Eureka Seven Final 2 episodes remaining (April 22 and 29)
Tomcat AS did put the entire full episode on Adult Swim Fix, so it's definitely not a Bandai issue. Bandai's DVD releases will be all full and uncut.
The problem is the idiots at AS are morons and they just decided to make important cuts on the final episode with the TV version, and they don't care. They think Anime fans are just nuts. Imagine that, they cut out the ending and think no one would care. Imagine if a huge network like NBC cut out the last 15% of Seinfeld, people would close down NBC in a hurry!
I doubt they will ever show the full ending on AS unless they extend the broadcast time or maybe cut out the opening song or somewhere, or possibly have less advertisement.
It doesn't matter to me though, I'm going to buy the DVDs, the only sad part is the DVD releases are slow, 2-3 months per volume release, they are only halfway up to episode 26 right now on the DVDs, which means the entire series will be done sometime maybe 1 year from now.
Anyway I can not say how amazing this series is enough times. Just found it so deep and thoughtful, and was so entertaining to watch. Quite possibly my favorite large cast in an anime series too. Usually series with this large a cast tend to not fair as well.
Tom, I've been listening to Rainbow on repeat all day. Can not get enough of the song!

Re: Eureka Seven Final 2 episodes remaining (April 22 and 29)
Just checked the postings over at toonzone forum, youtube has taken down the missing endding for E-7, I guess too many people were complaining to Bandai and about where they saw the endding. Iam guessing that they've also taken down that 1min 30 opening that we missed also by now.... and maybe all the rest of the Eureka 7 stuff at their sites.
Just was at toonzone and ANN. AS is going to reair the finale episode next Saturday in its regular timeslot!! Uncut!! the flamestorm over the messed-up finale hit the fans big-time, over at toonzone the flames were 160 postings high last time I checked before the news hit. At ANN they ran a front page story on the news, by the time I read the story the the postings about this news were already over 41.

Re: Eureka Seven Final episode ReEdit and Rebroadcast (morning of May 6)
Well AS could start by trashing all of their selfserving adds for AS c*apola, how much time was burned with that worthless ATHF movie alone? yeah we might lose some of the opening. But the closeing must be restored!
Also on one of the last postings at toonzine someone reposted the address for the finale's closeing at youtube again so it looks like its been reposted there.
And in the new posting at ANN's frontpage they said in the story that AS also hopes to be able to put esp. 50 again on the ASFix again on Saturday.
Man I'am glad I hadn't checked the news untill this afternoon, otherwise I would have on line just with this noise all day long. But at least the good news makes-up for all this nonsense since Saturday night.
But still all they had to do was let the final esp. run for a lousy 3 minutes extra. So Samurai Champloo runs a little short that night.

Re: Eureka Seven Final episode ReEdit and Rebroadcast (morning of May 6)
I followed the link at ANN forum on this subject to the Adult Swim board where merrill first made the annocment, man what a pack of milksops from about 12:45am on untill the 5pm Sun. news about the reairing of E7's finale the posters were flameing a.s. and now its all nicey, nicey. Gee I sooooo "LOVE" the execs over at AS....yeah right! Only as far as I can toss one.
Ok here's a good one, do you think AS will keep airing that American Cowboy card again like they did before this airing? I don't think-so! When I retape Sat's esp. I'll be keeping that part of the tape. After all THEY did state that they (AS) would Never cut THIS SHOW! YEAH RIGHT!
I thinik youtube has given up on taking down all the E7 bits cause no soon did they take one down another would show under another refence name.

Re: Eureka Seven Final episode ReEdit and Rebroadcast (morning of May 6)
Man do I miss the old International channel/AZN channel They used to love to air anime I remember some that seemed to run on forever..They ran the entire Tenchi series all three of them uncut and unedited, El Hazard was also the same. But then time warner changed them over to digital only. And then when I used to have Directv, and I used to have the Action channel from Starzs(?) alot of e-dub, I love the low-grade dups with the funky e-subs by people who are vistors to the english languge.

I used to be an avid watcher of those series too, they even had Fushigi Yugi and a lot of movies.
Nowadays AZN only shows mostly Patlabor, World of Narue and Legend of Himiko over and over and over and over and over and over and over. (Get the point? )
I really wish they would license some new material, it's getting sad now. ImagineAsian on the other hand is now becoming really great, they have a very strong line up of Anime right now. But we do not get IA, very few places in the country get it.
Action/Encore is pretty good, they have not shown anything new lately since late in the fall when they had Saiyuki Reload.
They usually announce new license pickups early in the summer, so I'm looking forward to what they will have new this summer.

Re: Eureka Seven Final episode ReEdit and Rebroadcast (morning of May 6)
I've just left the toonzone four, and it looks like AS did a good job of the reairing of the finale...so only an hour to wait to see what they're going to give use on the west coast.
Over at ANN they have a front page story: Sci-Fi Channel has shallowed their pride and anime is returning to their fold. With a monday night block 11pm to 1am starting on June 11th with Ghost in the Shell:Soild State Society, the follow-up letters where great.
I can remember all the times at World-con's where I give give their reps a hard time because they had taken anime off their air about 10 or 15 years ago. For all those second-rate live-action shows, with 2nd-rate actors and 4th-rate special-effects.
