 Hah! Made ya look! Anyway, if you open the gatefold album, and look to the far right at the pic of Purple on stage...my goodness, whose arm, shoulder, Strat + frizzy hair is that? Looks to me like they might be tearing into "Burn". What do you guys think?
 Sorry, I was bored, plus I like to play this prank every 5 years or so. emoticon

I wonder it Ritchie ever heard CTTB and ever commented on it. Too bad MKIV didn't open their shows with "Comin Home" and use "Burn" for an encore.

I think he quite possibly gave CTTB a spin on the turntable,just for s.h.i.t.s. and giggles.He,if I remember correctly,was very complimentary in reference to Tommy as far back as the Miami album from The James Gang.I believe he said somethin to the effect that Bolin was one of the few American guitarists doing anything interesting at the time.CHEERS
