The Beatles - Help! (1965)

The newly remastered/digitally restored 2007 DVD release..

What an improvement over the old DVD version!
Very impressive I must say. :nodz:

No point in saying whether I enjoyed it or not.. emoticon
I mean it's the second best Beatles film. Which makes it pretty much the 2nd best film of it's type as far as I'm concerned.
The story/plot - such as it is - is pretty much meaningless..
It's the Beatles in their prime.. and it's all about the songs.
Just before the drugs ..
At their peak musically as far as their "pop" phase goes.
Next would be Rubber Soul, Revolver and the end of live performances..
The sound quality has been vastly improved for this re-release and the songs sound even better - If that's possible..

11 out of 10

Yesterday I saw the last episode of "Waking the death" on TV. It's really good dubled  . Next sunday they start with the Midsumer Murders series. I don't watch it because it's so terrible dubled that I can't enjoy it.

Today I will watch the Legend of Beowulf. Let's see how good it is.

Hi Darren, good to see you again..

What did you think of 10,000BC?
Some people think it sucked, others thought it was pretty good.
I haven't seen it yet.

I also would like to know how it is. I see the trailer on TV but apart from that I hear nothing about it.
