Mk. Turner "vs" Mk. Satriani

Let's see how good is Mk. 5 when compared to the non-recording lineup with Satriani.

You can only match this two by their bootlegs albums.

Mk Turner has advantage in studio works.

Satriani was great, but I voted for Turner line-up on the strenght of Truth Hurts live; it was awesome, and I don't feel the Satriani line-up had such a show stopper in their act.

Some fans are saying something here. Even if you don't release any recording, you can still wins.

For some fans "one" member can affect a whole band.

Yeah but have to remember that Joe Lynn Turner replaced Gillan and worked on a Album with the rest of DP,plus toured with them to.
Satch simply stepped in and did a fantastic job because Ritchie couldn't be bothered to finish of the tour emoticon
Hardly a fair contest, plus most of DP consisted of Blackmores sound, whichever band members were there Ritchie's sound was the backbone, so ofcourse it will sound strange when you replace the backbone of DP with a guitarist who's kindly helping you out over a bad patch emoticon
It sounded the same on early Steve Morse appereances to, he didn't sound that comfortable but after purpendicular he sounds alot happier and in-line with all of the band emoticon
Im not voting , because i liked both of them, and i think they both did a sweet job emoticon

MK Satriani for the songs and vocals, MK Turner for band performances. But I could like without both, so I didn't vote emoticon emoticon

I went with satriani but in all fairness I loved his playing before Purple ever called him for the tour. I would vote for the Satriani line up over the Morse line up any day!!!!!!!!
