(23 eps) The series, based on the Lupin III manga written by Monkey Punch, centers on the adventures of Arsene Lupin III, the grandson of Arsene Lupin, the gentleman thief of Maurice Leblanc's series of novels. He is joined by Daisuke Jigen, Lupin's closest ally; Fujiko Mine, the femme fatale and Lupin's love interest who works against Lupin more often than with him; and Goemon Ishikawa XIII, a master swordsman and the descendant of Ishikawa Goemon, the legendary Japanese bandit. Lupin is often chased by Inspector Zenigata of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, the descendant of Zenigata Heiji. A rather cynical detective, Zenigata has made it his life's mission to chase Lupin across the globe in hopes of arresting him. (credit: wikipedia)

comment: En subtiles unconfirmed. My math for end date might be off. I originally saw the TV promo during 10/31 天地人 (Tenchijin). Yet again, UTB's (main) homepage is the last place to find any scheduling info.
update (11/2): Based on UTB's ad in Lighthouse, 10 PM anime has been changed from showing one show 7days/week(daily) to two shows (one 5days/week(Mon-Fri) and another on Sat/Sun only). Updated end date based on this info.

UTB's promo's and website don't match up if you go to this link it says the show starts on the 14th of November, but the promos say it starts on the 11th.
