It was indeed taken at Rotterdam (The Netherlands) on June 13, 1981.
Some of the other shots, e.g. Ritchie playing slide with the broken headstock, was taken one year later in the same venue (November 16, 1982). All those photos were taken by Frans van Arkel who runned the Rainbow Fan Clan at that time. Worthwhile to check his current site of the Rainbow legacy at www.rainbowfanclan.com
