Re: K-Drama: 솔약국집 아들들 (My Too Perfect Sons)
Episode 49 (Mon-Tues)
At home with the newlyweds is so funny. I'm getting the biggest kick out of Jinpung being so crazy in love with Sujin—he's like a little kid who has been deprived and now suddenly having tons of toys heaped upon him. His Mom, too, is following through on 'hugging and loving' the 'cold wind' out of Sujin's heart. Nice to see. When he locks up the pharmacy and runs all the way home, giggling as he goes, only to not see Sujin in the courtyard, his mom's reaction is "Jinpung, your wife is right here." (She isn't lost.)
Then watching Dad and Gramps teasing JP was a crack up. They're vicariously enjoying JP's marriage as much as he is!
Seonpung and IceMom have found their common bond... Poetry! What a whacky bunch of characters. Now they are together in their pajamas, Icemom's head on his shoulder as they read together their favorite poet. Meanwhile, Eunji is eating chips and fruit in her bed waiting for her husband, while Yoendal is sleeping on the couch in his den. Both fall asleep while MIL and SIL are still caught up in their sublime poetry reading. LOL!
Trouble in paradise... Yungcheol has returned from the army for vacation and sees the relationship between Suhui and Mipung. An argument arises, YC taking out his jealousy and resentment on Suhui, questioning her mothering ability. She gets mad and tells him to 'see Hana and leave.'
JP and SJ sneak out of the house at night to go over and visit Brutus' kids. Mari is heartbroken that Sujin has left. Brutus tells JP that the kids will have to go to a babysitter soon, since he must work. JP is quietly thinking about the situation...

Re: K-Drama: 솔약국집 아들들 (My Too Perfect Sons)
So we’re down to the last few eps? I’ll hate to see this drama end. I haven’t enjoyed one as much since the Bizarre Bunch.
Nsheldon wrote: What does Boksil think of her sister? She comes in and asks if there is any tea. Sis jumps up to get it for her as if that were her job. Actually, Boksil would have been sweet and appreciative of the sister. It's Jennifer who seems to be cold and sometimes cruel. I didn't like how she talked so mean to her father either. It's his house and he can have Daepung stay with them if he wants. Jennifer is rude...
Twinnie, You keep stealing all my lines. I like Jennifer/Boksil’s sister better than J/B. She genuinely seems to just want everyone to be happy and at peace with each other.
And the Boksil/Daepung bickering; love it. I know there’s some folks out there that don’t care for Lee Pil Mo’s acting, but I think he’s great. I also like the older version of him (Boksil’s Dad).
nchristi, thanks for all the summaries. It certainly helps a memory challenged person like myself. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ll go to another room to get something, and I forget what it was!
I’m really enjoying watching the joy Jinpung is showing. It’s really nice to see someone so happy. It rubs off. It does look like the KRC is kicking in with Jinpung’s mom. We shall see.
and Seonpung’s new family is also a hoot. Looks like he found his in with the MIL. I still like Eunji the best. She is so cute and I just love all her facial expressions. I catch myself laughing just thinking about her.
I still don’t know what will happen with Hanna’s mom and Mipung. They seem to be getting closer and closer, yet I can’t see how the family could overlook all the obstacles. Maybe some new K-drama guidelines will come out of this.

One of my favorite things about traveling is the "congee" style breakfast porridges! Tho they just don't seem to work as well, once I get home! But I'm not sure I culd handle kimchee for brekky! I think my tummy would complain!
