Re: K-Drama: 내사랑 금지옥엽 (My Precious You)
Have to wonder if Bori can really forget & not think about Sinho, though it looks like he has moved on!!
A funny little scene, around a serious situation, between Junsik & Juri!! Have to think that, eventually, they will make up...along with Jaera & Sera!!
So many questions about this whole situation with Inho, her aunt, dad & "Jinsu"?? And it turns out that Jeonseol's real name is Inho I get a bad feeling that Inho & "Inho" might be brother & sister, or am I way off on that scenario
Can't put into words, how much I HATE Yeongju!! Using her own kids...who she could care less about...to drive a wedge between Inho & Jeonseol!! A truly VILE & SLIMY subhuman creature, if I ever saw one
I also didn't like how quickly Jiu "warmed" to that witch!! Not very realistic IMO!!
Can't wait for next weekend...loving this drama!!
--- Nam Sang-Mi...my favorite K-drama actress & a BEAUTIFUL woman!!
Chae Rim...my 2nd favorite K-drama actress & gorgeous!!

K-Drama: 내사랑 금지옥엽 (My Precious You)
I think it has been very good that this storyline is being told in Korea (and around the world for that matter) Too often society buys into the misconception and belief that divorced fathers cannot parent well (and divorced mother's also) but this drama has placed both scenarios (intact families next to divorced families) and tries to show that the intensity, devotion and care in raising and nurturing their children is the same. A parent cannot control the adult decisions of their children but each is required to take responsibility for the task (and honor) of raising their children and I think all three fathers are demonstrating that albeit in somewhat different styles.

K-Drama: 내사랑 금지옥엽 (My Precious You)
Note to all.
We've finished episode #50 in DC and there is more to go. So it looks like the info that this series will go to 54 episodes may be correct. Good news to those who don't want this to end!!

usfkman, thanks for the update!
Aunt - could Inho2 be her son? She "recognized" him right away. Dad doesn't think its BFF's son because Inho2 said he was rasied by his grandmother. Weird.... dad never new his BFF's mother was still alive.

K-Drama: 내사랑 금지옥엽 (My Precious You)
Hi Usfkman, where did you get your statistic from? 68% black, 50% hispanic, and 22% white, blacks & hispanic are even slightly by hispanic. Asian do not show up because they do not hold onto their children, they are left behind to the fathers or given up for adoption, so there is not a blimp (mother unknown).

K-Drama: 내사랑 금지옥엽 (My Precious You)
Got the statistics by googling "US out of wedlock births." (which got me to the US Census -- so the figures are official, but dated from a few years ago). Might not third or later generation Asisan-Americans have behavior closer to American norms?
BIG NEWS (for me) -- today -- we just found out that the Immigration Service has approved my Wife's citizenship application -- all she needs now is the oath!!
class reveal class spoiler It will come out later that BFF's mom purposely changed her name and moved out of town to get away from Ilnam -- so naturally he lost track of her. Remember only Inho knows Jeonsul's real name -- the rest of the family is in the dark.

K-Drama: 내사랑 금지옥엽 (My Precious You)
I assumed BFF = best former friend = Ilnam's friend who committed suicide 20 years(?) earlier = the grave that Ilnam was playing saxaphone over in the opening scene of the series = father of the boy that Insun "lost" at the market while shopping.
Isn't it odd that Inho has never asked Jeonsul why he was on the road at the place where they first met?

Silly me! BFF = Boy Friend's Father, which still equals all the other things I noted in my earlier post.
