I've got a copy of the magazine. Bolin is featured on the cover, but otherwise there are just a few sentences on him, as a part of the "forgotten guitarists" theme.
The "How to play like RB" is funnily (as well as flatteringly) written, but is basically the same thing they've put out earlier, with the same example licks (CIT arpeggio, Burn hammer-ons, Spotlight Kid solo, Highway Star riff and solo, etc) as in most RB lessons.
