Well, that sure ended that, right? Hyeonsu's mom referred to Hyeonsu as Suin's mom's nephew. He's really no blood relative and it's been 20+ years since Suin's mom was in that family.

I'm sure it will come out later but I don't understand why Suin's mom didn't stay with the family after her husband died. Was she really married to him or did he die before they married?

Hyeonsu is so sweet. He put his head to Suin's tummy and talked to the baby. He will make a wonderful father and I hope he gets to be this baby's daddy.

Oh yuck, Ex showed up at the presentation. What is this creep up to? I guess revenge.... What a total loser.

Phone rang and I missed the part with Jisu/Hiro...

Sorry for double post but I watch this on KBS World and we are on the same episode. They may be cutting some out of KBS' or maybe it runs longer but we are getting long commercials now..

Anywho.. There is a scene (too sweet) that I think was cut out of channel 19/44. Hyeonsu is sitting hunched over doing editing and Suin comes up and sees him stretching his arm and it's obvious his shoulders hurt. She walks up and starts massaging his shoulders and he turns around and puts his arms around her. His head is at her tummy. He starts talking to the baby .. "baby, are you doing alright in there".

Missed the whole episode tonight...went out for a last-night dinner with family & my mom. who is heading back to NYC on Tuesday!!

What happened between Suin's mom & Hyeonsu's mom??

Don`t know why Suin`s mom left.Losing a husband and child so quickly probably contributed to it,as did Auntie. In one early episode Auntie was speaking about her, it seemed nobody blamed her for leaving the family. It`s easy to see why she doesn`t want a new connection now. So many painful details and questions,and she doesn`t know about Jisu.

Well, there was a scene some time back where Auntie (who else!!!) physically attacked Suin's mom at the funeral for the son that died. Apparently they didn't want Suin's mom at the funeral.

Lex: Glad you got to spend time with your family. Anyway, here's a brief run down: The mother's meet and Suin's mother is so shocked. She doesn't argue at all, and in fact ...agrees, that the two kids should break up. Hyeonsu's mother told Suin's mother that Hyeonsu is her nephew. He's not but because Suin's mother was married (i guess) to the family guy Hyeonsu's mom wants to make it look like they are related.

Suin's mother goes home and sees Hyeonsu dropping off Suin from work. She acts cold towards Hyeonsu. Suin goes in and her mother tells her they need to get a car so Hyeonsu won't have to pick her up for work anymore.

Suin's dad gets a ph call from Suin's ex. He is mad because dad never gave him an answer if ex can invest in dad's company. Dad tells ex that he thought it over and decided he didn't feel it was a good idea to have ex invest. Ex is furious.

Hyeonsu's mom tells gramps to let her handle the situation between Hyeonsu and Suin. Then the mom tells Jisu to stay away from both Suin and Suin's mother. When Jisu questioned her about it the mom snapped at her so Jisu agreed to stay away from them.

Hyeonsu's mom tells Hye that he has to give up Suin. He argues/begs but she said they could never be happy because she (mom) will never accept Suin so Suin would be miserable if she stays w/Hye... Mom said she will disown Hye if he won't give Suin up. I believe Suin will be the one that turns away from Hye because she won't want to make his family miserable.

Auntie is in the hospital and Miryeong comes in with food. Auntie jumps her about not feeding gramps. Mir tells Auntie she did feed gramps and Auntie make some stupid throat noises and let it go (she's not happy unless she's bullying someone). Miryeong is told by Hye's mom NOT to tell Minsu about Hye and Suin. But he finds out anyway and rushes home to start telling off Hye about falling for a pregnant divorced woman. I swear, Minsu and Auntie must be twins!

There was some problem with the tapes at work and Hye got upset with one of his workers but Suin calmed him down. Then they went to the meeting room to do the presentation and in walks EX. He had a smirk on his face. He's done something but we don't know what until tonight.. But Suin, Hye, Suin's dad and red glasses lady are all in there when ex walks in.

Lex: I sent you a couple PM's so hope you get them... I'm having problems sending through this board (i think)...

I know Sumi is a total brat but she is still young and I understand why she acts so jealous and hurt. She is pretty much the step child in that family. She had a show and no one in the family made any attempt to go. Suin was busy and so was dad. Younger brother was studying (barely) and mom 'didn't feel well'. I'm sorry but I think mom and brother could have (and should) have gone.

Ex really is out for revenge. He hated seeing Suin and Hyeonsu being so close and comfortable with each other. When Suin went out of the room to talk to ex he got right in her face and commented that she didn't act afraid of him anymore. I was glad Hyeonsu came up and stood close, in a protective way, next to Suin.

Minsu... This guy must be the village idiot. I mean, he goes to both gramps and mom and they both told him to stay out of the 'mess' with Hyeonsu/Suin. But he met up with Hyeonsu anyway .. to give him a piece of his mind. Hyeonsu told him he plans to raise Suin's baby as his own.

Hiro admits to Jisu that he wants to be more than her model.... he wants to be her man... Of course he said it in Japanese and Jisu didn't understand what he said... lol

Just the sight of Ex makes me cringe...as well as, an intense urge to punch my TV set emoticon

I do understand Sumi but her outburst was pretty strong emoticon

I really like Hiro & Jisu together & would be shocked if it doesn't happen...though, not right away!!

Minsu.. the Village Idiot--that is perfect! The scary part is that he is a village idiot with a medical degree.
Suin's Ex, will really want revenge now that she has not cowered in his presence and now that she has someone to protect her. The Ex will probably do some crazy stuff to try to regain control over her.
I am also hoping that Hiro and Jisu get together eventually. They really compliment each other.
