UTB will show Fantastic Children at 10PM starting on October 16th following Sola.
According to the UTB site.

I think this is a nice change up in the anime they show even if they did show it in the morning as Kids' programming. Especially if you didn't get to see this series in the morning on the weekends. At least it's not the same 4 series of Haruhi, The Third, True Tears, and Sola. I really hope they show Eureka Seven at night.
