Re: K-Drama: 솔약국집 아들들 (My Too Perfect Sons)
The "...take my husband" line was my favorite last night, too! It was so perfect. Poor Seonpung! He must wonder at what he's getting into with Eunji and her mother(s). LOL! I got a kick, too, out of all of his sponsorships—from children to a bear, a raccoon, and a crane. I love Eunji's logic. Since a bear brought them together, he can keep supporting it, but the raccoon and crane have gotta go!
This might have been deleted last night... Gramps calls Brutus to cancel their tutoring lesson since Yeongdal is coming over regarding Seonpung and Eunji getting married. Sujin comes out of her room and catches the tail end, asking her brother who is getting married? He replies it is one of Gramps' grandsons but Brutus doesn't know which one. Sujin is a little disturbed by this news. Brutus asks where she's going? Out to buy some eggs. On her way, she looks inside the dark pharmacy, flashing back to talking with Jinpung in the park when he had just come back from his first arranged date with the teacher. She asks him if he will marry her. JP replies that the teacher is 'plain and nice,' and that he has to get married because his parents want that. Sujin is a little upset and marches away, stops in the alley turns back to glare at the dark pharmacy. It looks as though she's presuming it is Jinpung who is getting married and she doesn't like this idea at all!

K-Drama: 솔약국집 아들들 (My Too Perfect Sons)
I missed Tues, Wed and Thurs episodes because I've been busy with cooking dinner for my church's vacation Bible school. Would someone provide a quick recap?
I saw Mon's episode (KXLA's 1st half of an episode) where it left off with Eunji stalking away from Seonpung thinking he was dumping her. How did Eunji and Seonpung reconcile so quickly and end up getting married in Thurs' episode? What event(s) was the turning point? Thanks in advance.

Re: K-Drama: 솔약국집 아들들 (My Too Perfect Sons)
The Seonpung/Eunji wedding was one of my favorites. I just love the actors playing this couple, especially Eunji—she's just the cutest looking and acting actress I've seen in a very long time. Since Eunji is such a frivolous, child-like person, it was really beautiful to see her walking down the aisle, conduct herself in the most traditional Korean way... head and eyes down, no smiling. The ultimate modest bride presenting herself for marriage. So pretty and sweet.
Then the four brothers singing that song! Their mother was so embarrassed because they're all inexperienced bachelors, yet singing a song of intimate love at the wedding. Munsuk and Bio-mom wearing the same hanbok as Mother(s) of the Bride, though Designer Mom's chair was behind Munsuk's.
Before the wedding, one of the funny scenes was of Jinpung and Daepung sweeping up the courtyard. DP always has to start a fight so they got into it, dust flying everywhere. At that moment, Munsuk walks in to visit with their mother and sees them behaving at their absolute immature worst. DP even throws a washing pan at JP, he ducks, and it hits Munsuk in the head!
After Munsuk leaves (in disbelief that DP and JP are older than Seonpung—and still not married), Mom chases them with a broom because they are 'useless.' And since they are, why didn't they just stay in their room out of Munsuk's sight? Why are they 'getting in Seonpung's way'?
Later, they go into SP's room. He's all decked out in a wonderful black suit, long-sleeved white shirt. They want to know why he looks so different? He tells that his two mothers-in-law and EJ took him shopping—new suit, wristwatch, cufflinks, even his hair looks re-styled! And no glasses! Ice Mom thought he looks kind of dorky in those glasses so bought him contact lenses for the wedding!

SP announces to them that he and EJ are moving into Jinpung's room for at least 6-months—until they can get their own apartment. So JP and DP are now out! Wonder where they'll be sleeping?
The wedding is held at Seonpung's corporate office building, the President officiating. Miran's parents come, bringing a large box of crabs. Miran says she will take care of them.
Daepung and Jinpung are manning a desk for the groom, where people leave their monetary gifts, etc. DP is surprised at how well-respected and popular his younger brother is at his corporation. (DP has lived too long making himself a big fish in a very tiny puddle.) DP is worried about being SP's older brothers, embarrassed that they are not married yet. DP wants to pretend they just work at the building, or are SP's work colleagues. JP doesn't really care. Miran's mother (their aunt) asks "Where's that playboy, Daepung?" His eyes get big and he hides behind the guest books... "She'll kill us if she sees us."

Re: K-Drama: 솔약국집 아들들 (My Too Perfect Sons)
Didn't expect the Wedding so soon, but it was great! Loved it! And Eunji is now my newest love. She looked so beautiful. She truly looked like a doll come to life. I never played with dolls when I was younger, but now I'm thinking I might be missing out on something...
I never noticed Sujin was so petite until I saw her in the Wedding photo. Sure, she looked small next to her brother, but who doesn't.

Don't see how it can get much better. I think It's already one of best.

K-Drama: 솔약국집 아들들 (My Too Perfect Sons)
Wonderfull drama -- good actors, good script and good cinematography (lots of interesting non-standard, at least for KBS spoaps, camera angles and scene compositions.)
Don't think I have gone from tears in the eyes to laughing out loud so quickly as i did in the scende where Soenpung proposed to Eunji.

K-Drama: 솔약국집 아들들 (My Too Perfect Sons)
There is no way that Daepung ends up with Sujin. Instead it will be a learning experience for him -- he will know how Boksil feels when the one you love doen't even consider you a possible object of sex and marriage. Once Deapung's heart is broken and his self image taken down a peg or two -- Boksil will finally move into his life as someone to love. And what is Boksil's secret? She was a cheer leader in high school and a top student in America (Remember Miran going through Boksil's photo album) -- how did she end up with such shattered self estime in a menial job?
Loved the scene with Miran's try-out. the judges dismissed her, then listened to her obvious talent and finally said "yes-but what could they do with a body like that?" Maybe Miran will catch on in the right role (such as TWO HUNDRED POUNDS OF LOVE -- a recent hit Korean movie.)
Can't see how Mipung and Hana's mother will work out (notice his surprise when he found out tha Hana's parents weren't married.) Will real dad have a "training accident?" Otherwise he will surely reclaim his daughter. Will grandfather impart traditional values to Hana's mom as he is doing with Brutus and son?
