Hiro and Jinsu are looking better and better together. After all the stress Pencil Neck is causing for Suin and her father, it felt really relaxing when the scene of Hiro walking with Jisu came on the screen. They look good together, too, and have a certain chemistry between them.

Then there is Minsu. That guy is a major joke. He is so incompetent that he has to demand respect from others. How laughable is that! If he were strong he would impose himself on the family as a dictator but because he is little more than an annoying little gnat buzzing around, he gets dismissed with a wave of the hand all the time. The only ones he can lord it over now are Hyeonsu (his younger brother), and his wife who almost always follows someone else since she can't seem to think for herself.

The more I see scenes of Mr. Han and Red Glasses woman together the more they seem to me to be old lovers whose relationship has matured into friendship. Red Glasses knows Mr. Han too well, confides in him too much (and vice-versa) and has too much of an unspoken level of intimacy. all of which makes me believe that she is in fact the biological mother of Suin. But why then could she and Mr. Han not get married? Would she be so strong that she could see her daughter frequently and never reveal she is her mother?
Please, please let someone abuse the evil ex the same way he abused Suin- I nominate Jisu to do it-isn't she a Taekwondo master?

Red Glasses as mother of Suin?? I can't go there. No way would she not be able to stop herself from getting more involved if Suin were her bio daughter.

LOL Nchristi.. Are you referring to the ex as the Pencil Neck? Too funny. When I first saw him I thought he looked exactly like a Q-Tip with black hair.

It was so sweet when Hyeonsu was on the roof and Suin went to him and they hugged, and told each other they would stay together no matter what (kinda like that). Suin may break it off though, when she finds out her mother and Hye's mom are thinking of Hyeonsu and Suin as cousins.. But Hye is so in love with her that, as long as there is no blood relationship, he will never give her up.

Also, we know that somehow they blame Suin's mom for the death of her husband (dead uncle). So she wasn't divorced from him and also had Jisu shortly after her husband's death. What she must have endured!!

Did we really see Auntie sitting on her butt while Miryeong was working hers off??

Miryeong needs to spread her wings and let them all know what she is capable of. I hope her daughter making that comment about wanting her mother to have a career will plant the seed.

Still, not sure who is the main culprit for the main people (Gramps, Hyeonsu's mom & dad, Suin's mom, Jisu) blaming each other for the "baby cover-up" mess from 27 years earlier??

I know she's not an "evil person" but Hyeonsu's mom is really BUGGING me emoticon

Hyeonsu is old enough to date whoever he wants, but she'll stop at nothing to keep him away from Suin...which makes her one heck of a hypocrite, considering "her secret" about Jisu emoticon

Dare I say that Hyeonsu's mom is more "scary" than the greasy Ex...at least, he doesn't pretend to be anything other than the sleaze that he is!!

I don`t think blood or family ties is the real reason both Moms object so much to the marriage. One doesn`t want the Jisu secret revealed,and the other can`t face the pain,anger and rejection of trying to re-enter the family after 27 years.

Yes, so true that there's no blood ties but it's still like family to them. Remember on You Are My Destiny when Hosae's sister was in love with Yuna's (forgot her TV name) brother? And it was only her adoptive brother.

I think Hye's mom may have given in to Hye/Suin if Suin was not pregnant. Being divorced maybe she could have overlooked in time ... but being pregnant with someone else's child... no way. And now that the Jisu secret is in jeopardy she must do whatever to keep Suin & her family out of their lives.

To me, since Hye's mom knows the truth about Jisu being taken away from her bio mom, she should show some compassion and understanding. Oh well, I'm sure it will all come out eventually.

Is Hiro going to buy a dog for Jisu? Isn't that an inappropriate gift to give? I mean, who's going to be stuck taking care of it and cleaning up after it? Jisu is busy working all day... LOL

If Suin's ex keeps harassing her then she may have a miscarriage. Also, and I know this sounds horrible, if she loses that baby then maybe Hyeonsu's mom will end up giving in. But I hope she doesn't lose it because I would love to see Hyeonsu be the daddy. Just to show people that you can love another man's baby as much as your own.... Hey, Suin's mom loves Suin even more than her natural daughter!!

Loved it when Suin showed so much affection towards Hyeonsu. I guess spending a few minutes with that creepy ex really made her love being with Hyeonsu.

Ex... does he really want her back? WHY? I can only think that he wants her back so he can punish her for loving someone else. It's hard to believe there are really people out there like him... YUCK...

I think Miryeong will end up liking Suin. Miryeong seems to be a very kind hearted person.

I knew that puppy was a bad gift.... Poor Hiro. He only wanted to please Jisu. Does Jisu have any clue that this guy is falling for her? She's all business but you can see she enjoys hanging out with him. Just keep Sumi away from him!!!

Oh, my favorite line tonight... Suin's dad tells her mom... "I don't mean to offend you but you're not Suin's real mother"... OMG, how could he say such a thing!!! She may not be the bio mom but she is definitely the REAL mother!! How insensitive of him...

Gramps will probably be one of the key characters in future episodes. Will he accept Suin`s mom and forgive her? If so,the rest of the family will have to accept the marriage and the baby. Sumi will really have a shock when she learns the truth about Suin and Jisu.

This show seems to be falling into the trap of all shows during this time period, trite dialogue and ridiculous situations with the characters not behaving realistically. In the beginning, I really liked this show more than I had the last two in this time period.
