Suin said ex didn't want her to go out and got mad if she talked to her girlfriends. She said ex also found a picture of her with Hyeonsu and was so upset he accused her of having an affair. It's pretty obvious that ex was jealous and angry and knew Suin loved Hyeonsu.

Hyeonsu is the one that broke up with Suin and I don't think it was because her mother wanted her to marry successful ex. Hyeonsu was unsure of being in a committed relationship with her but he did love her back in college also. Sorry, getting off track...

Hyeonsu asked Suin's dad if he (Hyeonsu) could talk to ex because ex was showing up and may be following Suin. Dad says let HIM (dad) handle ex (believe me, NO ONE can handle ex)..

Hyeonsu went to the hospital and told his mother he loved Suin and that he didn't want Suin to leave the country or he would die without her. His mother was furious and didn't want to listen to him. His grandpa is being a bit more sympathetic to Hyeonsu's love for Suin.

Gramps gave Minsu the money and told Auntie to be more supportive of Minsu. She complained how he will spend the money and gramps told Minsu to think about what his father would do/want. Minsu seems to be listening... but then, it's Minsu we're talking about.

Ex shows up at Suin's dad's business and is kinda threatening dad that he can take over the company (something like that). Dad really has no way to fight the ex because the ex's business is bigger and he's already taken a model away from the dad's company. Ex is showing him who has the upper hand and he's relishing in it.

Suin went to see Hyeonsu's mom and tell her that she loves Hyeonsu and understands the family's concern about her. Suin said a couple things but Hyeonsu's mom didn't want to hear it and walked away leaving Suin standing there.

Suin's mom meets up with Jisu and asks her to have her mother (Dr mom) call her. She wants to talk to her about SUin and Hyeonsu. Jisu told Suin's mom now wasn't a good time and that her mother disapproved of Suin and Hyeonsu. Suin's mom said she understood but would still like to meet with her. Suin's mom has no idea who Hyeonsu's mother is yet.

I'm sure there was more but I can't remember.. Oh, when Hyeonsu took Suin home she kept looking right and left (for the ex). Hyeonsu questioned her about it and she said ex had came by once. After SUin went in the house Hyeonsu started looking around and sees ex sitting in the car staring at him. THen ex turns on his car lights and drives really fast towards Hyeonsu (but Hyeonsu was in the middle of the road). Hyeonsu steps back and ex speeds past him. Hyeonsu knows it had to be ex.

Suin's ex looks evil. He looks worst than the boyfriend of Jeoseol's ex in My Precious One. Now that they are in Korea, he thinks he can do anything he wants because he has a lot of money. Maybe when they were still in the States, Suin had a restraining order against him.

Also, when Gramps called both Minsu and Cabbie's wife into his room, he gave Minsu the money with the stipulation that Minsu must run everything by Gramps before he spends. Gramps asked him what's the big rush, and that Minsu is spending too much too soon on the hospital equipment. I hope Gramps keeps to his word and does keep involved in how the money is spent.

Later, Gramps goes to the hospital and talks with Dr. Mom, trying to get her to be a little more reasonable about Hyeonsu and Suin. He reminds her of Jisu showing up on their doorstep and Dr. Mom raised someone else's child, too. He doesn't push her, though, just tries to plant a few seeds at a time to loosen her up. It hasn't worked so far, as she says the Jisu situation is not the same at all and she won't change her mind about Hyeonsu wanting to take on a woman pregnant with someone else's child.

On SeongTae (ex) and Daehun (S-Dad), Daehun's company has been working on a deal for two years and is expecting to close the deal. The head of the investment company unexpectedly shows up—SeongTae. He lets Daehun know that he (ex) is in control. Either take his terms or find another investment company to bankroll his project.

One aspect of Daehun that we're seeing Seongtae play on, is Daehun's temper. Apparently, he has an explosive one and Seongtae is deliberately trying to provoke Daehun into exploding. That will be one thing Seongtae can use against Suin and her family. Basically, if Seongtae can hold his own temper in check, he will have power over Daehun if he can provoke him sufficiently.

Another side story is beginning to open up. Juho tells his mother (S-mom) that he likes Sinae and she suggests he bring her home to study and mom will make some snacks for them. Of course, Sinae is the daughter of Cabbie's wife and she will go ballistic when she finds out her daughter is getting close to the hated Sonyung (Yonghwan's widow/Jihu's bio-mom).

At the end of the episode, after Daehun and Seongtae have yet another face-off, Hyeonsu is waiting in Seongtae's office to have a face-to-face of their own....

I just had to laugh at the end of tonite's ep. The two women on the phone and then realizing they were waiting for each other.

Loved the dinner with Hiro/Jisu & Hyeonsu/Suin. I am so hoping Hiro/Jisu end up together.

Auntie is too much.

Ex tells his mom he wants Suin back and basically admitted being jealous. He's so creepy. He tells mom that Suin is so pretty next to Hyeonsu.. and that she looked dead when she was next to him. I think this guy will abuse Suin again if he's alone with her now.

She dared to leave and then she dared to be with Hyeonsu and then she dared to look alive with Hyeonsu. The other thing she dared to do was build a new life without him. The punishment would be vicious. Mr. Creepy wants her back to possess her, not to love her.

I had high hopes for this drama, but the writers seem to be following the trend of low drama that ended up ruining the last show during this time period.

It seems as if the shorter shows just have better scripts, or when the show has too many episodes, the writers don't know what to do.

I was giving Auntie the benefit of the doubt, but that attack on Suin...physical, no less...was TOO MUCH!! Her "bullying ways" must stop & I'd like to see somebody stand up to her and, if need be, smack her down!!

Glad to see Jisu "warming up" to Suin a bit emoticon

What was the deal with that blue ad running across the screen, over & over emoticon

Missed quite a few subtitles that were blocked by that "blue line" emoticon

I missed the translation because of that "blue ad" too. As if we don't see or hear enough ads.
Anyway, who is Jisu's Mom or Jonghwan's widow? I did not see the beginning this drama so I do not know all the characters except the present ones.
