Re: swf
Unfortunately there is no way to embed video on runboard forums..
I wish they did allow it. It's a feature people have asked for in the runboard support forum.
But I don't think they ever will.
You can only link to the page the video is hosted on with a regular url link.. like when you link to Youtube videos here..
This site lets you host swf files..
http://www.swfcabin.com/
To upload to Youtube you would first have to convert swf to flv ..
I think this freeware tool does that.
http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/index.htm
This freeware converter will convert many video formats to flv format..
But I'm not sure if it will convert from swf to flv.

Re: swf
At last!
Thanks!
Here's the direct link to the tutorial.
http://www.runboard.com/bwizardsworkshop.f16.t851
Basically when you're making a reply or making anew post, you click the 'embed youtube' button up there - beside the '/small' button - and paste the yutube url code.. not the embedding code.
Example: the url for this heart video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gpNqB4dnT4
You click the 'embed youtube' button and paste the part after the = (equal sign) from the url into the 'embed youtube' box that opens up.
So just paste in 4gpNqB4dnT4
and you get...
