortion?
BR: Excuse me?
IS: Raising a child without a father... It could be 10, 20 times more difficult than you think. You might have to give up your own life. Won‛t you regret it?
BR: What use is regretting it now? Truthfully, when things were hard, I did regret my decision. But I now live for the child. This is my baby. If I‛d given up on this child, I might have regretted it forever. (Insun smiles wistfully at Bori‛s sincerity)
IS: Yes, you‛re right. No mother gives up on her child. You‛d regret it forever. (Bori detects Insun is speaking from her own heart) Then let me ask you one more question. You have no intention of getting back together with the father, do you?
BR: No
IS: If, and only if, you were to meet him by accident, what would you do?
BR: That won‛t happen. Even if it happens, it doesn‛t matter. I let him go and meet a better woman. I don‛t have any feelings left for him. (tears in Bori‛s eyes)
IS: I see. Hearing you say that makes me feel better, too.
BR: What?
IS: Nothing. You should leave.
BR: Okay. (as she starts to get up, she holds her stomach and groans)
IS: What?
BR: Something is wrong.
IS: What? What‛s wrong? (Insun places her hand on Bori‛s stomach) Aigoo!
BR: What?
IS: The baby is moving. He knows that we‛re talking about him and he‛s kicking. (IS laughs delightedly; Bori is relieved) Seeing him kicking so hard, he must be a healthy boy. Are you happy?
BR: Yes. It‛s amazing. (Insun thinks to herself, Sinho, for your sake, I could live forever without seeing you. I‛ll live with Bori, the child, and your mistake. Live your life without any worries.Sinho in his office, unable to stop thinking about Insun and his conversation with Sera. It‛s a problem for you to solve. If you are curious, meet her in person. Sinho calls the director of the orphanage where they all volunteered together... class ul SH: Hello. This is Jang Sinho. I called to ask you something. Do you know the lady who volunteered?
Dir: You mean Mrs. Song? (SH is shocked)
SH: Her last name is Song?
Dir: Yes
SH: Do you know her first name, too?
Dir: Of course. It‛s Song Insun. Why? (Sinho is speechless) Sinho? Is everything okay?
SH: (stumbling) I was wondering if I can get her phone number.
Dir: I see. I‛ll text you the restaurant‛s phone number. (Sinho thanks her and ends the call. He is stunned, his mind racing a hundred miles an hour...)Junsik takes his wife, Juri, to an expensive restaurant for dinner... class ul JS: Aren‛t you pleased to eat out, just the two of us?
JR: Where did you get the time? I heard you‛re busy with Jeonseol‛s work.
JS: You seemed under the weather, so I‛m taking time to celebrate the New Year.
JR: Growing old isn‛t something to celebrate. I‛m afraid I might be having menopause.
JS: Nonsense. Even if my sweetie ages,
JR: (annoyed) Don‛t talk about age. I don‛t want to hear about it.
JS: Fine. You should become younger and more beautiful in the future.
JR: I wish you the very best at your job, and stay next to me forever as my Prince Charming.
JS: Is it okay that Prince Charming is old? After all, you‛ re growing old, too?
JR: (getting madder) I told you not to mention age. I‛m about to get depressed.
JS: Okay. You‛re still young and beautiful.
JR: I hope you don‛t get upset and suffer from high blood pressure this year.
JS: Okay. Happy New Year (they toast to each other) (Three young women from his office walk up to their table...)
Min: Oh, Junsik...
JS: Hi, Min. What brought you here?
Min: I‛m here with friends for some wine.
JS: I see. (they all bow and say hello to Juri)
Min: Who is this?
JS: This is my wife.
Min: Oh. You mentioned she was beautiful, so I thought she was. (the girls snicker and JS laughs)
JS: Well, she can‛t help her age. (If looks could kill... He turns to the young women) You said you came here to eat. Go ahead and eat. (He motions for them to leave)
JR: (furious) I wasted my most precious years on you. I pleased you in every way I could and gave you two daughters. You take that ruthless girl‛s side and say what? "She can‛t help her age?!" Yes, I‛m old. I can‛t turn back time.
JS: (irritated) Are you finished?
JR: Yes. I now know how you feel. Don‛t mention love anymore. (she gets up to leave)
JS: Hold on. Where are you going?
JR: Why ask where I‛m going? This old woman is going home to cook.
JS: Hey. If you‛re going to go, take this. (he takes the car keys from his pocket and tosses them to her)
JR: You want me to go by myself?
JS: Yes. (he gets up and walks over to her) It‛s time for you to get a new car. This is my New Year‛s gift. (he smiles happily. she melts) You‛re the most beautiful woman in this world. Who cares about menopause? I even love all your wrinkles. I love those lines on your face. Juri, let‛s love each other forever, My sweetie pie. (they resume their dinner...)After the big blowout between Dad, Inho, and Jeonseol, Dad gives Inho the ultimatum that if she leaves now, he will never see her again. In her room alone, she cannot sleep... sits there thinking and crying. Dad cannot sleep, either. He sits in the dark, leaning against the wall.
Over at the Junsik/Juri household, they are waking up. He tells her she snores. She suggests they sleep in separate room on occasion. class ul JS: It‛s a shortcut to divorce. Korean couples sleep apart in their 30s while raising children, in their 40s to support their kids studies, and in their 50s neither of them knows when the other is home or not. Eventually, in their 80s they don‛t know whether the other is dead or not.
As they begin snuggling beneath the covers, Jaera comes bursting in with the photo of Insun, announcing to her mother than this woman is Sinho‛s mom. Juri doesn‛t think so. Sera tries to get the picture but Dad grabs it. "Who‛s this? It‛s the playboy Jang Sinho. You volunteered with him?" The women try to cover it up and stop Dad from launching into a tirade over Sinho and Sera. But Dad suddenly says, "He‛s a grreat guy to go volunteering on a weekend." Sera is elated, but Dad suddenly goes back to his old thinking, "No! Once a player, always a player. Do you understand?!"Jinho confronts Sinho with the photo of Insun, asking if she‛s their mother. After Dad comes in and tells them to come down to breakfast, he goes to Inho‛s room. Her bed is made; she isn‛t there... class ul IN: Where did she go? (he sees a note she has left on her desk)
IH‛s note: I need to get some fresh air. I really can‛t understand you, Dad. I want it so badly. Don‛t just say no to it. Can‛t you think about it from my side? I‛m sorry. (Dad is devastated...)Insun, Dongho, and Bori are eating breakfast at home... class ul IS: (happy this morning, starts eating her soup and frowns) Why is the soup so bland?
BR: I cooked it that way on purpose.
IS: Why didn‛t you season it?
BR: I heard you have a bad heart so I didn‛t put salt in it.
DH: Bori asked me about it yesterday... about your bad heart and how she should cook for you.
IS: (irritated) You don‛t have to worry about that. I lived alone for 20 years. You don‛t think I can take care of myself?
BR: I know, but since I‛m here, I‛ll take care of it from now on. (Insun softens)
IS: I‛m grateful for that. Thank you.
BR: Do you have any worries these days? Your room was lit until dawn yesterday.
IS: I don‛t have any worries. None at all. Why were you awake at that hour?
BR: When I sleep, I sleep like a log. But yesterday Healthy was kicking all night long so I couldn‛t sleep.
DH: Healthy kicked?
IS: The baby started moving around. Aigoo, seeing that he‛s kicking all night long, he‛ll be a famous soccer player.
DH: When Healthy is born, I should teach him.
BR: Huh?
DH: When I was a student, I was a midfielder.
IS: Hey, what if it‛s a girl? (all laugh) We only had worries and concerns. With you here, we have things to laugh about...Sinho in his office again, staring at the picture of Insun, remembering Sera saying Insun was calling out Sinho‛s name when he collapsed. She was worried the whole time SH was in the ambulance. She brought porridge to him in the hospital. Who would do that besides a mother? He crumples up the photo but can‛t throw it away. Instead, he calls the restaurant, asking for the address. He takes a cab there...
In his office, Inho‛s father continues reading her note... class ul IH: (note) It‛s the first time I‛ve put myself before you. I desperately want this from you. I really love him. So, for me, please give in. (He calls Inho‛s number, her phone is turned off. He calls Jeonseol...)
IN: Hi, it‛s me. I want to see you today.
JS: It‛s okay. I‛ll be there. (he gets up to get ready, his phone rings again)
EX: It‛s me, Jeonseol. What happened to the thing I asked you about?
JS: What request?
EX: (all light and happy sounding) I told you I miss the kids. When will you bring them over?
JS: I said ‛no‛.
EX: Why not?
JS: I have to go. Bye.
EX: Wait. Please don‛t go! I‛m their mother, I gave birth to them. I want to see them. Why would you stop me? (sounding pitiful) Is it because I wronged you? I told you, it‛s my fault. Forgive me. I want to see them. Please bring them over. Bring them to me. (she starts screaming and Jeonseol hangs up) Hello? Hello. Jeonseol? (she redials his number. turned off. she rips the IV from her arm)Jeonseol is distressed and frustrated but has to go see Inho‛s father. The kids come running into the room... Dad, where are you going? The babysitter has left, having had to go to the hospital. Jeonseol has no choice but to take the kids with him to meet with Ilnam, who is waiting in a coffee shop... class ul JS: Hello (bows to Ilnam). I‛m sorry for being late. I didn‛t have any place to leave them (children) so I brought them with me. (IN is touched by the cute kids who very politely bow and say ‛hello‛ to him. JS takes them to a nearby table, giving them a story book and telling them to sit quietly until he‛s finished with Ilnam. JS orders warm milk for them as IN watches quietly, seeing JS as a warm, affectionate father.)
IN: Since you‛re with the children, I‛ll make it short. Where is Inho? There‛s no one to care for the kids, and she‛s not home. Where is she?
JS: What are you talking about?
IN: Then you don‛t know that Inho left home?
JS: (shocked) What? When?
IN: Last night. After you left, she can‛t be reached. She must have called you.
JS: No. I was worried, too, because her cellphone was off. I‛ll look around, and when I find her I‛ll send her home.
IN: I can‛t believe this is happening. This was unexpected.
JS: I‛m sorry for worrying you. This is all my fault.
IN: There‛s no need to say that. What will you do? How difficult it must have been for her to leave home... I won‛t approve of the marriage. What will you do?
JS: I‛m sorry.
IN: Sorry doesn‛t solve anything. Inho is my daughter and perfect in many ways. She was great growing up and she has a great heart. Because of you, she became a different person. I might have to disown her. Must you let that happen?
JS: Father, if a woman a man loves is suffering due to all the things he doesn‛t have, any man would have wanted to let her go.
IN: Then why won‛t you when you clearly know that?
JS: Because Inho is as important to me as my children. Things were so hard, and I thought of giving up everything. But thanks to her I decided to start over, and I even started working again. She taught me what happiness is and that I can be happy again. It‛s also for my children. Those kids can smile again because of Inho. (Ilnam looks over at the sweet, well-behaved children). I‛ll work hard. I won‛t disappoint you.
IN: I still can‛t approve. Even if it is destiny and no parent can win, I can‛t approve of the marriage.
JS: Sir...
IN: You have a daughter, so understand. Contact Inho and send her home. (Ilnam walks out of the café. JS runs after him...)
JS: Sir, I‛ll take you home.
IN: That‛s unnecessary. (the kids come running out)
Kids: Dad, where are you going?
IN: I feel uncomfortable. Go inside.
JS: I‛ll call you as soon as I talk to her. (he tells the children to say good-bye to Ilnam)
As they go back inside, Ilnam stands on the street watching them. He hears Inho‛s words to him, He‛s living a difficult life, like you did when you were young. You can understand him better than anyone else. Ilnam‛s conscience is plaguing him.The episode closes with Jeonseol arriving home with the kids. His EX has been waiting there and runs up to them...

It usually is the middle child that is most accommodating and owning of peacemaking qualities but in this case, Sinho seems to be opposed to everything.
It will be interesting to see how long it will take for Dad to see himself in Jeonseol and begin to have empathy and understanding for him. We saw a taste of his noticing the nurturing, caring and loving side of Jeonseol at the restaurant as Jeonseol attended (and very gently, I might add)to his children.
Seeing how much respect Inho has had for her Dad and all that he has done and sacrificed for his children, it is no surprise that she is attracted to Jeonseol. I will be majorly disappointed if those two end up being related! I will also be extremely disappointed if Sinho tries to reunite with Bori and the baby (not wanting to follow in the footsteps of his mother) the assistant is clearly a better choice to be a husband and father to Bori and Sinho needs a woman like Saera that is strong, confident yet loving and compassionate.

I agree with you on who should be with whom, curly carrot.
I like Bori and Dongho together because both of them are strong, take-charge kind of people who can face and handle adversity. They are equal to one another in that way. I see Sinho and Sera rather equally matched in that both are weaker people. Bori would be a mother and boss to Sinho. Sinho talks big, but he's really a very insecure guy who gives in because he's always been bossed around by his older sister. I see Sera as quite passive and still unsure of herself (because of the cruel mockery she suffered in her overweight youth). She's very sweet and good-hearted, coming from a really affectionate, "safe" family environment. Her very nature would make Sinho feel more of a man in taking care of her. She provides a stable, sensible foundation for him while making him feel needed. She genuinely does seem to love and need him. Sinho has a lot of good, strong qualities, too. They just need to be developed a little more and he needs to find his own, genuine confidence—not just confidence is his ability to woo the ladies because he's tall, good looking, and knows how to act suave as The Player.
