Re: K-Drama: 찬란한 유산 (Shining Inheritance / Brilliant Legacy)
This is probably my second favorite of the ones airing on local tv currently. (Queen Seondok is first). So far it seems to be showing signs of a typical kdrama and we can see the threesome developing as already. I reeaally hope she doesn't fall for rich boy Hwan.
Step Mom is in classic k-dram mode, but somehow I still like this show no matter how telegraphed it may be.
Maybe it's because of Bae Soo Bin who's making this show special for me. I still can't get my head wrapped around the fact that he was Sayong in Jumong. Seeing him in this is like seeing him for the first time. When I first saw previews and entertainment shows for this program I thought who is this new guy. I try to imagine him with long hair and I still don't see it. He must be an amazing actor or he's lost a lot of weight since Jumong. His face seemed a bit rounder in Jumong.

Bae Woo Bin is one great actor. I was amazed also at the total change in his persona in this drama and the Sayong he played in Jumong.
He is very good looking and has that greaat smile but I will never forget him as Sayong. That was one beautiful person he showed to us.

Re: K-Drama: 찬란한 유산 (Shining Inheritance / Brilliant Legacy)
Episode 6 - Getting interesting!
What I like about this drama is that even though Eunsung was treated really horribly in the very beginning, it is refreshing to see her living with Rich Grams and being protected by her. Not only that, but doesn't it feel great to see Grams tell her spoiled DIL and two brat grandkids that they're now on their own, that she is no longer supporting them "as of now"? LOL!
Evil Step Mom is really something, isn't she? (A 'black widow' for sure. I won't be surprised if she tries to have Dead Dad bumped off to erase him from her life legally.) Watching how everybody is becoming intertwined will be interesting, too. ESM is trying to hook up with Junse's rich lawyer father, while Junse has come to know Dead Dad by feeding him at the weekly homeless food tent, even buying him medicine. Dead Dad is now in closer proximity to both Eunsung and his evil EX. I wonder if ESM will end eventually up in jail for bigamy? She can't exactly be legally free to marry someone else since she clearly is aware Dead Dad is still alive.
As for Hwan, this will be fun to watch. He has been such an incredibly rude jerk to everybody, who will help him? (I know... it will be Eunsung) If he is now penniless, Evil Step Mom for sure won't want her daughter to marry him. I wonder if she will try to connect up her daughter with the lawyer's son, Junse? Whatever ESM is planning, her house of cards is falling apart.
I'm enjoying this drama, too. It is a refreshing change in a number of ways, both in the story and the cast.

K-Drama: 찬란한 유산 (Shining Inheritance / Brilliant Legacy)
I'm starting to like this drama too altho I know I'll be disappointed (as always) in the end. Eun-sung will eventually end up with that spoiled brat Hwan not the the good hearted guy that owned the restaurant (Jongtae?)
